The multi-modes and disperse characteristics of torsional modes in pipes are investigated theoretically and experimentally. At all frequencies, both phase velocity and group velocity of the lowest torsional mode T（0,1） are constant and equal to shear wave velocity. T（0,1） mode at all frequencies is the fastest torsional mode. In the experiments, T（0,1） mode is excited and received in pipes using 9 thickness shear vibration mode piezoelectric ceramic elements. Furthermore, an artificial longitudinal defect of a 4 m long pipe is detected using T（0,1） mode at 50 kHz. Experimental results show that it is feasible for longitudinal defect detection in pipes using T（0,1） mode of ultrasonic guided waves.

Two new nitrido-188Re complexes were prepared by a modified method in high yield. These complexes were stable in vitro. The biodistribution in normal mice showed that these nitrido-188Re complexes could accumulate in liver and dissipate quickly from almost all organs. TAE was performed with the use of lipiodol solutions of two complexes to rabbit VX2 liver tumor models. SPECT images showed that the two lipiodol solutions could remain in tumor for about 9h (188ReN-NEPTDD/lipiodol) and 12h (188ReN-NEMMPTDD/lipiodol),respectively.

Oxidation treatment on the adsorption and the stability of Hg on activated carbon （AC） was inrestigated. Both MnO2-AC and FeCl3-AC were produced during oxidation treatment. The measurement of modified AC＇s mercury adsorption capacity was conducted in a simulated coal-fired flue gas by adsorbing test apparatus. TCLP and column leaching methods were used to test the stability of mercury adsorbed on ACs. The results indicate that the oxidation treatment changed the pore structure of the AC and modified the carbon surface by creating chemical components such as MnO4^-, Mn^4＋, O, NO^3-, Fe^3＋, Cl^-, etc. The Hg sorption capacity on MnO2-AC or FeCl3-AC was about three times higher than that of untreated carbon. In addition, the mercury control cost of each of the formers was about the half cost of the untreated carbon. The stability of Hg absorption was studied, it found that mercury adsorbed on the oxidation treated AC was not better than that of untreated carbon. It could concluded that the insoluble form of Hg is very important to the stability of mercury adsorbed on AC. This study suggests that the FeCl3-AC is the best absorbent for Hg with high adsorption capacity, better Hg adsorption stability in leaching environment, and lower cost among the three ACs tested.

A hetero-crystalline seeding method to prepare a unique MFI type zeolite with mesopores of ca. 4 nm diameter designated as the ZRP zeolite, which possesses high stability and selectivity and is used as component of FCC catalysts to produce high-octane gasoline and light olefins, was developed. With the DOCR and DOCP catalysts containing the ZRP zeolite modified by phosphorus-incorporation as the octaneenhancing catalysts, the commercial trial was carried out in a 0.8Mt/a RFCC unit with a feedstock composed of Daqing atmospheric residue. As compared to the base catalyst, the LPG+gasoline+LCO product yield obtained from this catalyst was increased by 0.53m%. Meanwhile, the RON and MON of gasoline was increased by 1.4 and 2.4 units, respectively. The higher increment of MON is attributable to the higher isoparaffines content in gasoline. This result indicates that the ZRP zeolite possesses higher isomerization selectivity.

Background： There was still conflict on the antithrombotic advantage of ticagrelor versus clopidogrel among East Asian population with acute coronary syndrome （ACS）. We considered that the baseline bleeding risk might be an undetected key factor that significantly affected the efficacy of ticagrelor. Methods： A total of 20,816 serial patients who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） from October 20l 1 to August 2014 in the General Hospital of Shenyang Military Region were enrolled in the present study. Patients receiving ticagrelor or clopidogrel were further subdivided according to basic bleeding risk. The primary outcome was net adverse clinical events （NACEs） defined as major adverse cardiac or cerebral events （MACCE, including all-cause death, myocardial infarction, ischemia-driven target vessel revascularization, or stroke） and any bleeding during l-year lbllow-up. Comparison between ticagrelor and clopidogrel was adjusted by propensity score matching （PSM）. Results： Among the 20,816 eligible PCI patients who were included in this study, there were 1578 and 779 patients in the clopidogrel and ticagrelor groups, respectively, alter PSM, their clinical parameters were well matched. Patients receiving ticagrelor showed comparable NACE risk compared with those treated by c[opidogrel （5.3% vs. 5. I%, P = 0.842）. Furthermore, ticagrelor might reduce the MACCE risk in patients with low bleeding risk but increase MACCE in patients with moderate-to-high bleeding potential （ticagrelor vs. clopidogrel, low bleeding risk： 2.5% vs. 4.9%, P = 0.022： moderate-to-high bleeding risk： 4.8% vs. 3.0%, P =0.225; interaction P = 0.021）, with vast differences in all bleeding （low bleeding risk： 1.5% vs. 0.8%, P =0.210： moderate-to-high bleeding risk： 4.8% vs. 3.0%, P = 0.002; interaction P- 0.296）.Conclusion： Among real-world Chinese patients with ACS treated by PCI, ticagrelor only showed superior efficacy in patients with low bleeding risk but lost its advantage in pa

