In recent years,nanogenerators(NGs)have attracted wide attention in the energy field,among which triboelectric nanogenerators(TENGs)have shown superior *** reports of electrospinning(ES)-based TENGs have been reported,but there is a lack of deep analysis of the designing method from microstructure,limiting the creative of new ES-based *** TENGs use polymer materials to achieve corresponding design,which requires structural design of polymer *** existing polymer molding design methods include macroscopic molding methods,such as injection,compression,extrusion,calendering,etc.,combined with liquid-solid changes such as soluting and melting;it also includes micro-nano molding technology,such as melt-blown method,coagulation bath method,ES method,and nanoimprint *** fact,ES technology has good controllability of thickness dimension and rich means of nanoscale structure *** present,these characteristics have not been ***,in this paper,we combine recent reports with some microstructure regulation functions of ES to establish a more general TENGs design *** on the rich microstructure research results in the field of ES,much more new types of TENGs can be designed in the future.

Purification and biochemical characterization of manganesecontaining superoxide dismutase from deep-sea thermophile Geobacillus sp. EPT3

Thermostable SOD is a promising enzyme in biotechnological applications. In the present study, ***3 was isolated from a deep-sea hydrothermal field in the East Pacific. A thermo-stable superoxide dismutase （SOD） from this strain was purified to homogeneity by steps of fractional am-monium sulfate precipitation, DEAE-Sepharose chromatography, and Phenyl-Sepharose chromatography. SOD was purified 13.4 fold to homogeneity with a specific activity of 3 354 U/mg and 11.1% recovery. SOD fromGeobacillussp. EPT3 was of the Mn-SOD type, judged by the insensitivity of the enzyme to both KCN and H2O2. SOD was determined to be a homodimer with monomeric molecular mass of 26.0 kDa. It had high thermostability at 50＆#176;C and 60＆#176;C. At tested conditions,SOD was relatively stable in the presence of some inhibitors and denaturants, such asβ-mercaptoethanol （β-ME）, dithiothreitol （DTT）, phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride （PMSF）, urea, and guanidine ***. EPT3 SOD showed striking stability across a wide pH range from 5.0 to 11.0. It could withstand denaturants of extremely acidic and alkaline conditions, which makes it useful in the industrial applications.

Overexpression and characterization of a thermostable β-agarase producing neoagarotetraose from a marine isolate Microbulbifer ***1

An agarase gene containing 1 302 bp was cloned from Microbulbifer sp. AG1. It encoded a mature protein of 413 amino acids plus a 20-residue signal peptide. The recombinant enzyme without the signal peptide was expressed and purified from Escherichia coli BL21(DE3). When agarose was used as a substrate, the optimal temperature and pH for the enzyme were 60℃ and 7.5, respectively. The recombinant agarase showed excellent thermostability with 67% and 19% of residual activities after incubation at 50℃ and 60℃ for 1 h, *** SDS, the recombinant agarase had a relatively good resistance against the detected inhibitors, detergents and urea denaturant. Thin layer chromatography analysis and enzyme assay using p-nitrophenyl-α/β-Dgalactopyranoside revealed that the recombinant agarase was a β-agarase that degraded agarose into neoagarotetraose as the main end product. The enzymatic hydrolysis products with different degree of polymerization exhibited the antioxidant activities.

Cloning and characterization of a thermostable carboxylesterase from inshore hot spring thermophile Geobacillus ***1

The gene （741 bp） encoding carboxylesterase from the thermophilic bacterium Geobacillus sp. ZH1 was cloned and overexpressed in Escherichia coll. The purified recombinant protein presented a molecular mass of about 40 kDa by SDS-PAGE analysis. Enzyme assays using p-nitrophenyl esters with different acyl chain lengths as the substrates confirmed its esterase activity, yielding highest specific activity with p-nitrophenyl acetate. Among the p-nitrophenyl esters tested, the carboxylesterase presented preference for p-nitrophenyl caprylate, but hydrolyzed p-nitrophenyl butyrate more efficiently. When p-nitrophenyl butyrate was used as a substrate, the recombinant carboxylesterase exhibited highest activity at pH 8.0 and 60℃. Almost no decrease in esterase activity was observed at 60℃ for 3 h, and over 40% of activity was still maintained after incubation at 90℃ for 3 h. These results indicate that Geobacillus sp. ZH1 recombinant esterase was thermostable. The enzymatic activity was inhibited by the addition of phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride, indicating that it contains serine residue, which plays a key role in the catalytic mechanism. Except SDS and xylene, this esterase showed stability toward other tested detergents and organic solvents. Cloning, expression, and biochemical characterization of Geobacillus sp. ZH1 carboxylesterase lay a good foundation for its structural characterization and industrial application.

Substitution of His260 residue alters the thermostability of Pseudoalteromonas carrageenovora arylsulfatase

This study aimed to improve the thermostability of arylsulfatase from Pseudoalteromonas carrageenovora. A library of P. carrageenovora arylsulfatase mutants was constructed by introducing random mutagenesis using error-prone PCR. After screening, two mutants of H260L and D84A/H260L showed enhanced thermal stability than the wild-type predecessor (WT). Site-directed mutagenesis demonstrated that only amino acid residue at Position 260 plays an important role in the thermostability of P. carrageenovora arylsulfatase. Thermal inactivation analysis showed that the half-life (t1/2) values at 55°C for H260L, H260I, H260Q, H260F and H260R were 40.6, 48.4, 30.9, 29.1 and 34.5 min, respectively, while that of WT was 9.1 min. Structure modeling demonstrated that the additional hydrogen bonds and/or optimization of surface charge-charge interactions could be responsible for the increased thermostability imparted by H260L, H260I, H260Q, H260F and H260R.

