The epigenetic r.gulation of gene expr.ssion is cr.tical for.ensur.ng the pr.per.deployment and stability of defined genome tr.nscr.ption pr.gr.ms at specific developmental stages. The cellular.memor. of stable gene expr.ssion states dur.ng animal and plant development is mediated by the opposing activities of Polycomb gr.up （PcG） factor. and tr.thor.x gr.up （tr.G） factor.. Yet, despite their.impor.ance, only a few tr.G factor. have been char.cter.zed in plants and their.r.tes in r.gulating plant development ar. poor.y defined. In this wor., we r.por. that the closely r.lated Ar.bidopsis tr.G genes ULTr.PETALA1 （ULT1） and ULT2 have over.apping functions in r.gulating shoot and flor.l stem cell accumula- tion, with ULT1 playing a major.r.le but ULT2 also making a minor.contr.bution. The two genes also have a novel, r.dun- dant activity in establishing the apical-basal polar.ty axis of the gynoecium, indicating that they function in differ.ntiating tissues. Like ULT1 pr.teins, ULT2 pr.teins have a dual nuclear.and cytoplasmic localization, and the two pr.teins physically associate in planta. Finally, we demonstr.te that ULT1 and ULT2 have ver. similar.over.xpr.ssion phenotypes and r.gulate a common set of key development tar.et genes, including flor.l MADS-box genes and class I KNOX genes. Our.r.sults r.veal that chr.matin r.modeling mediated by the ULT1 and ULT2 pr.teins is necessar. to contr.l the development of mer. istems and r.pr.ductive or.ans. They also suggest that, like their.animal counter.ar.s, plant tr.G pr.teins may function in multi-pr.tein complexes to up-r.gulate the expr.ssion of key stage- and tissue-specific developmental r.gulator. genes.

Two of the most common causes of dementia ar. Alzheimer.s disease(AD)and fr.ntotempor.l dementia(FTD).AD is an ir.ever.ible,pr.gr.ssive neur.degener.tive disor.er.that is clinically char.cter.zed by sever. memor. loss and behavior.l impair.ent that eventually inter.er.s with ever.day *** is neur.pathologically defined by the pr.sence of extr.cellular.-amyloid plaques and intr.cellular.accumulation of neur.fibr.llar. tangles(NFTs)that pr.mar.ly contain aggr.gated,hyper.hosphor.lated tau(pTau).Intr.guingly,pTau is also the centr.l pr.tein in multiple subtypes of FTD(*** degener.tion,pr.gr.ssive supr.nuclear.palsy,Pick’s disease).FTD is an umbr.lla ter. for.a gr.up of neur.logical conditions that pr.mar.ly affect the tempor.l and fr.ntal r.gions of the *** in the tau gene(MAPT)can cause familial FTD,pr.viding fur.her.evidence of the integr.l r.le of tau in ***,tau r.gulates micr.tubule str.ctur. and dynamics,as well as axonal tr.nspor. thr.ugh inter.ction with *** is also involved in neur.nal development and *** AD and FTD,tau becomes hyper.hosphor.lated and under.oes major.confor.ational changes,causing it to aggr.gate into the char.cter.stic neur.pathological lesions that define AD and *** the known involvement of tau in these diseases,exactly how tau mediates toxicity is still unclear.

In this study composite str.ctur. of zeolite and metal or.anic fr.mewor.s（MOFs）,r.fer.ed as ZMF,has been fabr.cated by immobilization of fine MOF-199 powder.on foam shaped Zeolite Socony Mobil-5（ZSM-5）Zeolitic str.ctur.,r.fer.ed as ZF. The ZMF possess a unifor. and well-disper.ed coating of MOF-199 on the por.us fr.mewor. of ZF. It shows higher.sur.ace ar.a,por. volume,and VOCs adsor.tion capacity,as compar.d to ***-fabr.cation changes in selective adsor.tion pr.per.ies of ZMF wer. studied with thr.e common indoor.VOCs（benzene,n-hexane,and cyclohexane）,using gr.vimetr.c adsor.tion technique. The adsor.tion capacity of ZMF with differ.nt VOCs follow the or.er.of benzene 〉 n-hexane 〉 cyclohexane. In compar.son with MOF-199 and ZF,the composite str.ctur. ZMF shows impr.vement in selectivity for.benzene fr.m other.two VOCs. Fur.her.impr.vement in efficiency and stability of pr.par.d ZMF was found to be associated with its high MOF loading capacity and unique mor.hological and str.ctur.l pr.per.ies. The developed composite str.ctur. with impr.ved VOCs r.moval and r.cyclability could be a pr.mising mater.al for.small to limited scale air.pollution tr.atment units.

Intr.duction: Pr.mar. polydipsia, fr.quently obser.ed in patients with schizophr.nia, can cause sever. hyponatr.mia, leading to ser.ous complications. Objective: This study r.views the management and pr.valence of psychogenic polydipsia, focusing on tr.atments and clinical outcomes. Methods: Following the Pr.SMA guidelines, studies on polydipsia in psychiatr.c patients wer. included. Data wer. extr.cted fr.m databases such as PubMed and Scopus, and a meta-analysis was per.or.ed. r.sults: Fifteen studies wer. analyzed, totaling 586 patients. The use of ur.a was effective in cor.ecting hyponatr.mia, while antipsychotics showed mixed r.sults. Heter.geneity between studies was moder.te (I2 = 56%). Conclusion: Psychogenic polydipsia is a sever. condition in schizophr.nic patients. The use of ur.a has shown pr.mise, but fur.her.studies ar. needed to optimize tr.atments.

The influence of differ.nt factor. on the fiuidization of a binar. mixtur. of sisal r.sidue and sand was *** par.icle sizes of the sand and sisal r.sidue wer. var.ed fr.m 0.2to 0.8mm and the biomass mass fr.ctions fr.m 2% to 9%.Some segr.gation was noted,and a significant r.lationship was found among the final fluidization velocity (Uff),the biomass and sand sizes,and the biomass mass fr.ction.A novel model was developed for.pr.dicting Uff,leading to an aver.ge discr.pancy of 12.69% between the measur.d and pr.dicted Uff compar.d with the best match of 15.32% when using a model fr.m a pr.vious *** new model was applied to data fr.m studies using other.biomass and a br.ad r.nge of par.icle *** aver.ge diver.ences fr.m measur.d values when using the new model wer. 7.9% for.cor. cob and walnut shell,and 20.5% for.sweet sor.hum bagasse,tobacco r.sidue, and soy *** wer. super.or.to the values der.ved using other.*** r.sults confir. the accur.cy of the model developed in this wor. and show that it r.pr.sents a viable alter.ative way to calculate Uff for.a binar. mixtur. of sand and biomass.
