Influence of basicity and temperature on bonding phase strength,microstructure,and mineralogy of high-chromium vanadium–titanium magnetite

To develop a smelting process for the comprehensive utilization of high-chromium vanadium-titanium magnetite(HCVTM),the micro-sinter test was applied to investigate the influence of basicity and temperature on the HCVTM *** bonding phase strength(BS) was tested via an electronic universal testing *** phase transformations of the HCVTM sinters were detected via X-ray diffraction(XRD),whereas the structure and mineralogy of the HCVTM sinters under different temperatures and basicities were detected via scanning electron microscopy in combination with energy-dispersive spectroscopy(SEM–EDS).Our results demonstrate that the BS of the HCVTM sinters exhibits a slightly increasing tendency with an increase in temperature when the basicity is 2.4 and within the range of 2.8–*** cracks,small size crystals,and dependent phase structures are generated by increasing the sinter *** BS is lower than 4000 N when the basicity is 2.2 and *** the temperature is in the range of 1280–1300?C,the BS exceeds 4000 N with the basicity of 2.0,2.4,and 3.4–*** pore size of the HCVTM sinters increases with the increase of the *** perovskite decreases,whereas the silicate phase increases with basicity higher than *** study provides theoretical and technical foundations for the effective production of HCVTM sinters.

A Surfactant-stable Bacillus pumilus K9 α-Keratinase and Its Potential Application in Detergent Industry

An a-keratinase producing strain was isolated with wool as the sole carbon and nitrogen source and identified as Bacilluspumilus K9. The major amino acids liberated from the keratin degradation of wool by B. pumilus K9 were glutamic acid and leucine. The a-keratinase was purified to electrophoretic homogeneity with a molecular weight of 32000. The purified enzyme exhibits an optimum activity at 60 ℃ and pH=9.0. It was stable at pH values between 8 and 11. Bacillas pumilus keratinase displays a high activity towards casein, keratin, wool and feather, which indicates its wide application range. The keratinase was completely inhibited by phenylmethyl-sulfonyl fluoride（PMSF） and β-mercaptoethanol, and moderately inhibited by ethylemediamine-tetraacetic acid（EDTA）, suggesting it is a metallo-cysteine keratinase. This enzyme could remain stable that could even be promoted in the presence of surfactants, including sodium dodecyl sulfate（SDS）, Tween and Triton. And Tween 40 and Triton X-100 could substantially enhance the activity of the enzyme by 54% and 35%, respectively. It may indicate the prominent feature of the keratinase to tolerate surfactants. The enzymatic properties distinguish this keratinase from others in the literature. Furthermore, this enzyme is extremely stable in the presence of a commercially available detergent with 1% concentration. Detergents ARIEL, Bluemoon and WhiteCat can enhance the activity of the keratinase by 43.56%, 15.22%, and 22.48%, respectively.

Long-term temperature variations inferred from high-resolution proxies provide an important context to evaluate the intensity of current ***,tem-perature reconstructions in humid southeastern China are scarce and particularly lack long-term data,limiting us to obtain a complete picture of regional temperature *** this study,we present a well-verified reconstruction of winter-spring(January–April)minimum temperatures over southeastern China based on stable carbon isotopic(δ^(13)C)records of tree rings from Taxus wallichiana *** from 1860 to *** reconstruction accounted for 56.4%of the total observed *** periods occurred during the 1860s–1910s and 1960s–*** temperatures have had an upward trend since the 1920s,most of the cold extremes were in recent *** El Niño-Southern Oscillation(ENSO)variance acted as a key modulator of regional winter-spring minimum temperature ***,teleconnections between them were a nonlinear process,i.e.,a reduced or enhanced ENSO variance may result in a weakened or intensified temperature-ENSO relationship.

We describe the entanglement distribution and restricted shareability of the multipartite generalized W-class states and their reduced density matrix under arbitrary partitions by using monogamy and polygamy relation based on the unified-(q,s)***,we provide an analytical formula of unified-(q,s)entanglement(UE)and an analytical lower bound of unified-(q,s)entanglement of assistance(UEo A)for a reduced density matrix of a generalized W-class ***,we use these two analytical formulas to derive the monogamy and polygamy inequalities for a reduced density matrix of a qudit generalized W-class(GW)*** establish two partition-dependent residual entanglements based on the new monogamy relation,which is helpful to obtain a comprehensive analysis of entanglement dynamics of generalized W-class ***,we investigate tighter monogamy and polygamy relations based on the power ofαth(α≥0)for UE andβth(β≥0)for UEo A,*** results show that the entanglement distribution characteristics of generalized W-class states satisfying stronger constraints can be described more accurately.

