Synergistic Interaction and Gelation in Cationic Guar Gum-Sodium Alginate System

The synergistic interaction between the cationic guar gum (the ammonium hydroxy-propyl-trimethyl chloride of guar gum) and sodium alginate has been studied. The effects of the mass ratio of them, mixed temperature, balk salt ion concentration, incubation time and pH value on gelation were investigated. It has been observed that there was a gel strength maximum when the mass ratio was 0.6, the mixed temperature was 70°C, the balk salt ion concentration was 1.0 mol·L?1, the incubation time was 30 min and the pH value was 8. Interaction between molecules of these two polysaccharides was investigated by FT-IR spectrometry. A theoretical model was assumed to describe the kinetic processes of light-driven proton pump and motion. The calculation shows that the photovoltage signals are greatly affected by experimental conditions including pulse width of excitation and impedance of measurement system. At the same excitation, only a negative photovoltage signal can be observed with small impedance and both the negative and positive signals can be observed with large impedance. With the same impedance, shorter response time of the pulsed photoelectric signals is responsible for shorter pulsed excitation. All these phenomena are in good agreement with the experimental results.

目的了解北京市男男性行为者（MSM）中HIV感染情况及其影响因素。方法于2008年3—6月，在北京市招募MSM进行问卷调查，了解其社会人口学和行为学特征，并采集血样进行HIV抗体、梅毒抗体、HBsAg和HCV抗体检测。采用χ2检验和logistic回归模型对HIV感染的影响因素进行分析。结果共有550名符合纳入标准的MSM参加本次调查，HIV感染率为4．5％（25／550）。多因素logistic回归分析显示，近1个月与临时男性性伴无保护性肛交（χ2=11.381，P=0．001）、近3个月同性性行为后直肠冲洗（χ2=5．326，P=0．021）、近1个月感到悲伤（z2=8．809，P=0．003）与MSM感染HIV的关系有统计学意义。结论在加强安全性行为预防干预的同时需采取适当的心理干预措施，以控制HIV在该人群中的传播。

目的调查京津冀血站血液筛查实验室(简称血站实验室)人力资源现状,探讨人员结构差异对血站实验室发展的影响。为实现京津冀血站实验室能力比对和血液检测质量同质化提供数据依据。方法采用会议集中讨论方式设计特定调查问卷,调研京津冀三地血站实验室人力资源情况,并进行统计学分析。结果京津冀三地血站实验室现有员工220人,血液中心与中心血站实验室年人均检测标本数分别为18 278. 90、8 878. 67人份。按照标本检测数量将15家实验室划分为大中小3个规模。专业技术职务方面,中、高级专业技术职务员工占比与实验室规模有关。随实验室规模增大,中高级专业技术职务人数占比逐渐增高。京津地区血站实验室人员专业专业技术职务占比最高的为中级职务,为58. 82%,河北地区血站实验室人员专业专业技术职务占比最高的为初级职务,为46. 71%;人员学历组成方面,京津冀三地实验室人员学历以本科学历为主,占比70. 91%;研究生学历员工占比在京津与河北地区实验室之间存在差异。结论年人均检测标本量血液中心显著高于中心血站实验室,不同规模实验室之间有统计学差异。中、高级专业技术职务员工占比及研究生学历员工占比均与实验室规模正相关。京津地区血站实验室人员学历及专业技术职务均优于河北地区,河北地区中心血站需优化实验室人员资源配置,为实现京津冀血站检测质量同质化打下基础。

The Circular Electron Positron Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 30 GeV Linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping Ring,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,H,and tt).The Linac and Damping Ring are situated on the surface,while the subterranean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumference underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a Higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotron radiation(SR)power of 30 MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(34)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13 ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million Higgs *** the SR power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3 million Higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of Higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the HL-LHC by an order of *** Technical Design Report(TDR)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design Report(Pre-CDR,2015)and the Conceptual Design Report(CDR,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,R&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineering ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineering design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-2030s.
