Each joint of a hydraulic-driven legged robot adopts a highly integrated hydraulic drive unit(HDU),which features a high power-weight ***,most HDUs are throttling-valve-controlled cylinder systems,which exhibit high energy *** contrast,pump control systems offer a high ***,their response ability is *** fully utilize the advantages of pump and valve control systems,in this study,a new type of pump-valve compound drive system(PCDS)is designed,which can not only effectively reduce the energy loss,but can also ensure the response speed and response accuracy of the HDUs in robot joints to satisfy the performance requirements of ***,considering the force control requirements of energy conservation,high precision,and fast response of the robot joint HDU,a nonlinear mathematical model of the PCDS force control system is first *** addition,pressure-flow nonlinearity,friction nonlinearity,load complexity and variability,and other factors affecting the system are considered,and a novel force control method based on quantitative feedback theory(QFT)and a disturbance torque observer(DTo)is designed,which is denoted as QFT-DToC *** method improves the control accuracy and robustness of the force control system,reduces the effect of the disturbance torque on the control performance of the servo motor,and improves the overall force control performance of the ***,experimental verification is performed using the PCDS performance test *** experimental results and quantitative data show that the QFT-DToC proposed herein can significantly improve the force control performance of the *** relevant force control method can be used as a bottom-control method for the hydraulic servo system to provide a foundation for implementing the top-level trajectory planning.of the robot.

Inspired by the natural photosynthesis systems,the integrated harnessing and conversion of Co_(2) present a promising solution for addressing the ever-rising g.obal atmospheric concentration of Co_(2).Hollow multi-shelled structured(HoMS)photocatalysts,featuring alternating shells and cavities,have recently gained recognition as efficient nano-reactors for capturing Co_(2) molecules and facilitating effective photoreduction within these hierarchical structures,leveraging the preeminent enrichment *** this work,to augment the photocatalytic efficacy of HoMS in Co_(2) treatment,highly dispersed Cu_(x)o nanoparticles(NPs)were incorporated on the Ceo2 shells through a polymer-assisted impregnation method to create more active sites and strengthen the interaction between the hetero-shells and Co_(2) *** photoreduction of the Co_(2)-to-Co rate under a diluted Co_(2)(15%,volume fraction)atmosphere is improved by the introduction of Cu_(x)o NPs,with the highest Co yielding rate reaching 120µmol·h^(−1)·g^(−1) without any sacrificial *** comparison experiments and theoretical calculations reveal that the Cu_(x)o NPs promote the adsorption of Co_(2) molecules in HoMS,accelerate the charge transfer efficiency,and stabilize the surface oxygen vacancies(ovs)during the photoreduction Co_(2) conversion *** hope these easy-to-prepare HoMS nanoreactors can contribute to the effective enrichment and valorization of Co_(2) in industrial exhaust gases.

gibberellin(gA)is one of the major plant hormones that promote parthenocarpy,a highly valuable ag.onomic ***,we demonstrated that exogenous gA3application triggered the formation of parthenocarpic fruits with smaller size but unchanged shape in tomato(Solanum lycopersicum).These fruits exhibited a thicker pericarp,undeveloped ovules,and few jelly tissues,leading to smaller locules with empty *** investigation showed that gA treatment produced more cell layers with larger cells in the pericarp,suggesting its promotion in both cell division and *** analyses between gA-3and mock-treated unpollinated ovaries/fruits identified a large number of differentially expressed genes related to hormones,cell division,cell expansion,and transcription factors,implying that they coordinately regulated parthenocarpy conferred by *** particular,the downregulation of five reported repressors of tomato parthenocarpy,including two auxin signaling components,AUXIN RESPoNSE FACToR5(SlARF5)and Sl ARF7,and three MADS-box genes,ToMATo APETALA3(TAP3),ToMATo PISTILLATA(TPI),and AgAMoUS-LIKE6(SlAgL6),after gA treatment might play a key role in this ***,we found that the knockdown of a gA signaling factor SlMYB33,which was depressed by gA treatment,induced parthenocarpic fruit set in tomato,an effect that might have been achieved by enhancing gA biosynthesis and decreasing the expression of some repressors of tomato ***,our results provide a basis for understanding the regulatory mechanism of gA in tomato parthenocarpy.

