Macrocycle confinement induced guest near-infrared(NIR)luminescence was research hotspot *** in,we reported a cucurbit[7]uril(CB[7])confined 3,7-bis((E)-2-(pyridin-4-yl)vinyl)-10-Hphenothiazine bridged bis(4-(4-bromophenyl)pyridine)(G),which not only boosted its NIR luminescence but also realized detection of HClO/ClO^(-)in living cells and lysosome *** spectroscopy experiments were performed to calculate the detection ability of probe G to HClO/ClO^(-)up to 147 nmol/*** compared with G,supramolecular probe G■CB[7]formed after encapsulated by CB[7],the detection ability towards HClO/ClO^(-)was improved to 24 nmol/L which was ascribe to the macrocycle CB[7]confinement increasing the fluorescence intensity to 103 *** the excitation wavelength changing,the fluorescence red-shifted to 820 nm when excited by 570 nm light,which was used to NIR lysosome ***,the supramolecular assembly G■CB[7]was also successfully used to highly sense to exogenous HClO/ClO^(-)in RAW 264.7 cells and live animal.

Perovskite solar cells exhibit great potential to become commercial photovoltaic technology due to their high power conversion efficiency,low cost,solution processability,and facile large-area device *** engineering plays a significant role to optimize device *** the anode in the inverted devices,this review introduces the progress on the modification of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate)including chemical structure alteration,physical doping,and solution *** present the recent advances of dopant-free hole transport materials widely applied in mesoporous and conventional devices,outlining their innovation with novel molecular design concepts toward promising material properties,and device *** the cathode,various metal oxide and organic electron transport materials are covered and the different modification strategies and related mechanisms are *** importantly,simple synthesis process,inexpensive raw materials and highly reproducible photovoltaic performance are the main consideration for the design of all the interface ***,an outlook and some suggestions regarding the future interface engineering are proposed based on the summary of the current development status and working mechanism of interface materials.

A [3]rotaxane I involving two naphtho-21-crown-7 （N21 C7） rings and a dumbbell-shaped component 4 was synthesized. The dumbbell-shape molecule 4 contains one viologen nucleus, two secondary alkyl ammonium sites and two phenyl stoppers. After threading the N21C7 ring with the thread-like ammonium guest 3, the copper（l）-catalyzed Huisgen alkyne-azide 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition （CuAAC ＂click＂ reaction）, was performed to connect the pseudorotaxanes with viologen unit 2 and generate 1. Through treating the [3]rotaxane by the base and acid circularly, the two N21 C7 rings can make shuttling motion along the axle. Meanwhile the distance between the electron-deficient viologen unit and the electron-rich naphthol group can be adjusted precisely along with a remarkable intramolecular charge- transfer （CT） behavior.

The shape equation of lipid membranes is a fourth-order partial differential *** the axisymmetric condi-tion,this equation was transformed into a second-order ordinary differential equation(ODE)by Zheng and Liu(***.E 482856(1993)).Here we try to further reduce this second-order ODE to a first-order ***,we invert the usual process of variational calculus,that is,we construct a Lagrangian for which the ODE is the corresponding Euler-Lagrange ***,we seek symmetries of this Lagrangian according to the Noether *** a certain restriction on Lie groups of the shape equation,we find that the first integral only exists when the shape equation is identical to the Will-more equation,in which case the symmetry leading to the first integral is scale *** also obtain the mechanical interpretation of the first integral by using the membrane stress tensor.

Two novel heteroatom-bridged his (benzo-12-crown-4 ether)s, i.e. his [2-nitro-4,5 (1,4,7,10-tetraoxadecamethylene) disulfide 1 and diselenide 2, have been synthesized. X ray crystallographic structure was obtained for 1. Ion selective electrodes (ISE) for Ag+, containing 1 and 2 in PVC membrane as neutral carriers, were prepared, and their selectivity coefficients for Ag^+ (K_(Ag.M)^(pot)) were determined against other heavy metal ions, alkali and alkaline-earth metal ions. and ammonium ion. These ISEs showed excellent Ag^+ selectivities, log K_(Ag.M)^(pot) ≤ -3.8, against most of the interfering canons examined, except for Hg^+.

