To the Editor,Considerable numbers of cases of lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)in non-smokers with unclear etiology have been *** and bacterial infections are the common causes of lung and respiratory diseases.1 However,whether LUAD development coexists with virus infection is still *** staining and polymerase chain reaction(PCR)are often used to detect virus in blood,sputum,and alveolar lavage fluid ***-genome sequencing(WGS)is an unbiased method with a high throughput nature that can be applied for a broader assessment of *** studies described the viral landscape in pan-cancer in The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)or cohort studies;however,these studies did not include Asian ***,we sought to screen the common viral pathogens in a nationwide cohort of LUAD patients in China and further explored other potential viral pathogens by analyzing the WGS data from our single-center cohort.2 To systematically investigate the viral associations with LUAD in China,we conducted a comprehensive study that included two distinct cohorts.

Girvanella fossils from the Phanerozoic:Distribution, evolution and controlling factors

Girvanella is one of the common genera of cyanobacteria that plays a monumental role in the evolution of life on Earth and the formation of *** on a detailed search in the literature of Girvanella fossils,we have compiled a global database of Girvanella fossils and revealed the evolution of Girvanella fossils throughout the *** species,Girvanella kasakiensis,Girvanella problematica,Girvanella wetheredii,and Girvanella staminea,are recognized and *** data show that Girvanella fossils have well-defined temporal distribution during the Paleozoic Era,have a significant temporal gap in the Mesozoic Era,and have only been recorded sporadically in the Cenozoic *** were relatively abundant during the Cambrian Epoch 2-Early Ordovician,Late Ordovician,Late Devonian-Mississippian,and tended to lesser degrees during the Silurian-Early Devonian,Lopingian Epoch-Middle Jurassic,and Cretaceous-Present ***,the evolution of the abundance and diversity of Girvanella fossils was fundamentally consistent and showed episodical declining during the *** further explore these relationships,we thoroughly compared them with environmental factors such as seawater carbonate saturation state,Ca2+concentration,pH values,and atmospheric partial pressure of carbon dioxide （p CO2）.This study indicates that seawater carbonate saturation state and Ca2+concentration are major controls on secular patterns of the abundance and diversity of Girvanella fossils,together with the secondary factors of pH values and p *** the long history of Girvanella fossils,their abundance and diversity offer the potential to assist the interpretation of the long-term evolution of marine and atmosphere components during the Phanerozoic.

针对电动汽车无线充电系统因偏移导致充电效率降低的实际问题,提出一种新型强抗偏移的恒流无线充电系统。首先,在磁耦合设计上,引入DDQD大解耦线圈有效减缓X、Y两方向偏移耦合系数衰减,通过与DDQ线圈的对比体现所提出的DDQD线圈在抗偏移方面的优越性。然后,在补偿拓扑设计上,通过DDQD线圈将随耦合系数呈不同变化趋势的LCC拓扑和LC拓扑进行串联,使输出功率变化平缓,进一步提高了系统的抗偏移能力,并且使系统具有恒流输出特性。最后,通过仿真实验验证了该方案的有效性,在磁耦合机构发生偏移时,减缓了无线充电系统的线圈耦合系数和传输效率的下降程度,具有一定的现实意义。

Background This study aimed to identify survival risk factors in Chinese children with hepatoblastoma(HB)and assess the effectiveness of the new treatment protocol proposed by the Chinese Children's Cancer Group(CCCG)in *** A multicenter,prospective study that included 399 patients with HB from January 2015 to June 2020 was *** demographics,treatment protocols,and other related information were *** regression models and Kaplan-Meier curve methods were *** The 4-year event-free survival(EFS)and overall survival(OS)were 76.9 and 93.5%,*** 4-year EFS rates for the very-low-risk,low-risk,intermediate-risk,and high-risk groups were 100%,91.6%,81.7%,and 51.0%,*** 4-year 0S was 100%,97.3%,94.4%,and 86.8%,*** regression analysis found that age,tumor rupture(R+),and extrahepatic tumor extension(E+)were independent prognostic factors.A total of 299 patients had complete remission,and 19 *** with declining alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)>75%after the first two cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy had a better EFS and OS than those≤75%.Conclusions The survival outcome of HB children has dramatically improved since the implementation of CCCG-HB-2016 ***≥8 years,R+,and E+were independent risk factors for *** with a declining AFP>75%after the first two cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy had better EFS and OS.

