Soil health is an important component of“One health”.Soils provide habitat to diverse and abundant *** microbial diversity and functions is essential for building healthy soils towards sustainable *** mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)form potentially symbiotic associations with approximately 80%of land plant species that are well recognized for carbon flux and nutrient *** addition to disentangling the signaling pathways and regulatory mechanisms between the two partners,recent advances in hyphosphere research highlight some emerging roles of AMF and associated microbes in the delivery of soil *** paper reviews the contribution of AMF to soil health in agroecosystems,with a major focus on recent progress in the contribution of hyphosphere microbiome to nutrient cycling,carbon sequestration,and soil *** hyphosphere microbiome and fungal stimulants open avenues for developing new fertilizer formulas to promote AMF *** practice,developing AMF-friendly management strategies will have long-term positive effects on sustainable agriculture aiming at simultaneously providing food security,increasing resource use efficiency,and maintaining environment integrity.

To further improve the performance of passive intelligent reflecting surface(IRS)-assisted communication systems and mitigate the serious path loss due to “double-fading ” of IRS-assisted links, an active IRS-aided simultaneous wireless information and power transfer(SWIPT) system is investigated. This paper jointly optimizes the transmit beamforming at the base station(BS) and the phase shifts at the active IRS in order to maximize the power collected by the energy harvesting receiver under both perfect and imperfect channel state information(CSI)states, subject to the signal-to-interference-noise ratio constraint of the information decoding receiver, and the power constraints of the BS/IRS. Under perfect CSI, the alternating optimization algorithm is utilized for obtaining the transmit beamforming at the BS and the phase shifts at the active IRS. For each subproblem, we first transform nonconvex objective function and constraints into convex ones by performing a first-order Taylor expansion. Then, each subproblem is solved by using the interior point method. Given that obtaining perfect CSI is impractical, two robust beamforming designs are proposed for imperfect CSI case. Under the bounded CSI error model, we first transform the non-convex optimization problem into two semidefinite programming subproblems, and then solve each subproblem based on S-procedure and sequential rank-one constraint relaxation(SROCR) techniques. Under the stochastic CSI error model, the alternating optimization method is applied in an iterative manner based on Bernstein-type inequality and SROCR technique. Simulation results show that both robust and non-robust schemes for active IRS-assisted SWIPT systems can achieve extremely superior performance over conventional passive IRS-assisted systems under the same overall power budget.

Covert communication has been widely investigated to avoid the transmission behavior being overheard by the warder. However, covert communication may be illegitimately utilized by unauthorized parties to evade the supervision of authorized agencies, which leads to great challenges to information security. To meet the need for authorized parties to monitor and prevent illegitimate transmission between unauthorized nodes, a novel paradigm, called legitimate monitor, is proposed for counter covert communications. In the preceding covert communication system, the covert transmission rate is the focus. Differently,the core concern of the legitimate monitor system is the outage probability of the transmission between unauthorized nodes, which should be maximized to interrupt the potential but undetectable *** achieve these goals effectively, a proactive guarding approach is proposed, where the authorized warder detects the transmission behavior and emits jamming signals to interfere with the potential transmission,simultaneously. In particular, the jamming power at the warder is optimized under cases where the instantaneous/statistical channel state information is available. Besides, the corresponding outage probability is derived to evaluate the system performance, which can also be simplified to scenarios with a passive *** results demonstrate that proactive guarding outperforms the passive one, especially when the warder is not proximal to the unauthorized transmitter. In addition, the proposed jamming power allocation scheme also outperforms other benchmark schemes.

RNA editing was first discovered in mitochondrial RNA molecular. However, whether adenosine-toinosine(A-to-I) RNA editing has functions in nuclear genes involved in mitochondria remains ***, we retrieved 707,246 A-to-I RNA editing sites in Macaca mulatta leveraging massive transcriptomes of 30 different tissues and genomes of nine tissues, together with the reported data, and found that A-to-I RNA editing occurred frequently in nuclear genes that have functions in mitochondria. The mitochondrial structure, the level of ATP production, and the expression of some key genes involved in mitochondrial function were dysregulated after knocking down the expression of ADAR1 and ADAR2, the key genes encoding the enzyme responsible for RNA editing. When investigating dynamic changes of RNA editing during brain development, an amino-acid-changing RNA editing site(I234/V) in MFN1, a mediator of mitochondrial fusion, was identified to be significantly correlated with age, and could influence the function of MFN1. When studying transcriptomes of brain disorder, we found that dysregulated RNA editing sites in autism were also enriched within genes having mitochondrial functions. These data indicated that RNA editing had a significant function in mitochondria via their influence on nuclear genes.

现有的基于深度学习的推荐模型主要致力于提升推荐系统的准确性。然而,除了推荐准确性外,模型的推荐可靠性也备受关注。该文提出一种基于生成对抗网络的评分可信推荐模型来评估预测结果的有效性,以实现推荐准确性与可靠性间的权衡。该模型仅利用用户显式评分信息获取预测评分的可信度,并根据设定的可靠性阈值筛选出具有高可信度的预测评分,以保证推荐项目的可靠性。此外,为了提高模型的预测效果并确保训练的公平性,设计了正样本填充策略来缓解评分可靠性矩阵中的数据不均衡问题。在3个真实数据集上的实验结果表明,该模型在Recall和NDCG指标上均优于所选的对比方法,有效提高了推荐系统的性能。

为提高主动配电网(active distribution network,ADN)运行经济性和用户满意度,提出一种考虑需求响应和用户满意度的ADN优化调度方法。综合考虑ADN运行过程中的购电成本、发电成本、维护成本和需求响应成本,建立了以ADN总运行成本最小为目标函数的优化调度模型。利用混沌映射、莱维飞行和收敛因子非线性变化等策略对斑点鬣狗优化算法(spotted hyena optimization,SHO)进行优化,以提高斑点鬣狗算法的优化性能。采用改进斑点鬣狗优化算法(ISHO)对ADN优化调度模型进行求解,算例分析结果表明,ISHO算法的优化效果优于其他算法,2种需求响应同时参与系统调度时的ADN总运行成本最小,经济性更好。