A twin-axial hetero[5]pseudorotaxane was constructed based on 1-hexyl-4,40-bipyridinium guest 1 and cucurbit[8]uril（CB[8]）and a-cyclodextrin（a-CD）.In its structure,CB[8]included two bipyridinium units to realize the twin-axial mode,and the hexyl chain was threaded into the cavity of ***[5]pseudorotaxane contains two types of macrocyclic hosts while the single axial and twin axial modes co-exist in its *** transformation of[5]pseudorotaxane could be realized by the addition of acid and 2,6-dihydroxynaphthalene（HN）.

Two natural nicotinamide-based coenzymes(NAD and NADP)are indispensably required by the vast majority of oxidoreductases for catabolism and anabolism,*** NAD(P)-dependent oxidoreductases prefer one coenzyme as an electron acceptor or donor to the other depending on their different metabolic *** coenzyme preference associated with coenzyme imbalance presents some challenges for the construction of high-efficiency in vivo and in vitro synthetic biology *** the coenzyme preference of NAD(P)-dependent oxidoreductases is an important area of protein engineering,which is closely related to product-oriented synthetic biology *** review focuses on the methodology of nicotinamide-based coenzyme engineering,with its application in improving product yields and decreasing production *** nicotinamide-containing coenzymes have been proposed to replace natural coenzymes because they are more stable and less costly than natural *** advances in the switching of coenzyme preference from natural to biomimetic coenzymes are also covered in this *** coenzyme preferences from natural to biomimetic coenzymes has become an important direction for coenzyme engineering,especially for in vitro synthetic pathways and in vivo bioorthogonal redox pathways.

Rational construction of fine-tuning and precisely controllable topological nanostructures based on supramolecular self-assembly system remains a ***,coumarin-12-crown-4(1)as a building block was synthesized by one-pot method and showed reversible high stereo-selective photodimerization(anti-head-to-head dimer(anti-HH-1):syn-head-to-head dimer(syn-HH-1)=10.8:1)and *** nanobelts were formed by the self-assembly of 1 through asymmetrical H-bonds,which were in concordance with the crystal state *** irradiation with 365 nm light,these nanobelts transformed into nanoballs which were constructed by three building ***,we investigated the photoreaction of 1 and got two pure covalent dimers(anti-HH-1 and syn-HH-1).The anti-HH-1 selfassembled into hollow *** transformation of superstructures based on photo-controlled multiple blocks shines a light to the research on the relationship between molecules and superstructures.

In recent years, with the emergence of non-fullerene fused-ring acceptors, power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of organic solar cells (OSCs) have exceeded 19%.However, compared to inorganic or perovskite photovoltaic cells, a higher voltage loss has become one of the key factors limiting further improvement in the PCEs of *** ternary/quaternary strategy has been identified as a feasible and effective way to obtain high-efficiency *** this review, a brief outline is given of the key roles that guest materials played in reducing voltage losses in solar cell devices and a brief look at the future material design and the design of ternary/quaternary systems.

Recently discovered reflective Pancharatnam-Berry phase(PB phase)from chiral anisotropic media(e.g.,cholesteric liquid crystal,CLC)has aroused great interest in the emerging frontier of planar ***,the single chirality of common CLCs results in the intrinsic limitation of the same spin-selective PB phase manipulation,which means the reversal of the input spin cannot realize the conjugated PB *** this work,an innovative scheme based on opposite-chirality-coexisted superstructures is proposed to simultaneously modulate orthogonal circular polarization and get PB phase *** refilling CLC into a washed-out polymer network with opposite chirality and delicate photo-patterned structures,reflective optical vortex(OV)with opposite topological charges and vector beams with conjugated spiral PB phases are efficiently generated depending on the incident ***,OV holograms are encoded to reconstruct polarization-selective OV arrays,indicating the strong capability of such opposite-chirality-coexisted anisotropic *** work provides a new compact platform for planar optics,and sheds light on the architectures and functionalities of chiral superstructures.
