As Morris et al. （2013） indicated ＇it is a very good idea to have a policy in place for dealing with these [ethical] issues＇, and based on the ethical code and flowcharts of the Committee on Publication Ethics （COPE）1 and our experience at Journals of Zhejiang University-SCIENCE A/B ＆ FITEE, we have posted the 2015 JZUS-policy online （http：//***/jzus/***）. It includes three sections： Forms of Plagiarism, Anti-Plagiarism Policy, and CrossCheck Workflow. The following is the full text of this policy.

Based on the current news via Thomson Reuters "700 new regional journals in the world have been added to Web of Science since 2007",we conducted an investigation to find out that 43(6.1%) Chinese journals(including 6 journals from Hong Kong region) are included. The results also show that up to now a total of about 153 Chinese journals(114 from China Mainland,11 from Hong Kong and 28 from Taiwan) have been included by SCI and SSCI & AHCI.

We conducted and analyzed several internet surveys in order to understand the profile of global research integrity and ethical awareness,encompassing global population *** were(1)the global distribution of Committee of Publishing Ethics(COPE)membership;(2)the global distribution of“Integrity”or“Ethics”journals;(3)the level of academic integrity awareness in European higher education institutions and(4)awareness of academic integrity in the top universities of Asia and *** results of this survey series highlight seriously imbalanced awareness of research integrity and publishing ethics across the world,especially in developing areas with the highest population *** therefore propose a new index,the“Academic Integrity Awareness Index”for future discussions across the linked spheres of publishing and research.

BACKGROUND:This study aimed to review bicycle-related injuries during the COVID-19 pandemic to assist with reinforcement or implementation of new policies for injury ***:This is a retrospective descriptive analysis of injuries sustained during cycling for patients 18 years old and above who presented to Singapore General Hospital from January to June *** records were reviewed and *** analyses were used to summarize patient characteristics,and differences in characteristics subgrouped by triage acuity and discharge status were ***:The study included 272 patients with a mean age of 43 years and a male predominance(71.7%).Most presented without referrals(88.2%)and were not conveyed by ambulances(70.6%).Based on acuity category,there were 24(8.8%)Priority 1(P1)patients with 7 trauma activations,174(64.0%)and 74(27.2%)P2 and P3 patients *** most common injuries were fractures(34.2%),followed by superficial abrasion/contusion(29.4%)and laceration/wound(19.1%).Thirteen(4.8%)patients experienced head injury and 85 patients(31.3%)were documented to be wearing a *** majority occurred on the roads as traffic accidents(32.7%).Forty-two patients(15.4%)were admitted with a mean length of stay of 4.1 d and 17(6.3%)undergone surgical *** of 214(78.7%)discharged patients,no re-attendances or mortality were *** the subgroup analysis,higher acuity patients were generally older,with higher proportions of head injuries leading to ***:Our study highlights significant morbidities in bicycle-related *** is also a high proportion of fractures in the young healthy male *** prevention is paramount and we propose emphasizing helmet use and road user safety.

In recent years we have published many papers discussing how to avoid duplication （plagiarism） in scientific journals （Lin et al., 2009; 2011; zhang, 2010a; 2010b; zhang and Jia, 2012; 2013; zhang and McIntosh, 2012; Jia and zhang, 2013; Jia et al., 2013; Tan and zhang, 2013）. Indeed, to prevent plagiarism in scientific publishing, various detecting tools have been widely applied, such as CrossCheck, Turnitin, eBlast and AMLC （academic misconduct literature check） system of China National Knowledge Infra- structure （CNKI）. In recent years, many journals have provided their explicit policies on this issue. For example, on Elsevier＇s website there are detailed instructions entitled For Editors： Questions and Answers on Policies （http：//***/ editors/perk/questions-and-answers）, and also on our own journals＇ website （http：//***）, there is Instruction for Authors that clearly states that we use CrossCheck to fight against plagiarism and to ensure high ethical standards for all of the submitted papers. In short, as Meddings （2010） exclaims, Credit where credit＇s due： plagiarism screening in scholarly publishing. Stopping plagiarism is the journal edi- tors＇ responsibility （zhang and McIntosh, 2012）.

中国友好城市外交自1973年诞生伊始便是中国对外交流的一个重要工具。友城外交在提升缔结国外交关系、促进民间交往、文化交流、活跃地方关系、推动经贸联系等方面具有重要作用。在目前中国推行的“一带一路”倡议中,友城外交也是实现这一愿景的重要内涵和渠道。特别是,在与中国一衣带水的东南亚,友城外交被赋予了更多的内涵。长期以来,中国因与东南亚有着悠久的历史交流、文化相通、地缘距离相近等共通点,双方具有亲密、频繁的互动关系。而福建省作为中国对东南亚友城外交的桥头堡,拥有丰富的华侨华人资源,因而以友城外交视角来拓展华侨华人的研究领域具有现实与学术的双重意义。在中国对东南亚开展友城外交的过程之中,友好城市外交不仅在形式、内容和意义上与中国与其他地区友城外交不同,而且最重要的节点在于双方奉行内政“互相不干涉”原则、维持地区和平安全以及重视华侨华人的桥梁作用。本文以福建省为中心来考察中国与东南亚友好城市外交的范围、内容、特点和成效,并通过与更邻近东南亚的云南省和广西壮族自治区进行横向比较,通过对比剖析福建省在友城外交中的独特优势与特点。中国-东南亚友城活动涵盖投资、贸易、旅游、文化、教育等广泛活动。中国和东南亚地理位置邻近虽然促成更频繁、友好的交流、也可能因为双边关系紧张出现波动。南海问题和其他领土纠纷引起的不信任感,导致东南亚国家对中国的公信力认可度降低。友城外交作为根植于软实力理念的外交工具、中国与东南亚的友好城市关系离不开中国与东南亚外交关系的大背景。尽管如此,友好城市可以起到一定的安抚作用,正如在2012-2016年黄岩岛紧张局势期间,某些中菲友好城市对之间可以看到这种功效。
