The aging of operational reactors leads to increased mechanical vibrations in the reactor *** vibration of the incore sensors near their nominal locations is a new problem for neutronic field *** field-reconstruction methods fail to handle spatially moving *** this study,we propose a Voronoi tessellation technique in combination with convolutional neural networks to handle this *** from movable in-core sensors were projected onto the same global field structure using Voronoi tessellation,holding the magnitude and location information of the *** convolutional neural networks were used to learn maps from observations to the global *** proposed method reconstructed multi-physics fields(including fast flux,thermal flux,and power rate)using observations from a single field(such as thermal flux).Numerical tests based on the IAEA benchmark demonstrated the potential of the proposed method in practical engineering applications,particularly within an amplitude of 5 cm around the nominal locations,which led to average relative errors below 5% and 10% in the L_(2) and L_(∞)norms,respectively.

Two-dimensional(2D)ferroelectric materials,which possess electrically switchable spontaneous polarization and can be easily integrated with semiconductor technologies,is of utmost importance in the advancement of high-integration low-power *** the experimental discovery of certain 2D ferroelectric materials such as CuInP2S6 and In2Se3,achieving stable ferroelectricity at room temperature in these materials continues to present a significant ***,stable ferroelectric order at room temperature in the 2D limit is demonstrated in van der Waals SnP_(2)S_(6) atom layers,which can be fabricated via mechanical exfoliation of bulk SnP_(2)S_(6) *** polarization is observed in thin SnP_(2)S_(6) of~7 ***,a van der Waals ferroelectric field-effect transistor(Fe-FET)with ferroelectric SnP_(2)S_(6) as top-gate insulator and ptype WTe0.6Se1.4 as the channel was designed and fabricated successfully,which exhibits a clear clockwise hysteresis loop in transfer characteristics,demonstrating ferroelectric properties of SnP_(2)S_(6) atomic *** addition,a multilayer graphene/SnP_(2)S_(6)/multilayer graphene van der Waals vertical heterostructure phototransistor was also fabricated successfully,exhibiting improved optoelectronic performances with a responsivity(R)of 2.9 A/W and a detectivity(D)of 1.4×10^(12) *** results show that SnP_(2)S_(6) is a promising 2D ferroelectric material for ferroelectric-integrated low-power 2D devices.

The extraordinary properties of a heterostructure by stacking atom-thick van der Waals(vdW)magnets have been extensively ***,the magnetocaloric effect(MCE)of heterostructures that are based on monolayer magnets remains to be ***,we deliberate MCE of vd W heterostructure composed of a monolayer CrI_(3)and metal atomic layers(Ag,Hf,Au,and Pb).It is revealed that heterostructure engineering by introducing metal substrate can improve MCE of CrI_(3),particularly boosting relative cooling power to 471.72μJ m^(-2)and adiabatic temperature change to 2.1 K at 5 T for CrI_(3)/*** improved MCE is ascribed to the enhancement of magnetic moment and intralayer exchange coupling in CrI_(3)due to the CrI_(3)/metal heterointerface induced charge *** field is further found to tune MCE of CrI_(3)in heterostructures and could shift the peak temperature by around 10 K in CrI_(3)/Hf,thus manipulating the working temperature window of *** theoretical results could enrich the research on low-dimensional magnetocaloric materials.

Controlling microstructure and thin film morphology of organic semiconductors by supramolecular arrangement is critical to improving their device performance. To realize well-controlling supramolecular assembly, a core-expanded naphthalene diimides derivative （1） was designed and synthesized as an n-type organic semiconductor and also as a halogen bonding （XB） donor that could form complementary XBs with 2,2-dipyridine or 2,2-bipyrimidine acceptor. The XB interactions in the solid state of 1/2,2- dipyridine and 1/2,2-bipyrimidine were confirmed by a series of characterization methods, such as thermal gravimetric analysis （TGA）, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS）, nuclear magnetic resonance （NMR） involving 13F NMR and solid-state 13C NMR. Organic field-effect transistors （OFETs） based on XB complexes 1/2,2-dipyridine or 1/2,2-bipyrimidine showed better device performance than that of devices based on pure 1, with the average electron mobility increased more than doubled （from 0.027cm2V-1 s-1 to 0.070cm2V-1 s-1）.

heavy metal pollution poses a serious hazard to human health,and microbial remediation of heavy metals in soil has been widely studied.A group of ascomycetes classified as dark septate endophytes(DSEs)colonize plant roots and benefit host plants under abiotic stress *** this study,Phragmites australis,a common remediation plant in the Baiyang Lake in North China,was *** and roots of *** were collected in typical heavy metal-contaminated sites,and the species diversity and community structure of DSEs in *** roots were *** addition,DSE strains were isolated,cultured,and tested for their tolerance to Cd *** results showed that DSEs occurred extensively in *** roots,forming typical dark septate hyphae,with a total colonization rate of 19.7%–83.1%.Morphological and internal transcribed spacer sequencing analyses were used to identify 10 species within 9 genera of DSE *** these fungi,6 strains with considerable resistance to Cd stress were *** biomasses of Poaceascoma helicoides,Alternaria doliconidium,and Acrocalymma vagum strains increased as the Cd levels *** results can not only help to understand plant-DSE interactions in wetland environments,but also provide a theoretical basis for making full use of DSE fungi to alleviate heavy metal contamination in soil.

