Circulating RNA ZFR promotes hepatocellular carcinoma cell proliferation and epithelial-mesenchymal transition process through miR-624-3p/WEE1 axis

Background:hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC),the most common type of primary liver cancer,is the fourth leading cause of cancer-related deaths *** evidence shows that the expression of circulating RNA ZFR(circZFR)is upregulated in HCC ***,the molecular mechanism of circZFR in HCC is ***:Quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)was employed to detect the expression of circZFR,microRNA-624-3p(miR-624-3p)and WEE1 in HCC tissues and *** R assay and actinomycin D treatment assay were used to analyze the characteristics of *** functional analysis,the capacities of colony formation,cell proliferation,cell apoptosis,migration and invasion were assessed by colony formation assay,5-ethynyl-2-deoxyuridine(EdU)assay,flow cytometry assay and transwell *** blot was used to examine the protein levels of WEE1 and epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT)-related *** interactions between miR-624-3p and circZFR or WEE1 were validated by dual-luciferase reporter assay and RNA immunoprecipitation(RIP)*** models were established to determine the role of circZFR in ***:circZFR and WEE1 were upregulated,while miR-624-3p expression was reduced in HCC tissues and *** could sponge miR-624-3p,and WEE1 was a downstream gene of *** of circZFR significantly reduced the malignant behaviors of HCC and that co-transfection with miR624-3p inhibitor restored this *** of WEE1 abolished the inhibitory effect of miR624-3p mimic on HCC ***,circZFR acted as a competitive endogenous RNA(ceRNA)to regulate WEE1 expression by targeting ***,in vivo studies have illustrated that circZFR knockdown inhibited tumor ***:circZFR knockdown reduced HCC cell proliferation,migration and invasion and promoted apoptosis by regulating the miR-624-3p/WEE1 axis,suggesting that the circZFR/miR-624-3p/WEE1 axis might

Exploration of the Existence Forms and Patterns of Dissolved Oxygen Molecules in Water

The structure of liquid water is primarily composed of three-dimensional networks of water clusters formed by hydrogen bonds,and dis-solved oxygen is one of the most important indicators for assessing water *** this work,distilled water with different concentration of dissolved oxygen were prepared,and a clear negative correlation between the size of water clus-ters and dissolved oxygen concentration was ***,a phenomenon of rapid absorption and release of oxygen at the water interfaces was unveiled,suggesting that oxygen molecules predominantly exist at the interfaces of water *** molecules can move rapidly through the interfaces among water clusters,allowing dissolved oxygen to quickly reach a saturation level at certain partial pressure of oxygen and *** exploration into the mechanism by molecular dynamics simulations of oxygen and water clusters found that oxygen molecules can only exist stably at the interfaces among water clusters.A semi-empirical formula relating the average number of water molecules in a cluster(n)to ^(17)O NMR half-peak width(W)was summarized:n=0.1 W+*** findings provide a foundation for exploring the structure and properties of water.

A continuous and long-term in-situ stress measuring method based on fiber optic. Part I: Theory of inverse differential strain analysis

A method for in-situ stress measurement via fiber optics was proposed. The method utilizes the relationship between rock mass elastic parameters and in-situ stress. The approach offers the advantage of long-term stress measurements with high spatial resolution and frequency, significantly enhancing the ability to measure in-situ stress. The sensing casing, spirally wrapped with fiber optic, is cemented into the formation to establish a formation sensing nerve. Injecting fluid into the casing generates strain disturbance, establishing the relationship between rock mass properties and treatment ***, an optimization algorithm is established to invert the elastic parameters of formation via fiber optic strains. In the first part of this paper series, we established the theoretical basis for the inverse differential strain analysis method for in-situ stress measurement, which was subsequently verified using an analytical model. This paper is the fundamental basis for the inverse differential strain analysis method.

