基于源库关系的黄花植株三维动态生长及产量模拟

[目的/意义]为探究并表达环境因素对黄花各器官生长发育、形态结构和产量的影响,提出一种基于源库关系的黄花植株三维动态生长及产量模拟模型。[方法]以大同地区黄花主要栽培种植品种大同黄花为研究材料,采集黄花叶片、花葶、花蕾等形态数据和叶片光合生理参数,利用功能-结构植物模型(Functional-Structural Plant Model,FSPM)平台的三维建模技术,建立基于云量的室外地表太阳辐射模型及适配黄花的光合作用模型,同时基于黄花源库关系建立黄花光合产物碳分配模型,利用β生长函数构建黄花各器官生长模拟模型,计算黄花生长期内逐日形态数据,最终实现黄花植株三维动态生长及产量模拟。[结果和讨论]采用实测数据对模型进行检验。结果显示,室外地表太阳辐射实测值和模拟值R2为0.87;剩余标准差(Root Mean Squared Error,RMSE)为28.52 W/m2,黄花各器官模拟模型实测值和预测值R2为0.896～0.984,RMSE为1.4～17.7 cm;平均花蕾产量模拟R2为0.880,RMSE为0.5g;整体F值为82.244～1 168.533,Sig.值均小于显著水平0.05,表明上述模型拟合度和显著性较好。[结论]模型能够准确地表现黄花植株在3个主要生长时期的生长规律和形态特征,模拟结果与实际情况相符合,表现出较高的可信度。因此,本模型具有理想的模拟效果,足以满足精细农业领域的研究需求。

In the last decade, functional-structural plant modelling （FSPM） has become a more widely accepted paradigm in crop and tree production, as 3D models for the most important crops have been proposed. Given the wider portfolio of available models, it is now appropriate to enter the next level in FSPM development, by introducing more efficient methods for model development. This includes the consideration of model reuse （by modularisafion）, combination and comparison, and the enhancement of existing mod- els. To facilitate this process, standards for design and communication need to be defined and established. We present a first step towards an efficient and general, i.e., not speciesspecific FSPM, presently restricted to annual or bi-annual plants, but with the potential for extension and further generalization. Model structure is hierarchical and object-oriented, with plant organs being the base-level objects and plant individual and canopy the higher-level objects. Modules for the majority of physiological processes are incorporated, more than in other platforms that have a similar aim （e.g., photosynthesis, organ formation and growth）. Simulation runs with several general parameter sets adopted from the literature show that the present prototype was able to reproduce a plausible output range for different crops （rapeseed, barley, etc.） in terms of both the dynamics and final values （at harvest time） of model state variables such as assimilate production, organ biomass, leaf area and architecture.

为了提高线性转向控制系统控制性能以及控制系统的快速性、准确性、稳定性,基于快速控制原型技术搭建RCP测试平台,对比不同控制策略对线性转向系统控制性能的影响。通过建立执行电机的数学模型,依据其动态特性逐步设计优化PD控制器、串级三闭环PID控制器以及模糊PID控制器,分析3种控制器的阶跃响应性能。基于dSPACE设计搭建RCP快速原型控制测试平台,分别对控制器的跟随性能进行半实物仿真实验,对比分析控制器的性能优劣。半实物仿真实验结果表明:模糊PID控制策略在转角跟随性能控制中更为优异。

Prevalence of Latent Tuberculosis Infection [LTBI] in Prison Officers: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis

This study aimed to perform a systematic review and meta-analysis to determine the LTBI prevalence in prison officers worldwide. A systematic search was performed in PubMed, WoS, Embase, and BVS, including all articles related to LTBI prevalence and risk factors. After critical evaluation and qualitative synthesis of the identified articles, a meta-analysis was used. Five studies carried out between 2012 and 2022 were included, with a total sample size of 1718 prison officers. The overall LTBI prevalence was 50% [95% confidence interval [CI]: 48% - 52%;n = 816], with high heterogeneity between studies. Smoking [OR = 1.76;CI 95% = 1.26 - 2.46] and males [OR = 2.08;CI 95% = 1.31 - 3.31] were positively related to a higher LTBI prevalence among prison officers. Thus, preventive measures and the rapid and accurate diagnosis of new cases should be emphasized to ensure tuberculosis control, especially among risk groups such as prison officers.

独立旋转车轮导向能力差是低地板城市轨道交通车辆推广应用进程中必须解决的难题之一。文章基于模糊自适应PID控制策略,以独立旋转车轮左右轮转速差作为控制输入量,利用SIMPACK独立旋转车轮单节车辆动力学模型与Simulink控制策略模型进行了联合仿真研究。以独立轮对的横移量、摇头角、脱轨系数作为考察指标,对比分析了不加控制、施加经典PID控制、施加模糊自适应PID控制3种情况的计算结果,发现主动控制可以有效提高独立旋转车轮的导向能力,并且模糊自适应PID控制策略优于经典PID控制策略。

硅酸三钙(C3S)是硅酸盐水泥和阿利特硫铝酸盐水泥熟料中重要的矿物之一。为研究C3S的特性和性能,使用CaSO4和CaF2作为矿化剂,分别在1 350、1 400和1 450℃合成了高纯度的C3S。1 350℃得到的C3S纯度高于95%,而在1 400和1 450℃合成的C3S纯度高于97%。检测结果显示3个不同温度下合成的C3S的游离氧化钙含量均小于1%。样品的化学成分分析表明,1 400和1 450℃合成的C3S中仅有痕量的SO3存在,合成过程中几乎所有的CaSO4均分解为CaO,并且与部分SiO2形成了C3S。对所有样品的X射线衍射分析结果显示,合成的C3S为M1与(或)M3型。扫描电子显微镜分析结果显示,不同温度下合成的C3S的微结构有所不同。通过差热分析对矿化剂作用下的C3S合成过程进行了分析,结果表明该合成方法与通常的C2S和CaO通过固相反应合成C3S之间存在显著差异,是一个两步合成过程。
