Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP)is a significant gestational complication in late pregnancy,potentially leading to severe perinatal complications such as intrauterine fetal demise and preterm *** Obstetrics group of the Gynecology and Obstetrics branch and the Perinatal Medicine branch of the chinese medical association organized a panel of domestic experts to deliberate and propose recommendations based on domestic and international guidelines,recent evidence-based medical evidence about key clinical issues including risk factors,clinical manifestations,perinatal outcomes,diagnosis,severity grading,maternal and fetal monitoring,treatment methods,timing,and methods of pregnancy termination,and postpartum follow-up for ICP,with the aim to guide its clinical diagnosis,treatment,and management.

AIM: To describe a rapid technique for procurement of donor liver with aortic perfusion only (APO). METHODS: Only the aorta is cannulated and perfused with chilled preservation solution. RESULTS: The quality of donor liver can ensure the grafted liver functions. CONCLUSION: The method of APO can simplify the operative procedure, compared with the dual cannulation. It also can minimize the danger of injuring vascular structures and involve less dissection.

微创是当今外科学发展的潮流。腹腔镜手术具有局部创伤小，患者全身反应轻、术后恢复快等优势。为推进我国腹腔镜肝切除术的开展，中华医学会外科学分会肝脏外科学组组织全国60位肝脏外科专家，共同讨论形成了《腹腔镜肝切除专家共识与手术操作指南（2013版）》。其中，专家共识部分包括腹腔镜肝切除术的类型、手术方式、手术适应证和禁忌证、术前准备与麻醉方式、手术设备与器械，体位、气腹压力、操作孔位置，术中入肝及出肝血流的处理，中转开腹手术的指征。手术操作指南包括腹腔镜肝切除技术及肝脏断面处理和各种腹腔镜肝切除术式。

BACKGROUND: Pancreatic cancer remains a devastating disease with a 5-year survival rate of less than 5%. Recent advances in diagnostic methods and therapeutic approaches have increased the possibility of improving the existing poor prognosis. DATA SOURCES: English-language articles reporting early diagnosis and therapy of pancreatic cancer were searched from the MEDLINE and PubMed databases, chinese-language articles were from CHKD (China Hospital Knowledge Database) RESULT: The current literature about pancreatic cancer was reviewed from three aspects: statistics, screening and early detection, and therapy. CONCLUSIONS: Early detection and screening of pancreatic cancer currently should be limited to high risk patients Surgical resection is the only curative approach available, with some recent improvement in outcomes. Gemcitabine has been a standard treatment during the last decade. Gemcitabine based combination treatment, especially combined with newer molecular targeted agents, is promising. The rationale for radiotherapy is controversial, but with the recent development of modern radiation delivery techniques, radiotherapy should be intensified. Patients with borderline pancreatic cancer could benefit from neoadjuvant therapy but more evidence is needed and the best neoadjuvant regimen is still to be determined.