Hydrogen embrittlement of pipelines depends on the hydrogen-induced cracking behavior of the pipeline steel *** on molecular dynamics analysis,the ferrite–cementite(α-Fe/Fe3C)lamellar atomic structure with the Bagaryatskii orientation relationship was established,and stepwise relaxation of the conjugate gradient energy minimization and constant-temperature and constant-pressure relaxation were performed under NPT(the isothermal–isobaric)*** mechanical property curves of theα-Fe/Fe3C models were obtained under different cementite terminal plane structures,and the evolution of the atomic structure was analyzed in *** addition,the influence of different hydrogen concentrations,different temperatures,different strain rates,changes in voids,and different micro-degrees of freedom on the deformation and failure mechanism of the model was investigated,aiming to provide a reliable way to explore the micro-mechanism of macro-cracking behavior of pipeline steel.

Although CRISPR/Cas9 has been widely used in insect gene editing,the need for the microinjection of preblastoderm embryos can preclude the technique being used in insect species with eggs that are small,have hard shells,and/or are difficult to collect and maintain outside of their normal *** is the case with Sogatella furcifera,the white-backed planthopper(WBPH),a significant pest of Oryza sativa(rice)that oviposits inside rice *** extraction from the stem runs the risk of mechanical damage and hatching is heavily influenced by the micro-environment of the rice *** bypass these issues,we targeted embryos prior to oviposition via direct parental(DIPA)-CRISPR,in which Cas9 and single-guide RNAs(sgRNAs)for the WBPH eye pigment gene tryptophan 2,3-dioxygenase were injected into the hemocoel of adult *** at varying numbers of days posteclosion were evaluated to determine at what stage their oocyte might be most capable of taking up the gene-editing *** evaluation of the offspring indicated that the highest G0 gene-edited efficacy(56.7%)occurred in females injected 2 d posteclosion,and that those mutations were heritably transmitted to the G1 *** study demonstrates the potential utility of DIPA-CRISPR for future gene-editing studies in non-model insect species and can facilitate the development of novel pest management applications.

The oxidation behavior of a novel Ni-based single-crystal 4774DD1 superalloy for industrial gas turbine applications was investigated by the isothermal oxidation at 980℃ and discontinuous oxidation weight gain *** phase constitution and morphology of surface oxides and the characteristics of the crosssection oxide film were analyzed by XRD,SEM and *** show that the oxidation kinetics of the 4774DD1 superalloy follows the cubic law,indicating its weak oxidation resistance at this *** the oxidation time increases,the composition of the oxide film evolves as following:One layer consisting of a bottom Al_(2)O_(3)sublayer and an upper(Al_(2)O_(3)+NiO)mixture sublayer after oxidized for 25 ***,two layers composed of an outermost small NiO discontinuous grain layer and an internal layer for 75 *** internal layer is consisted of the bottom Al_(2)O_(3)sublayer,an intermediate narrow CrTaO_(4)sublayer,and an upper(Al_(2)O_(3)+NiO)mixture *** two layers comprising an outermost relative continuous NiO layer with large grain size and an internal layer as the oxidation time increases to 125 *** internal layer is composed of the upper(Al_(2)O_(3)+NiO)mixture sublayer,an intermediate continuous(CrTaO_(4)+NiWO_(4))mixture sublayer,and a bottom Al_(2)O_(3)***,three layers consisting of an outermost(NiAl2O_(4)+NiCr2O_(4))mixture layer,an intermediate(CrTaO_(4)+NiWO_(4))mixture layer,and a bottom Al_(2)O_(3)layer for 200 h.

Accurate and efficient online parameter identification and state estimation are crucial for leveraging digital twin simulations to optimize the operation of near-carbon-free nuclear energy *** previous studies,we developed a reactor operation digital twin(RODT).However,non-differentiabilities and discontinuities arise when employing machine learning-based surrogate forward models,challenging traditional gradient-based inverse methods and their *** study investigated deterministic and metaheuristic algorithms and developed hybrid algorithms to address these *** efficient modular RODT software framework that incorporates these methods into its post-evaluation module is presented for comprehensive *** methods were rigorously assessed based on convergence profiles,stability with respect to noise,and computational *** numerical results show that the hybrid KNNLHS algorithm excels in real-time online applications,balancing accuracy and efficiency with a prediction error rate of only 1%and processing times of less than 0.1 ***,algorithms such as FSA,DE,and ADE,although slightly slower(approximately 1 s),demonstrated higher accuracy with a 0.3%relative L_2 error,which advances RODT methodologies to harness machine learning and system modeling for improved reactor monitoring,systematic diagnosis of off-normal events,and lifetime management *** developed modular software and novel optimization methods presented offer pathways to realize the full potential of RODT for transforming energy engineering practices.
