a.m: Recently, there is a. increa.ed a.era.e of developing ca.cers. Though, the chemothera.eutic-trea.ment is unfa.ora.le during pregna.cy due to its ha.mful effects on developing fetuses, physicia.s ha.e two wa.s to minimize these effects either by termina.ion of the pregna.cy or minimizing its side effects. The present work a.med to illustra.e the susceptibility of ca.dia., lung a.d dorsa. a.rta.function to the widely a.plica.le drugs doxorubicin a.d cispla.in a. well a. 5-fluroura.il. Ma.eria.s a.d Methods: Mother a.bino ra.s were a.ra.ged into four-groups (control, doxorubicin, cispla.in a.d 5-fluroura.il-trea.ed groups). Ea.h pregna.t ra. received intra.eritonea. a.ministra.ion of 0.2 mg/kg body weight a. 10th a.d 14th da. of gesta.ion a.d sa.rificed a. pa.turition (two doses). a. pa.turition, serum of mother ra.s used to a.sess troponin I, hea. shock protein 70, 8-hydroxydeoxygua.osine, va.cula. endothelia. growth fa.tor a.d a.hesion molecules (ICa.-1 & VCa.-1). Isoenzyme electrophoresis of a.ka.ine a.d a.id phospha.a.es, glucose-6-phospha.e dehydrogena.e a.d la.tic dehydrogena.e were estima.ed in serum, myoca.dium a.d dorsa. a.rta.of mother ra.s. The myoca.dium a.d lung were processed for histopa.hologica. investiga.ions for both mothers a.d their offspring. Single stra.d (comet a.sa.) a.d double stra.d DNa.da.a.e were ca.ried out in hea.t a.d dorsa. a.rta.of mother ra.s. Results: The present finding revea.ed tha. there a.e detected a.tera.ions of myoca.dia. ma.kers a.d lung a.ino a.id meta.olism a. well a. disruption of myoca.dia. isoenzymes. DNa.da.a.e of myoca.dium a.d dorsa. a.rta.were observed. Conclusions: The a.thors concluded tha. the meta.olic a.tivity of hea.t a.d lung is highly susceptible to doxorubicin a.d cispla.in trea.ment compa.ed to 5-fluroura.il a.d the thera.eutic doses must be degra.ed.

The a.m of the present study wa. to determine the preva.ence of bovine cysticercosis in both ca.tle a.d buffloa., in Egypt a.d to a.sess the cysticida. effica.y of Ba.a.ites a.gyptia.a.fruits (B. a.gyptia.a. a.d Moringa.oleifera.seeds (M. oleifera. extra.ts in experimenta.ly infected mice. The study detected the level of tumor necrosis fa.tor (TNF-α) to monitor the immune a.d infla.ma.ory responses of experimenta.ly infected mice. Through mea. inspection, a.tota. number of 2125 ma.e bovine, 2 to 5 yea.s old, (1125 ca.tle a.d 1000 buffloes) were exa.ined under the a.thority of a.bsa.ine a.d a.wa.a. officia. a.a.toirs in Ca.ro Governora.e, Egypt covering the period extended from Ma.ch 2022 to a.ril 2023. The overa.l preva.ence of the disea.e a.ong bovine wa. 7.8% (6.31% of ca.tle a.d 9.5% of buffloes). Besides, B. a.gyptia.a.a.d M. oleifera.extra.ts showed cysticida. a.tivity in experimenta.ly infected mice. a.decrea.e in the numbers of cysticerci wa. found in a.l trea.ed mice groups, a.d up to 88% reduction wa. a.hieved in the B. a.gyptia.a.trea.ed group;higher tha. tha. wa. recorded in both M. oleifera.(72.23%) a.d a.benda.ole-trea.ed ones (80.56%). Postmortem findings proved tha. M. oleifera.a.d B. a.gyptia.a.reduced cysticerci numbers compa.a.le to a.commercia. a.thelmintic. The study showed a.significa.t decrea.e (P 0.001) in TNF-α levels a.ter trea.ment with Ba.a.ites a.d Moringa.extra.ts, compa.ed with the untrea.ed control a.d the a.benda.ole-trea.ed groups.

Time a.d spa.e complexity is themost critica. problemof the current routing optimiza.ion a.gorithms for Softwa.e Defined Networking(SDN).To overcome this complexity,resea.chers use meta.heuristic techniques inside the routing optimiza.ion a.gorithms in the OpenFlow(OF)ba.ed la.ge sca.e *** pa.er proposes a.hybrid meta.heuristic a.gorithm to optimize the dyna.ic routing problem for the la.ge sca.e *** to the dyna.ic na.ure of SDNs,the proposed a.gorithm uses a.uta.ion opera.or to overcome the memory-ba.ed problem of the a.t colony ***,it uses the box-covering method a.d the k-mea.s clustering method to divide the SDN network to overcome the problemof time a.d spa.e *** results of the proposed a.gorithm compa.ed with the results of other simila. a.gorithms a.d it shows tha. the proposed a.gorithm ca. ha.dle the dyna.ic network cha.ging,reduce the network congestion,the dela. a.d running times a.d the pa.ket loss ra.es.

Dia.etic retinopa.hy is a.critica. eye condition tha.,if not trea.ed,ca. lea. to vision *** methods of dia.nosing a.d trea.ing the disea.e a.e time-consuming a.d ***,ma.hine lea.ning a.d deep tra.sfer lea.ning(DTL)techniques ha.e shown promise in medica. a.plica.ions,including detecting,cla.sifying,a.d segmenting dia.etic *** a.va.ced techniques offer higher a.cura.y a.d *** Dia.nosis(Ca.)is crucia. in speeding up cla.sifica.ion a.d providing a.cura.e disea.e ***,these technologica. a.va.cements hold grea. potentia. for improving the ma.a.ement of dia.etic *** study’s objective wa. to differentia.e between different cla.ses of dia.etes a.d verify the model’s ca.a.ility to distinguish between these *** robustness of the model wa. eva.ua.ed using other metrics such a. a.cura.y(a.C),precision(PRE),reca.l(REC),a.d a.ea.under the curve(a.C).In this pa.ticula. study,the resea.chers utilized da.a.clea.sing techniques,tra.sfer lea.ning(TL),a.d convolutiona. neura. network(CNN)methods to effectively identify a.d ca.egorize the va.ious disea.es a.socia.ed with dia.etic retinopa.hy(DR).They employed the VGG-16CNN model,incorpora.ing intelligent pa.a.eters tha. enha.ced its *** outcomes surpa.sed the results obta.ned by the a.to enha.cement(a.)filter,which ha. a. a.C of over 98%.The ma.uscript provides visua. a.ds such a. gra.hs,ta.les,a.d techniques a.d fra.eworks to enha.ce *** study highlights the significa.ce of optimized deep TL in improving the metrics of the cla.sifica.ion of the four sepa.a.e cla.ses of *** ma.uscript empha.izes the importa.ce of using the VGG16CNN cla.sifica.ion technique in this context.
