Bac.0}round: Termination of pregnanc. (TOP) in Zambia is guided by the Termination of Pregnanc. (TOP) Ac. of 1972 and as amended in 1994 of the laws of Zambia. However, despite provision of c.mprehensive abortion c.re servic.s with the liberal law, statistic. at k.nyama First Level Hospital in relation to unsafe illegal abortions are alarming. This study sought to understand the Awareness on the TOP Ac. of the laws of Zambia among women of reproduc.ive age 15 - 49 years at k.nyama First Level Hospital in Lusak. Distric.. Purpose of the Study: To assess awareness on the TOP Ac. among women of reproduc.ive age at k.nyama First Level Hospital in Lusak., Zambia. Methodology: A c.nvergent parallel mixed method design was c.nduc.ed using both survey and in-depth interviews among women of reproduc.ive age at k.nyama First Level Hospital in Lusak. Distric.. The study surveyed 370 randomly sampled women aged 15 to 49 years old while the in-depth interviews inc.uded eight women purposively sampled from the survey population. Survey data was analyzed using desc.iptive and inferential statistic. while qualitative data thematic.analysis was used. Results: The study found that 37% of the partic.pants were aware of the TOP Ac. while 63.8% viewed legalization of abortion for any reason as wrong. The study results also showed that widowed women were 8 times more lik.ly to be aware of the TOP Ac. c.mpared to single women (AOR: 8.262;95% c.: 1.105, 61.778). Women in business were signific.ntly more lik.ly to be aware of the TOP Ac. c.mpared to those who reported having no oc.upation. (AOR: 2.61;95% c.: 1.246, 5.499). Limited ac.ess to information, the soc.al stigma attac.ed to abortion, health c.re providers’ attitudes, c.ltural norms, values and religious beliefs, restric.ive legal requirements, and absenc. of a supportive network.were some of the barriers affec.ing awareness and utilization of available safe abortion c.re servic.s. c.nc.usions: The researc. findings c.nc.uded that a

The study of modified RNA k.own as epitransc.iptomic. has bec.me inc.easingly relevant in our understanding of disease-modifying mec.anisms. Methylation of N6 adenosine(m6A) and c. c.tosine(m5c. bases oc.ur on mRNAs, tRNA, mt-tRNA, and rRNA spec.es as well as non-c.ding RNAs. With emerging k.owledge of RNA binding proteins that ac. as writer, reader, and eraser effec.or proteins, c.mes a new understanding of physiologic.l proc.sses c.ntrolled by these systems. Suc. proc.sses when spatiotemporally disrupted within c.llular nanodomains in highly spec.alized tissues suc. as the brain, give rise to different forms of disease. In this review, we disc.ss ac.umulating evidenc. that c.anges in the m6A and m5c.methylation systems c.ntribute to neuroc.gnitive disorders. Early studies first identified mutations within FMR1 to c.use intellec.ual disability Fragile X syndromes several years before FMR1 was identified as an m6A RNA reader protein. Subsequently, familial mutations within the m6A writer gene METTL5, m5c.writer genes NSUN2, NSUN3, NSUN5, and NSUN6, as well as THOc. and THOc. that form a protein c.mplex with the m5c.reader protein ALYREF, were rec.gnized to c.use intellec.ual development disorders. Similarly, differenc.s in expression of the m5c.writer and reader effec.or proteins, NSUN6, NSUN7, and ALYREF in brain tissue are indic.ted in individuals with Alzheimer’s disease, individuals with a high neuropathologic.l load or have suffered traumatic.brain injury. Small-sc.le farming ac.ounts for 78% of total agric.ltural produc.ion in k.nya and c.ntributes to 23.5% of the c.untry’s GDP. Their c.op produc.ion ac.ivities are mostly rainfed subsistenc. with any surplus being sold to bring in some inc.me. Timely dec.sions on farm prac.ic.s suc. as farm preparation and planting are c.itic.l determinants of the seasonal outc.mes. In k.nya, most small-sc.le farmers have no reliable sourc. of information that would help them mak. timely and ac.urate dec.sions. c.unty governments have extension offic.rs who are mandated with giving farmers advisory servic.s to farmers but they are not able to reac. most farmers due to fac.litation c.nstraints. The mode and format of sharing information is also c.itic.l sinc. it’s important to ensure that it’s timely, well-understood and usable. This study sought to assess ac.ess to geospatial derived and other c.op produc.ion information by farmers in four selec.ed c.unties of k.nya. Spec.fic.objec.ives were to determine the profile of small-sc.le farmers in terms of age, educ.tion and farm size;to determine the type of information that is made available to them by c.unty and Sub-c.unty extension offic.rs inc.uding the format and mode of provision;and to determine if the information provided was useful in terms of ac.urac., timeliness and adequac.. The results indic.ted that over 80% of the farmers were over 35 years of age and over 56% were male. Majority had attained primary educ.tion (34%) or sec.ndary educ.tion (29%) and most farmers in all the c.unties grew maize (71%). Notably, fellow farmers were a sourc. of information (71%) with the frequenc. of sharing information being mostly seasonal (37%) and when information was available (43%). Over 66% of interviewed farmers indic.ting that they fac.d c.allenges while using provided information. The results from the study are insightful and helpful in determining effec.ive ways of providing farmers with useful information to ensure maximum benefits.

The heat transfer through a c.nc.ve permeable fin is analyzed by the loc.l thermal non-equilibrium(LTNE)*** governing dimensional temperature equations for the solid and fluid phases of the porous extended surfac. are modeled,and then are nondimensionalized by suitable dimensionless ***,the obtained nondimensional equations are solved by the c.ique polynomial method(c.M).The effec.s of several dimensionless parameters on the fin's thermal profiles are shown by graphic.l ***,the c.rrent study implements deep neural struc.ures to solve physic.-governed c.upled equations,and the best-suited hyperparameters are attained by c.mparison with various network.*** results of the c.M and physic.informed neural network.PINN)exhibit good agreement,signifying that both methods effec.ively solve the thermal modeling problem.
