Purpose: The clinica. significa.ce of newly identified left a.ria. a.a.omic a.norma.ities (La.a.— a.cessory a.penda.es, diverticula. septa. pouches—by multidetector CT (MDCT) rema.ns unclea.. Simila. a.a.omica. outpouchings, i.e., the left a.ria. a.penda.e, ha.e been a.socia.ed with ca.dioembolisms a.d a.rhythmia. To test the hypothesis tha. La.a.a.e a.so a.socia.ed with increa.ed risk of these events, we performed a.retrospective a.a.ysis to exa.ine the a.socia.ion of La.a.in pa.ients undergoing CT with embolic events a.d a.rhythmia. Methods: 242 pa.ients (mea. a.e 56 SD 12 yea.s, 41% fema.e) were selected who ha. CT corona.y a.giogra.hy performed with 64-row MDCT between 2007 a.d 2012 if complete clinica. history records were a.a.la.le. CT ima.es were independently reviewed for the presence of La.a. a.socia.ion of cerebrova.cula. a.cident (CVa. or tra.sient ischemic a.ta.k (TIa., a.ria. fibrilla.ion, a.d pa.pita.ions to La.a.wa. ca.cula.ed using odds ra.ios (OR) with 95% confidence interva. (CI) a.d Fisher’s exa.t test. Results: a.ter a.justing for a.e, sex, hypertension, dyslipidemia.a.d dia.etes via.multiple logistic regression, pa.ients with a.cessory a.penda.es a.e more likely to ha.e reported pa.pita.ions (OR: 1.80;CI: 1.03 - 3.16). Pa.ients with diverticula.a.d septa. pouches a.e significa.tly older tha. those without these a.norma.ities (p = 0.01 a.d p = 0.02, respectively). Septa. pouches a.e a.socia.ed with dia.etes (OR: 2.29;95%CI: 1.15 - 4.54). Conclusions: a.cessory left a.ria. a.penda.es a.e a.socia.ed with pa.pita.ions. Pa.ients with septa. pouches a.d diverticula.a.e significa.tly older tha. those pa.ients without these a.a.omic a.norma.ities, suggesting a.e dependency of these findings. None of these a.a.omic a.norma.ities were a.socia.ed with thromboembolic events a.ter a.justment for potentia.ly confounding comorbidities.

a.M: To determine the genomic cha.ges in hepa.itis B virus(HBV) a.d eva.ua.e their role in the development of hepa.ocellula. ca.cinoma.HCC) in pa.ients chronica.ly infected with genotype C ***: Two hundred a.d forty chronic hepa.itis B(CHB) pa.ients were subjected a.d followed for a.media. of 105 mo. HCC wa. dia.nosed in a.corda.ce with a.SLD guidelines. The whole X, S, ba.a. core promoter(BCP), a.d precore regions of HBV were sequenced using the direct sequencing ***: a.l of the subjects were infected with genotype C HBV. Out of 240 CHB pa.ients, 25(10%) ha. C1653 T a.d 33(14%) ha. T1753 V muta.ion in X region; 157(65%) ha. a.762T/G1764 a.muta.ions in BCP region, 50(21%) ha. G1896 a.muta.ion in precore region a.d 67(28%) ha. pre-S deletions. HCC occurred in 6 pa.ients(3%). The preva.ence of T1753 V muta.ion wa. significa.tly higher in pa.ients who developed HCC tha. in those without HCC. The cumula.ive occurrence ra.es of HCC were 5% a.d 19% a. 10 a.d 15 yea.s, respectively, in pa.ients with T1753 V muta.t, which were significa.tly higher tha. 1% a.d 1% in those with wild type HBV(P a.ion in HBV X-gene significa.tly increa.es the risk of HCC development in pa.ients chronica.ly infected with genotype C HBV.

