Relaxor ferroic dielectrics have garnered increasing attention in the past decade as promising materials for energy *** them,relaxor antiferroelectrics(AFEs)and relaxor ferroelectrics(FEs)have shown great promise in term of high energy storage density and efficiency,*** this study,a unique phase transition from relaxor AFE to relaxor FE was achieved for the first time by introducing strong-ferroelectricity BaTiO_(3)into NaNbO_(3)-BiFeO_(3)system,leading to an evolution from AFE R hierarchical nanodomains to FE polar nanoregions.A novel medium state,consisting of relaxor AFE and relaxor FE,was identified in the crossover of 0.88NaNbO_(3)–0.07BiFeO_(3)–0.05BaTiO_(3)ceramic,exhibiting a distinctive core-shell grain structure due to the composition *** harnessing the advantages of high energy storage density from relaxor AFE and large efficiency from relaxor FE,the ceramic showcased excellent overall energy storage *** achieved a substantial recoverable energy storage density W_(rec)~13.1 J/cm^(3)and an ultrahigh efficiencyη~88.9%.These remarkable values shattered the trade-off relationship typically observed in most dielectric capacitors between W_(rec)andη.The findings of this study provide valuable insights for the design of ceramic capacitors with enhanced performance,specifically targeting the development of next generation pulse power devices.

BACKGROUND Aberrant methylation is common during the initiation and progression of colorectal cancer(CRC),and detecting these changes that occur during early adenoma(ADE)formation and CRC progression has clinical *** To identify potential DNA methylation markers specific to ADE and *** here,we performed SeqCap targeted bisulfite sequencing and RNA-seq analysis of colorectal ADE and CRC samples to profile the epigenomic-transcriptomic *** Comparing 22 CRC and 25 ADE samples,global methylation was higher in the former,but both showed similar methylation patterns regarding differentially methylated gene positions,chromatin signatures,and repeated ***-grade CRC tended to exhibit elevated methylation levels in gene promoter regions compared to those in low-grade *** with RNA-seq gene expression data,we identified 14 methylation-regulated differentially expressed genes,of which only AGTR1 and NECAB1 methylation had prognostic *** Our results suggest that genome-wide alterations in DNA methylation occur during the early stages of CRC and demonstrate the methylation signatures associated with colorectal ADEs and CRC,suggesting prognostic biomarkers for CRC.

Vanadium nitride（VN） has received significant attention as a potential negative electrode material due to its remarkable theoretical and physical ***,the electrochemical performance needs to be improved due to its low specific surface area and the issue of being easily dissolved in *** have shown that the composite structure of carbon-coated nano sc ale VN particles could significantly increase the specific surface area of VN,and more importantly,and the carbon matrix can effectively restrain the dissolution of VN particles in the electrolyte,thereby improving its chemical and electrochemical performance,including specific capacity and cycling ***,VN quantum dots are synthesized and protected by uniformly coating the carbon skeleton on its surface via an in situ strategy of oxidation initiation,which initiates dopamine polymerization,forming a crystalline complex of polydopamine and *** heat treatment,the product is a composite material with VN quantum dots embedded in the amorphous carbon *** resulting smallsized and crosslinked carbon particles formed a graded pore structure,more reasonable channels provided for electrolyte ions transport *** the composite material was used as the negative electrode material for supercapacitors,it exhibits the specific capacity of 391.9 F·g-1at a current density of 0.5 A·g-1and excellent capacity retention rate of 83.6% after *** synthesis method of this quantum dot could be applied to other metal compounds and has potential applications in catalysis,environmental protection,and other fields.

BACKGROUND Research on gastrointestinal mucosal adenocarcinoma(GMA)is limited and controversial,and there is no reference tool for predicting postoperative *** To investigate the prognosis of GMA and develop predictive *** From the Surveillance,Epidemiology,and End Results database,we collected clinical information on patients with *** random sampling,the patients were divided into the discovery(70%of the total,for model training),validation(20%,for model evaluation),and completely blind test cohorts(10%,for further model evaluation).The main assessment metric was the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC).All collected clinical features were used for Cox proportional hazard regression analysis to determine factors influencing GMA’s *** This model had an AUC of 0.7433[95% confidence intervals(95%CI):0.7424-0.7442]in the discovery cohort,0.7244(GMA:0.7234-0.7254)in the validation cohort,and 0.7388(95%CI:0.7378-0.7398)in the test *** packaged it into Windows software for doctors’use and uploaded *** gastric adenocarcinoma had the worst prognosis,and these were protective factors of GMA:Regional nodes examined[hazard ratio(HR):0.98,95%CI:0.97-0.98,Phemotherapy(HR:0.62,95%CI:0.58-0.66,Phe deep learning-based tool developed can accurately predict the overall survival of patients with GMA *** surgery,chemotherapy,and adequate lymph node dissection during surgery can improve patient outcomes.

创新人才是推动经济高质量发展的根本动力和保障,是增强城市核心竞争力、提升城市综合实力、推动城市加快发展的关键。基于我国32个城市创新人才为样本,从人才环境视角出发,通过组态思维和QCA方法,探究了影响城市创新人才集聚的多重并发因素和复杂因果机制。结果发现:①人才环境涵盖的创新、经济、生活、生态和社会环境5个具体条件因素均不能单独构成城市创新人才集聚的必要条件,即单一的环境因素对吸引和集聚创新人才的影响解释不力;②共有5条城市创新人才高集聚的驱动路径,即经济主导下生活环境驱动型路径、经济主导下社会环境驱动型路径、经济主导下创新-生活-生态驱动型路径、经济主导下创新-生态-社会驱动型路径、经济主导下生活-社会驱动型路径;③存在3条城市创新人才非高集聚的驱动路径,即生态-社会环境协同抑制型、创新-生活环境协同抑制型和创新-经济环境协同抑制型;④良好的经济环境对城市创新人才的高集聚有着较为普遍的影响,即5条创新人才高集聚的驱动路径都呈现出经济环境与创新人才集聚高度依存的特征;⑤影响城市创新人才高集聚的人才环境各要素需要以合适的组态结合,才能发挥最佳效应。

[目的/意义]政府数据开放平台是政府向公众开放数据的重要窗口。本文旨在对各省政府数据开放平台的影响力进行客观评价与分析,为我国政府数据开放平台建设提供参考。[方法/过程]基于链接分析法,并以社会网络分析法作为延续和补充,通过Google搜索引擎和Ucinet6.0工具获取政府数据开放平台的网页总数、链接总数、内部链接数等链接数据,同时从平台规模、平台链接数量特征、平台影响力特征和社会网络影响力4个维度构建分析框架,对我国省级政府数据开放平台的链接情况进行研究。[结果/结论]各省数据开放平台整体影响力需要提高。平台之间存在派系划分以及“核心—边缘”结构,并表现出一定的区域差异。

[目的/意义]数字化改革的提出,让数据分类分级的发展走上了“快车道”。近几年,各地政府先后出台多份有关政策来落实。但是,政策的合理性、政策与行业数据的匹配程度等还有待讨论。[方法/过程]文章采用描述性分析、共现词分析、聚类分析方法对2016-2021年间各地政府发布的54份数据分类分级政策文本进行研究,并在此基础上构建数据分类分级政策的评价框架,根据一定的规则选取8份具有代表性的政策样本,利用PMC-NMF模型进行量化。[结果/结论]分类分级政策发展速度较快,政策内容也结合了市场行业的实际情况进行制定,较为合理,但在丰富政策内容、强调政策工具的搭配使用、扩大政策适用对象的范围、标准化文件的引用等方面需要进一步完善。