针对目前低密度奇偶校验(low-density parity-check,LDPC)码偏移最小和(offset min-sum,OMS)算法偏移因子选取不够准确的问题,提出了一种基于次序统计量的OMS(order statistics OMS,OR-OMS)算法。该算法使用两个不同的偏移因子对校验节点更新结果进行修正,一个偏移因子用于修正第一最小值结果,另一个偏移因子用于修正第二最小值结果。利用次序统计量进行理论分析,得出最优的两个偏移因子值。所提算法使用分层调度的消息传递方式,加快算法的收敛速度。仿真结果表明,该算法与传统的OMS算法相比,在误比特率(bite error rate,BER)为10^(-5)时所提算法译码性能可以获得约0.35 dB的增益,平均迭代次数最多能够降低34.28%,同时拥有更好的收敛性能。

Characterization of a thermostable manganese-containing superoxide dismutase from inshore hot spring thermophile Thermus ***1

A thermostable superoxide dismutase （SOD） from the inshore thermophile Thermus sp. JM1 was purified to homogeneity by steps of fractional ammonium sulfate precipitation, DEAE-Sepharose chromatography and Phenyl-Sepharose chromatography. The specific activity of the purified native enzyme was 1 656 U/mg. A sod gene from this strain was cloned and overexpressed in Escherichia coli （E. coli）. The prepared apo-enzyme of the purified recombinant SOD （rSOD） was reconstituted with either Fe or Mn by means of incubation with appropriate metal salts. As a result, only Mn 2＋ - reconstituted rSOD （Mn-rSOD） exhibited the specific activity of 1 598 U/mg. SOD from Thermus sp. JM1 was Mn-SOD, judging by the specific activities analysis of Fe or Mn reconstituted rSODs and the insensitivity of the native SOD to both cyanide and H 2 O 2 . Both the native SOD and Mn- rSOD were determined to be homotetramers with monomeric molecular mass of 26 kDa and 27.5 kDa, respectively. They had high thermostability at 50 ° C and 60 ° C, and showed striking stability across a wide pH span from 4.0 to 11.0.

Leaching kinetics of fluorine during the aluminum removal from spent li-ion battery cathode materials

The high content of aluminum(Al)impurity in the recycled cathode powder seriously affects the extraction efficiency of Nickel,Cobalt,Manganese,and lithium resources and the actual commercial value of recycled materials,so Al removal is crucially important to conform to the industrial standard of spent li-ion battery cathode *** this work,we systematically investigated the leaching process and optimum conditions associated with Al removal from the cathode powder materials collected in a wet cathode-powder peeling and recycling production line of spent li-ion batteries(liBs).Moreover,we specifically studied the leaching of fluorine(F)synergistically happened along with the removal process of Al,which was not concerned about in other studies,but one of the key factors affecting pollution prevention in the recovery *** mechanism of the whole process including the leaching of Al and F from the cathode powder was indicated by using NMR,FTIR,and XPS,and a defluoridation process was preliminarily investigated in this *** leaching kinetics of Al could be successfully described by the shrinking core model,controlled by the diffusion process and the activation energy was 11.14 kJ/***,the leaching of F was attributed to the dissolution of liPF6and decomposition of PVDF,and the kinetics associated was described by Avrami *** interaction of Al and F is advantageous to realize the defluoridation to some *** is expected that our investigation will provide theoretical support for the large-scale recycling of spent liBs.

Side reactions and dendrite growth triggered by the unstable interface and inhomogeneous deposition have become the biggest obstacle to the commercialization for lithium metal *** this study,a highly-chlorinated organic-inorganic hybrid interfacial protective layer is developed by rationally tuning the interfacial passivation and robustness to achieve the convenient and efficient li metal *** polyvinyl chloride(PVC)can effectively resist water and oxygen,which is confirmed by density functional *** organic-dominant solid electrolyte interphases(SEI)with lithium chloride are investigated by the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)with little mineralization of oxide,such as li_(2)O and li_(2)CO_(3).With such artificial SEI,a uniform and dense lithium deposition morphology are formed and an ultra-long stable cycle of over 500 h are achieved even at an ultra-high current density of 10 m A/cm^(2).Moreover,the simple and convenient protected anode also exhibits excellent battery stability when paired with the liNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NCM811)and liFePO_(4)(LFP)cathode,showing great potential for the commercial application of lithium metal batteries.

针对低密度奇偶校验码的动态调度译码算法中存在的震荡现象和贪婪特性问题,在基于变量节点消息残差置信传播算法的基础上,提出一种基于相对残差调度的置信传播算法。对变量节点进行分组,以变量节点向校验节点传递消息的相对残差值作为参考,优先更新相对残差值最大的节点,加快译码收敛速度。对于译码过程中震荡的变量节点,对其更新前后的后验LLR(log likelihood ratio)消息值做加权平均处理,提高震荡节点的可靠度。在算法迭代的过程中对变量节点向校验节点传递消息的相对残差值作衰减处理,缓解译码算法的贪婪特性。仿真结果表明:与VC-RBP算法相比,在误比特率为10-5时所提算法译码性能可以获得0.3~0.4 dB的增益,同时拥有更快的收敛速度。