Purpose To observe the curative effect of acupuncture on female urethral syndrome. Method A treatment group of 30 patients were treated with acupuncture at points Zhongji ( CV 3 ), Zusanli ( ST 36), Sanyinjiao ( SP 6), Shenshu ( BL 23 ), Pangguangshu ( BL28), Guanyuan (CV 4), Zhaohai (KI 6) and Zhonglushu ( BL 29). A control group of 28 patients were treated with capsule Norfloxacini and capsule *** Of the treatment group, 26 patients had effectiveness and 4 had ineffectiveness; of the control group,2 patients had effectiveness and 26 had *** was a significant difference in effective rate between the two groups (P＜0.01). Conclusion The curative effect of acupuncture on female urethral syndrome is better than that of routine treatment.

The underlying physics of QCD phase transition in the early Universe remains largely unknown due to its strong-coupling nature during the quark-gluon plasma/hadron gas transition, yet a holographic model has been proposed to quantitatively fit the lattice QCD data while with its duration of the first-order phase transition(FoPT) left undetermined. At specific baryon chemical potential, the first-order QCD phase transition agrees with the observational constraint of baryon asymmetry. It, therefore, provides a scenario for phase transition gravitational waves(GWs) within the standard model of particle physics. If these background GWs could contribute dominantly to the recently claimed common-spectrum red noise from pulsar timing array(PTA) observations, the duration of this FoPT can be well constrained, and the associated primordial black holes are still allowed by current observations.

Objective:The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects and safety of brucea javanica oil,mitomycin and BCG for preventing postoperative relapse of superficial bladder cancer through ***:From July 2000 to May 2006,178 patients with primary superficial bladder cancer(Ta-1,G1-2) were divided into three groups after operation in random:57 patients in group A received perfusion of 60 mL 10% brucea javanica oil,and 66 patients in group B received perfusion of 20 mg mitomycin while 55 patients in group C received perfusion of 120 mg *** perfusions per patient were carried out regularly a week after *** were followed up for clinical,analytical and cystoscopic evaluations every 3 months for 2 *** tumor relapse rates and side effects after treatment were ***:The relapse rate was 14.04%(8/57),34.85%(23/66) and 18.18%(10/55) in group A,B and C *** relapse rate in group A was obviously lower than that in group B(χ2 = 6.17,P < 0.05).Disease free interval in group A was significantly different from that in group B(F = 7.03,P < 0.05).Side effect in group A(12.28%) was observably lower than that in group B(43.94%) and group C(83.64%)(χ2AB = 15.72,P < 0.01;χ2AC = 55.34,P < 0.01).Conclusion:Perfusion of 10% brucea javanica oil after operation is safer and more effective in preventing superficial bladder tumour relapse and worth for popularizing.

BACKGROUND Esophageal stricture ranks among the most significant complications following endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).Excessive fibrotic repair is a typical pathological feature leading to stenosis after *** To examine the effectiveness and underlying mechanism of Kangfuxin solution(KFX)in mitigating excessive fibrotic repair of the esophagus *** Pigs received KFX at 0.74 mL/kg/d for 21 days after esophageal full circumferential *** examinations occurred on days 7 and 21 *** vitro,recombinant transforming growth factor(TGF)-β1(5 ng/mL)induced a fibrotic microenvironment in primary esophageal fibroblasts(pEsF).After 24 hours of KFX treatment(at 1.5%,1%,and 0.5%),expression ofα-smooth muscle actin-2(ACTA2),fibronectin(FN),and type collagen I was *** signaling was analyzed,including TGF-β1,Smad2/3,and phosphor-smad2/3(p-Smad2/3).RESULTS Compared to the Control group,the groups treated with KFX and prednisolone exhibited reduced esophageal stenosis,lower weight loss rates,and improved food tolerance 21 d after *** treatment,Masson staining revealed thinner and less dense collagen fibers in the submucosal ***,the expression of fibrotic effector molecules was notably ***,KFX downregulated the transduction levels of fibrotic functional molecules such as TGF-β1,Smad2/3,and p-Smad2/*** vitro,pEsF exposed to TGF-β1-induced fibrotic microenvironment displayed increased fibrotic activity,which was reversed by KFX treatment,leading to reduced activation of ACTA2,FN,and collagen *** 1.5%KFX treatment group showed decreased expression of p-Smad 2/3 in TGF-β1-activated *** KFX showed promise as a therapeutic option for post-full circumferential esophageal ESD strictures,potentially by suppressing fibroblast fibrotic activity through modulation of the TGF-β1/Smads signaling pathway.