High Impedance Fault Detection Based on Attention Mechanism and Object Identification

Detection of high impedance faults(HIFs)has been traditionally a main challenge in the protection of distribution systems,since they do not generate enough current to be reliably detected by conventional over-current ***-based methods are alternative HIF detection methods which avoid threshold settings by training a classification or regression ***,most of them lack interpretability and are not compatible with various distribution *** paper proposes an object detection-based HIF detection method,which has higher visualization and can be easily applied to different ***,based on the analysis of HIFs,a Butterworth band-pass filter is designed for HIF harmonic feature ***,based on the synchronized data provided by distribution-level phasor measurement units,global HIF feature gray-scale images are formed through combining the topology information of the distribution *** further enhance the feature information,a locally excitatory globally inhibitory oscillator region attention mechanism(LEGIO-RAM)is proposed to highlight the critical feature regions and inhibit useless and fake ***,an object detection network based You Only Look Once(YOLO)v2 is established to achieve fast HIF detection and section *** obtained results from the simulation of the proposed approach on three different distribution networks and one realistic distribution network verify that the proposed method is highly effective in terms of reliability and generalization.

3D-Printed Flat-Bone-Mimetic Bioceramic Scaffolds for Cranial Restoration

The limitations of autologous bone grafts necessitate the development of advanced biomimetic biomaterials for efficient cranial defect *** cranial bones are typical flat bones with sandwich structures,consisting of a diploe in the middle region and 2 outer compact *** this study,we originally developed 2 types of flat-bone-mimeticβ-tricalcium phosphate bioceramic scaffolds(Gyr-Comp and Gyr-Tub)by high-precision vat-photopolymerization-based 3-dimensional *** scaffolds had 2 outer layers and an inner layer with gyroid pores mimicking the diploe *** outer layers of Gyr-Comp scaffolds simulated the low porosity of outer tables,while those of Gyr-Tub scaffolds mimicked the tubular pore structure in the tables of flat *** Gyr-Comp and Gyr-Tub scaffolds possessed higher compressive strength and noticeably promoted in vitro cell proliferation,osteogenic differentiation,and angiogenic activities compared with conventional scaffolds with cross-hatch *** implantation into rabbit cranial defects for 12 weeks,Gyr-Tub achieved the best repairing effects by accelerating the generation of bone tissues and blood *** work provides an advanced strategy to prepare biomimetic biomaterials that fit the structural and functional needs of efficacious bone regeneration.

For a significant duration, enhancing the efficacy of cancer therapy has remained a critical concern. Magnetotactic bacteria(MTB), often likened to micro-robots, hold substantial promise as a drug delivery system. MTB, classified as anaerobic, aquatic, and gram-negative microorganisms, exhibit remarkable motility and precise control over their internal biomineralization processes. This unique ability results in the formation of magnetic nanoparticles arranged along filamentous structures in a catenary fashion, enclosed within a membrane. These bacteria possess distinctive biochemical properties that facilitate their precise positioning within complex environments. By harnessing these biochemical attributes, MTB could potentially offer substantial advantages in the realm of cancer therapy. This article reviews the drug delivery capabilities of MTB in tumor treatment and explores various applications based on their inherent properties. The objective is to provide a comprehensive understanding of MTB-driven drug delivery and stimulate innovative insights in this field.

Scalable graphene foam with ultrahigh conductivity for stabilizing Pt towards efficient hydrogen evolution

For the carbon-based catalyst to be active and stable,especially in harsh electrochemical environments,the key is to decrease the concentration of defects and raise the degree of graphitization of the carbon ***,we develop a highly graphitized graphene foam with multiplicated structure to fabricate self-supporting Pt-based catalysts for efficient and stable hydrogen evolution reaction(heR)*** foam(GO-2850)is obtained through an ultra-high temperature treatment at 2850℃,with perfect graphene structure and extremely low defect,ensuring high electrical conductivity and corrosion ***,its multiplicated structure provides an inherently favorable environment for the dispersion of Pt nanoparticles(Pt NPs)and offers abundant channels for electrolyte infiltration during the catalytic *** a result,the as-prepared Pt/GO-2850 is far active and stable than the Pt NPs supported on commercial carbon paper(Pt/CP)counterpart toward catalyzing heR,exhibiting an outstanding activity and long-term durability(300 h@10 mA·cm^(−2))in acidic/alkaline/seawater *** can be attributed to the stronger interaction between the lower-defect GO-2850 substrate and Pt,as evidenced by characterization and theoretical *** work extends further insight into the design self-supporting catalysts of high activity and stability with promising prominent application toward green energy devices.