BACKGROUND Simple hepatic cysts are commonly occurring lesions that are usually asymptomatic and require no *** cyst infection,however,is considered a severe *** report a case of hepatic cyst infection following pancreatoduodenectomy with repeated fever lasting for almost 3 years,and two cysts were infected *** SUMMARY A 72-year-old woman diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of duodenal papilla underwent pancreatoduodenectomy with Child *** then suffered repeated occurrences of bacteremia and hepatic cyst infection for 3 *** cultures were positive for Klebsiella pneumoniae and Escherichia coli a total of 7 times and 4 times,*** the early stage,we suspected that postoperative reflux cholangitis was the cause of fever and *** cysts were observed,so it was difficult to determine which cyst was *** repeat examination,we found the focus of infection,and we treated the patient with antimicrobials and performed percutaneous cyst *** patient did not experience another cyst infection for more than 4 *** Biliary reconstruction inducing hepatic cyst infection is easily misdiagnosed as biliary reflux infection,Repeated imaging examination is a method for identifying the infected focus.

Secondary water supply systems(SWSSs)are important components of the water supply infrastructure that ensure residents’drinking water *** are characterized by long detention time,warm temperature,and unreasonable management,which may trigger the deterioration of water quality and increase *** this study,drinking water quality index(DWQI)and health risk assessment(HRA)were selected and modified to quantitatively assess the water quality and health risks of SWSSs in residential *** total,121 seasonal water samples were *** was observed that the water quality was excellent with the DWQI of 0.14±0.04,excluding one sample,which was extremely poor owing to its excessive total bacterial *** HRA results revealed that the health risks were low:negligible non-carcinogenic risk for any population;negligible and acceptable carcinogenic risk for children aged 6–17 and ***,samples revealed higher carcinogenic risk(7.63×10−5±3.29×10−6)for children aged 0–5,and arsenic was the major *** samples had poor water quality and higher health risks,which called for *** further investigate the water quality and health risks of SWSSs,monthly sampling was conducted during *** 24 water samples were qualified in Chinese standard(GB 5749-2022)and characterized as excellent *** HRA results were consistent with the seasonal samples’and the health risks were mainly concentrated in ***,our study provides a suitable framework for water quality security,advice for managers,and references for administrators in other cities.

In this study, we investigate a continuous-time infinite-horizon linear quadratic stochastic optimal control problem with multiplicative noise in control and state variables. Using the techniques of stochastic stability, exact observability, and stochastic approximation, a value iteration algorithm is developed to solve the corresponding generalized algebraic Riccati equation. Unlike the existing policy iteration algorithm, this algorithm does not rely on an initial stabilizing control. Further, this algorithm can also be used to compute policy evaluation steps that arise in the policy iteration algorithm. Herein, a simulation example is provided to validate the obtained results.

Recycling of carbon fiber reinforced composites is important for sustainable development and the circular *** the use of dynamic chemistry,developing high-strength recyclable CFRPs remains a major challenge due to the mutual exclusivity between the dynamic and mechanical properties of ***,we developed a high-strength recyclable epoxy resin(HREP)based on dynamic dithioacetal covalent adaptive network using diglycidyl ether bisphenol A(DGEBA),pentaerythritol tetra(3-mercapto-propionate)(PETMP),and vanillin epoxy resin(VEPR).At high temperatures,the exchange reaction of thermally activated dithioacetals accelerated the rearrangement of the network,giving it significant reprocessing ***,HREP exhibited excellent solvent resistance due to the increased cross-linking *** this high-strength recyclable epoxy resin as the matrix and carbon fiber modified with hyperbranched ionic liquids(HBP-AMIM+PF6-)as the reinforcing agent,high performance CFRPs were successfully *** tensile strength,interfacial shear strength(IFSS)and interlaminar shear strength(ILSS)of the optimized formulation(HREP20/CF-HBPPF6)were 1016.1,70.8 and 76.0 MPa,*** addition,the CFRPs demonstrated excellent solvent and acid/*** CFRPs could completely degrade within 24 h in DMSO at 140℃,and the recycled CF still maintained the same tensile strength and ILSS as the original after multiple degradation cycles.
