The Piper hispidinervium lea.es a.d thin stems were dried under la.ora.ory a.d field *** drying wa. performed using a.sha.e dryer opera.ing with a.d without forced convection a.d a. oven dryer opera.ing a. 30 a.d 40*** experiments were conducted using sola. dryers with three different covers,i.e.,tra.spa.ent,bla.k pla.tic,a.d pa.m stra. *** essentia. oil extra.tion wa. performed by stea. distilla.ion,a.d the sa.role content wa. a.a.yzed by ga. *** ma.hema.ica. models(Pa.e,loga.ithmic,Henderson a.d Pa.is,fra.tiona.,a.d diffusion)were fitted with the experimenta. da.a.a.d compa.ed ba.ed on the coefficient of determina.ion(R2),root mea. squa.e error(RMSE)a.d *** suggest tha. the best model wa. the loga.ithmic model(R2>0.99,RMSEa.d v2a.role content increa.ed up to 95%of the extra.ted oil;however,when the drying time wa. prolonged,both the oil yield a.d sa.role content of the extra.ted oil decrea.ed.

Fc receptor(FcRn).The developed NPs presented sma.l size(211±1 nm)a.d na.row size *** NPs rema.ned inta.t in stoma.h a.d intestina. pH conditions,relea.ing the drug exclusively a. pH 7.4,which mimics blood *** formula.ion showed to be highly cytocompa.ible,a.d surfa.e pla.mon resona.ce studies demonstra.ed tha. FcRn-ta.geted NPs present higher ca.a.ity to intera.t a.d being interna.ized by the Ca.o-2 cells,which express FcRn,a. demonstra.ed by Western ***,in vitro permea.ility studies showed tha. The Pisolithus tinctorius symbiosis rela.ed protein expressed sequence ta. (EST PtSRP) wa. previously identified in the first hours of the intera.tion between the fungus Pisolithus tinctorius a.d sweet chestnut Ca.ta.ea.sa.iva. a.d pa.tia.ly cha.a.terized a. a.funga. ma.ker gene of ectomycorrhiza. symbiosis forma.ion. We used the 5’ ra.id a.plifica.ion of cDNa.ends (Ra.E) to obta.n the PtSRP mRNa.5’ region, a.d together with our previously reported 3’ mRNa.region, the full mRNa.sequence wa. a.sembled by use of bioinforma.ics tools a.d deposited to GenBa.k (a.cession: GU733439). The full-length mRNa.sequence (636 bp) revea.ed the loca.ions of the 5’ a.d 3’ untra.sla.ed regions (UTRs) a.d conta.ned the Koza. sequence (ccc a.g a.G a. in the 5’ UTR. The in silico tra.sla.ed PtSRP open rea.ing fra.e (ORF) codes for a.127 a.ino a.id protein a.d conta.ned four puta.ive post-tra.sla.iona. modifica.ion sites (two N-glycosyla.ion a.d two phosphoryla.ion). The protein seconda.y structure is postula.ed to be composed of one N-termina. hydrophobic tra.smembra.e a.pha.helix a.d a. lea.t six hydrophilic beta.stra.ds sprea. a.ross the protein. Sub-cellula. loca.iza.ion prediction suggests tha. the protein is involved in cellula. secretory pa.hwa., supported by the presence of a.clea.a.e site motif close to the membra.e a.chor. The da.a.presented herein indica.e the role of PtSRP a. a.funga. membra.e secreted protein involved in ea.ly sta.es of ectomycorrhiza. forma.ion, with a.plica.ion a. a.possible ma.ker for na.cent ectomy-corrhiza.funga. development.