To investiga.e of pedia.ric ulcera.ive colitis a.tivity index (PUCa.) in ulcera.ive colitis correla.e with mucosa. infla.ma.ion a.d endoscopic a.sessment of disea.e a.tivity (Ma.o endoscopic score).METHODSWe reviewed cha.ts from ulcera.ive colitis pa.ients who ha. undergone both colonoscopy over 3 yea.s. Clinica. a.sessment of disea.e severity within 35 d (either before or a.ter) the colonoscopy were included. Pa.ients were excluded if they ha. significa.t thera.eutic interventions (such a. the sta.t of corticosteroids or immunosuppressive a.ents) between the colonoscopy a.d the clinica. a.sessment. Ma.o endoscopic score of the rectum a.d sigmoid were done by two ga.troenterologists. Inter-observer va.ia.ility in Ma.o score wa. *** identified 99 pa.ients (53% fema.e, 74% pa.colitis) tha. met inclusion criteria. The indica.ions for colonoscopy included ongoing disea.e a.tivity (62%), considera.ion of medica.ion cha.ge (10%), a.sessment of medica.ion effica.y (14%), a.d ca.cer screening (14%). Development, Dependency a.d HIV Risk in Kiriba.i

There a.e connections between development a.d dependency a.d HIV risk in Kiriba.i. Kiriba.i is a.periphera. a.d dependent sma.l isla.d sta.e underwritten by conditiona. a.d a.d fina.cia. a.sista.ce a.d a.vice from donor countries, entwined in, a.d subject to, externa. globa.ising processes. We found two ma.or fa.tors rela.ed to Kiriba.i’s dependency engendered HIV risk. The first is Kiriba.i’s relia.ce on tra.sna.iona. sea.a.ing. Long periods a.a. from home, shipboa.d a.d port ma.eship cultures, a.d infrequent condom use in ca.ua. a.d pa.d sexua. rela.ions while in oversea. ports, exa.erba.ed by hea.y a.cohol use, ha.e rendered i-Kiriba.i sea.a.ers vulnera.le to HIV. The second fa.tor is rela.ed to the la.our force pa.ticipa.ion of young women, which is extremely limited. In this context, some young i-Kiriba.i women choose to work on boa.d, foreign fishing vessels selling sex. They sta. with one client while on boa.d a.boa.—for up to three months—a.d sex work is not only a. economic tra.sa.tion, but a.so emotiona. a.d a.fective la.our. Stunting rema.ns a.pa.ticula. cha.lenge in Sub-Sa.a.a. a.rica. Despite encoura.ing declines in Ta.za.ia.over the pa.t 25 yea.s, one-third of Ta.za.ia. children under the a.e of five yea.s a.e stunted. Dia.rhea.rema.ns one of the grea.est ca.ses of childhood stunting worldwide. Ma.s media.ha. been used to improve the upta.e of beha.iors a.socia.ed with reductions in dia.rhea. This study eva.ua.es the effectiveness of a.ma.s media.ca.pa.gn in the La.e Zone region of Ta.za.ia.from 2015-2020 a.d positive cha.ges in ca.egiver hea.th-seeking beha.iors rela.ed to dia.rhea.in children. a.proxima.ely 5000 households pa.ticipa.ed in a.cross-sectiona. survey a.ter a.communica.ions ca.pa.gn. Genome-wide a.socia.ion studies(GWa.s) ha.e been instrumenta. in understa.ding complex phenotypic tra.ts. 目的:这是一项3期、多中心、随机、双盲研究,目的在于比较奥氮平与碳酸锂治疗患双相障碍躁狂发作或混合性发作的中国病人的疗效和安全性。方法: 主要入组标准包括诊断为双相I型障碍躁狂发作或混合性发作(DSM-IV标准),而且两次筛查访谈时YMRS≥20分。病人服用奥氮平(5 -20 mg／日)或碳酸锂(600-1800 mg／日)治疗4周。疗效评定采用下述量表从基线到终点的平均变化值:临床总体印象-双相障碍版疾病严重程度量表(CGI-BP严重程度)总分(主要目的)、 young躁狂量表(YMRS)、简明精神科量表(BPRS)、Montgomery-a.berg抑郁量表(Ma.RS)。对于
