Water is the most essential natural resource for the future *** production is extensively water-dependent and a significant polluter of water ***,this work investigated the effect of two different preparation media[Bold’s Basal Medium(BBM)and Domiati cheese whey(DCW)]for agricultural drainage water(ADW)*** treatments were incubated for 6 *** to the results of biomass productivity,specific growth rate,photosynthetic pigments,and biochemical composition,Desmodesmus *** grow in drainage water without *** two treatments significantly reduced the concentration of nitrate,phosphate,chemical oxygen demand,and sodium in ***,using cheese whey with BBM as inoculum preparation media enhanced the lipid accumulation in the algal biomass(25.4%w/w)and gave the best biodiesel properties among ***,combining remediation of drainage water with microalgae mass production can achieve the sustainability of agriculture.

In the last few years,videos became the most common form of information transmitted over the internet,and a lot of the traffic is confidential and must be protected and delivered safely to its intended *** introduces the challenges of presenting encryption systems that can encode videos securely and efficiently at the same *** paper presents an efficient opto-video encryption system using Logistic Adjusted Sine map(LASM)in the Fractional Fourier Transform(FrFT).In the presented opto-video LASM-based FrFT scheme,the encoded video is split into distinct frames and transformed into optical signals utilizing an optical *** of the developed optical video frames is ciphered by utilizing the LASM in optical FrFT system using two-phase modulation forms on the video frame,the first in the time-domain and the second in the FrFT *** the end,the ciphervideo frame is spotted utilizing a CCD digital camera and transformed into a digital structure that can be managed using a *** test the proposed opto-video LASM-based FrFT scheme using various security *** outcomes demonstrate that the presented scheme can effectively encrypt and decrypt video *** addition,it encrypts videos with a high level of encryption qualitywithout sacrificing its resistance to noise ***,the test outcomes demonstrate that the presented scheme is immune to known attacks.

The supply of emergency materials is the fundament of emergency *** view of the demand for emergency materials in major calamities,in this paper,a system dynamics model of emergency materials is constructed from the perspectives of wartime and *** setting and controlling the relevant parameters and variables,the influence of a variable on the demand and supply of emergency materials and the influence of government strategies on the quantity and provision of emergency material supply are *** explore the measures that can better ensure the supply to stabilize the social and economic security of the *** results show that the emergency degree of an event will lead to increases in the amount of government expenditures and in the duration of such ***,the increase in emergency cases will increase the variation range of the supply and demand deviation curve,lengthen the response time to demand,and fasten the growth trend of material *** Chinese government adopts comprehensive regulation and control mode,which make the supply and demand reach the equilibrium state more than twice as fast as other control *** addition,the promotion of publicity will improve the number of civil materials.A high inflation rate will lead to high imports of government materials,which will consequently affect the supply of emergency *** above research findings have important reference significance for the government’s emergency materials management.

Predictors of Vascular Calcification in Hemodialysis Patients

Background: The prevalence of both cardiovascular mortality and vascular calcification is much higher in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) than in the general population so early detection and intervention of VC may prevent or delay the progression and achieve improved patient outcomes. Objectives: To detect different predictors of vascular calcification in haemodialysis patients. Methods: This was a cross sectional observational study that included 85 patients with end stage renal disease (ESRD) on regular dialysis 47 males and 38 females ranged between 18 and 80 years old selected from Nephrology Unit, Internal Medicine Department, Menoufia University Hospital from April 2019 to May 2020. Serum calcium, phosphorus, alkhaline phosphatase, intact PTH, serum Matrix GLA protein, vitamin D and non-contrast CT for calcium scoring of femoral arteries were performed. Results: There was a significant correlation between age of the patient by years (p value 0.0001), serum calcium (p value 0.0001), phosphate (0.0001), calcium phosphate products (p value 0.0001) and alkhaline phosphatase (0.0001), and vascular calcification score detected by non-contrast CT on femoral arteries and negative correlation between serum Matrix GLA protein p value 0.0001) and the detected calcification score;the lower the MGP level the higher calcification score while there was no correlation between body mass index (BMI) (p value 0.021) intact PTH (p value 0.117), serum vitamin D level (p value 0.643), serum albumin (p value 0.643), serum haemoglobin (p value 0.257) and duration of dialysis (p value 0.260) and the detected score. Serum phosphate and calcium phosphorus product are independent risk factors for vascular calcification severity in haemodialysis patients. Background: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a worldwide public health alarming problem. Although both heart and kidneys are separated by a quite distance within the body and they perform varied functions, there is a close physiological relationship between them. The diseases in the kidneys can trigger a disease in the heart and vice versa. High blood pressure is the most significant risk factor for the development and progression of chronic kidney disease (CKD). Lowering blood pressure is a goal to prevent CKD progress. Chronic abnormalities in cardiac function (e.g., chronic congestive heart failure) causing, chronic kidney disease and anemia appear to act together in a vicious circle in which each condition causes or exacerbates the other progressive chronic kidney disease. Objective: To assess the prevalence of chronic kidney disease in patients with cardiovascular disease at Shebin el-Kom Teaching Hospital and Menoufia University Hospital Cardiology Outpatient Clinic, Menoufia Governorate, Egypt. Methods: This is a cross-sectional study that was conducted in Shebin el-Kom Teaching Hospital Cardiology Outpatient Clinic, Menoufia University Cardiology Outpatient Clinic from April 2019 to July 2019. This study included 200 patients with cardiovascular disease or hypertension for more than 6 months. All patients were subjected to detailed history taking, clinical examination, laboratory investigation, echo and abdominal ultrasound. Results: This study included 200 patients with cardiovascular disease or hypertension for more than 6 months, which showed that: 63 (31.5%) were diagnosed as chronic kidney disease, 24 (38%) known to be CKD, 39 (62%) not known diagnosed in our study. Uncontrolled hypertension, congestive heart failure, diuretics and ACEI or ARBS with diuretics together are significant risk factors for renal impairment;uncontrolled hypertension and diuretics are the most predictors for ren

Background: The metabolic syndrome (MetS) is a clustering of vascular risk factors that tend to increase the risk of occurrence of diabetes mellitus type 2 (DMT2), cardiovascular and cerebro-vascular ischemic events. The aim of the present study is to investigate the association of extra-cranial and intracranial arterial atherosclerosis as well as silent brain infarction (SBI) with MetS, thereby determining the potential cerebrovascular atherosclerotic risk of MetS in the Egyptian population. Methods: A case control study was conducted on 50 Egyptian subjects with MetS and 30 without with age range from 40 - 60 years old. All participants were free from cerebrovascular ischemic events [stroke or transient ischemic attack (TIA)]. All participants underwent complete neurological examination, assessment of the diagnostic criteria for MetS, carotid and transcranial duplex ultrasonography (U/S) and brain MRI. Results: Preclinical carotid atherosclerosis (athero-sclerotic plaques with ely, there was a highly significant association between MetS and SBI even after adjustment for age and other confounders (P value = 0.001). Conclusion: Metabolic syndrome is an important factor associated with mild to moderate atherosclerosis (<50% stenosis) and silent brain infarcts among asymptomatic individuals. Interventions to reduce MetS are important for prevention of subclinical and clinical cerebral atherosclerotic disease.