Influence of Anteroposterior Symmetrical Aero-Wings on the Aerodynamic Performance of High-Speed Train

The running stability of high-speed train is largely constrained by the wheel-rail coupling relationship,and the continuous wear between the wheel and rail surfaces will profoundly affect the dynamic performance of the *** recent years,under the background of increasing train speed,some scientific researchers have proposed a new idea of using the lift force generated by the aerodynamic wings(aero-wing)installed on the roof to reduce the sprung load of the carriage in order to alleviate the wear and tear of the wheel and *** on the bidirectional running characteristics of high-speed train,this paper proposes a scheme to apply aero-wings with anteroposterior symmetrical cross-sections on the roof of the *** the verification of the wind tunnel experimental data,the relatively better airfoil section and extension formof anteroposterior symmetrical aero-wing is selected respectively in this paper,and the aero-wings are fixedly connected to the roof of the train through the mounting column to conduct aerodynamic simulation *** research shows that:compared with the circular-arc and oval crosssections,this paper believes that the crescent cross-section can form greater aerodynamic lift force in a limited *** factors such as aerodynamic parameters,ground effect,and manufacturing process,this paper proposes to adopt aero-wings with arc type extension form and connect them to the roof of the train through mounting columns with shuttle *** the roof of the train is covered with aero-wings and runs at high speed,the sprung load of the carriages can be effectively ***,there are certain hidden dangers in the tail carriage due to the large amount of lift force,so,the intervention of the aero-wing lifting mechanism is *** the same time,it is necessary to optimize the overall aerodynamic drag force reduction in the followup work.

Achieving highly efficient long-wavelength phosphorescence emission of large singlet-triplet energy gap materials by host-guest doping

High-efficiency long-wavelength phosphorescence emissions of large singlet-triplet energy gap(ΔE_(ST))materials are essential for applications in biology and ***,few long-wavelength phosphorescence emissions of largeΔE_(ST)materials have been reported due to the weak spin-orbit coupling(SOC)and strong non-radiative ***,we develop a strategy to achieve highly efficient long-wavelength room temperature phosphorescence(RTP)emission of largeΔE_(ST)materials,which display bright red RTP emission with above 400μs lifetime and 6.5%phosphorescent quantum *** experiments and theoretical calculations reveal that the fishbone-like packing and the zig-zag interactions provide favorable conditions for suppressing the non-radiative transitions of triplet state excitons,and heavy atoms effectively promote the intersystem crossing(ISC)process for highly efficient long-wavelength phosphorescence *** universality of the method for highly efficient long-wavelength RTP emission of largeΔE_(ST)materials was further investigated in various ***,these materials with largeΔE_(ST)manifest the advantages of large color contrast on the display and utilization potentiality in information *** strategy paves the way for the high contrast display and development of information encryption with RTP emission.

Research on Performance Optimization of Spark Distributed Computing Platform

Spark,a distributed computing platform,has rapidly developed in the field of big *** in-memory computing feature reduces disk read overhead and shortens data processing time,making it have broad application prospects in large-scale computing applications such as machine learning and image ***,the performance of the Spark platform still needs to be *** a large number of tasks are processed simultaneously,Spark’s cache replacementmechanismcannot identify high-value data partitions,resulting inmemory resources not being fully utilized and affecting the performance of the Spark *** address the problem that Spark’s default cache replacement algorithm cannot accurately evaluate high-value data partitions,firstly the weight influence factors of data partitions are modeled and ***,based on this weighted model,a cache replacement algorithm based on dynamic weighted data value is proposed,which takes into account hit rate and data *** integration and usage strategies are implemented based on LRU(LeastRecentlyUsed).Theweight update algorithm updates the weight value when the data partition information changes,accurately measuring the importance of the partition in the current job;the cache removal algorithm clears partitions without useful values in the cache to releasememory resources;the weight replacement algorithm combines partition weights and partition information to replace RDD partitions when memory remaining space is ***,by setting up a Spark cluster environment,the algorithm proposed in this paper is experimentally *** have shown that this algorithmcan effectively improve cache hit rate,enhance the performance of the platform,and reduce job execution time by 7.61%compared to existing improved algorithms.