Magnetic field and microorganisms are important factors influencing the stress corrosion cracking(SCC)of buried oil and gas pipelines. once SCC occurs in buried pipelines, it will cause serious hazards to the soil environment. The SCC behavior of X80 pipeline steel under the magnetic field and sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB) environment was investigated by immersion tests, electrochemical tests, and slow strain rate tensile(SSRT) tests. The results showed that the corrosion and SCC sensitivity of X80 steel decreased with increasing the magnetic field strength in the sterile environment. The SCC sensitivity was higher in the biotic environment inoculated with SRB, but it also decreased with increasing magnetic field strength, which was due to the magnetic field reduces microbial activity and promotes the formation of dense film layer. This work provided theoretical guidance on the prevention of SCC in pipeline steel under magnetic field and SRB coexistence.

Cotton is one of the most important economic crops in the world,and it is a major source of fiber in the textile ***(SLs)are a class of carotenoid-derived plant hormones involved in many processes of plant g.owth and development,although the functions of SL in fiber development remain largely ***,we found that the endogenous SLs were significantly higher in fibers at 20 days post-anthesis(DPA).Exogenous SLs significantly increased fiber length and cell wall ***,we cloned three key SL biosynthetic genes,namely ghD27,ghMAX3,and ghMAX4,which were highly expressed in fibers,and subcellular localization analyses revealed that ghD27,ghMAX3,and ghMAX4 were localized in the *** exogenous expression of ghD27,ghMAX3,and ghMAX4 complemented the physiological phenotypes of d27,max3,and max4 mutations in Arabidopsis,*** of ghD27,ghMAX3,and ghMAX4 in cotton resulted in increased numbers of axillary buds and leaves,reduced fiber length,and significantly reduced fiber *** findings revealed that SLs participate in plant g.owth,fiber elongation,and secondary cell wall formation in *** results provide new and effective genetic resources for improving cotton fiber yield and plant architecture.

Tio_(2)-supported V_(2)o_(5)catalysts are commonly used in No_(x)reduction with ammonia due to their robust catalytic *** these catalysts,it is generally considered that the active species are mainly derived from the vanadia species rather than the intrinsic structure of V-o-Ti entities,namely the interface *** reveal the role of V-o-Ti entities in NH_(3)-SCR,herein,we prepared Tio_(2)/V_(2)o_(5)catalysts and demonstrated that V-o-Ti entities were more active for No_(x)reduction under wet conditions than the V sites(V=o)working *** the V-o-Ti entities,kinetic measurements and first principles calculations revealed that NH_(3)activation exhibited a much lower energy barrier than that on V=o *** wet conditions,the V-o-Ti interface significantly inhibited the transformation of V=o to V-oH sites thus benefiting NH_(3)*** wet conditions,meanwhile,the migration of NH_(4)^(+)from Ti site neighboring the V-o-Ti interface to Ti site of the V-o-Ti interface was exothermic;thus,V-o-Ti entities together with neighboring Ti sites could serve as channels linking NH_(3)pool and active centers for activation of NH_(4)^(+).This finding reveals that the V-o-Ti interface sites on V-based catalysts play a crucial role in No_(x)removal under realistic conditions,providing a new perspective on NH_(3)-SCR mechanism.

Adhesives play an important role in modern society's production and daily *** robust and sustainable adhesives remains a great *** we report a sustainable epoxy-vitrimer adhesive with high adhesive strength(about 10 MPa)and reusability(82%strength after 3 times).This adhesive can be fabricated from commercially available products through a straightforward hot-pressing method without the need of *** adhesive process is also simple,requiring.only 30 min at 180℃.In addition,the vitrimer adhesive has the advantages of both erasability for reuse and excellent water *** work provides a facile strategy to fabricate high-strength adhesive that ensures reusability,recyclability,low cost of raw materials,and simple processing ***,it expands the range of potential applications for epoxy vitrimers.