Immediate Effect of Electro-acupuncture on Endometrial Blood Flow in Patients with Recurrent Implantation Failure:A Randomized Controlled Trial

Objective To investigate the immediate effects of electro-acupuncture(EA)on endometrial blood flow among recurrent implantation failure(RIF)*** Eighty RIF patients,enrolled from March 2022 to December 2022,were randomly allocated into either the EA group(40 cases)or the waiting-list(WL)group(40 cases)by using a random number *** EA group underwent acupuncture at points of Shenting(GV 24),Baihui(GV 4),Benshen(GB 13),bilateral Zigong(EX-CA 1),Huangshu(KI 16),Sanyinjiao(SP 6)and Xuehai(SP10),and electric acupuncture apparatus was connected to EX-CA 1,KI 16,SP 6,and SP 10 with disperse-dense waves at 4/20 Hz frequencies for 30 min after transvaginal ultrasound,while the WL group received no *** primary outcome measured was the endometrial volume blood *** secondary outcomes included the bilateral uterine artery index,endometrial volume,endometrial blood flow type,vascular distribution index(VI^(MV))for endometrial and ovary,clinical pregnancy rate,and embryo implantation *** In the EA group,there was a notable decrease in the bilateral pulsatility index and a significant improvement in the endometrial blood flow type post-EA(Phe endometrial blood flow type and VI^(MV) for the endometrium and right ovary were markedly higher in the EA group compared to the WL group post-treatment(Phe two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Besides,no adverse events related to EA were *** EA can promptly ameliorate VI^(MV) for the endometrial and right ovary,and endometrial blood flow *** randomized controlled trials are warranted to investigate the long-term effects of EA on blood flow of RIF patients and its implications for pregnancy outcomes.(Trial registration ***2200057377

The effect of bladder function on the efficacy of transurethral prostatectomy in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia:a retrospective,single-center study

We investigated the impact and predictive value of bladder function in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)on the efficacy of transurethral ***,imaging,and urodynamic data of patients who underwent transurethral prostatectomy at West China Hospital of Sichuan University(Chengdu,China)from July 2019 to December 2021 were ***-up data included the quality of life(QoL),International Prostate Symptom Score(IPSS),and IPSS storage and voiding(IPSS-s and IPSS-v).Moreover,urinary creatinine(Cr),nerve growth factor(NGF),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),and prostaglandin estradiol(PGE2)were measured in 30 patients with BPH and 30 healthy *** indicators were determined by subgroup analyses and receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve *** the 313 patients with BPH included,patients with severe micturition problems had more improvements but higher micturition grades postoperatively than those with moderate ***,good bladder sensation,compliance,and detrusor contractility(Dc)were predictors of low postoperative IPSS and *** urinary concentrations of BDNF/Cr,NGF/Cr,and PGE2/Cr in patients were significantly higher than those in healthy participants(all Phe 1st month postoperatively(both P<0.05).In summary,patients with impaired bladder function had poor *** combined levels of urinary BDNF/Cr,NGF/Cr,and PGE2/Cr in patients with BPH may be valid predictors of preoperative bladderfunction and postoperative recovery.

Objective: To investigate whether Naoxueshu Oral Liquid(NXS) could promote hematoma absorption in post-craniotomy hematoma(PCH) patients. Methods: This is an open-label, multicenter, and randomized controlled trial conducted at 9 hospitals in China. Patients aged 18–80 years with post-craniotomy supratentorial hematoma volume ranging from 10 to 30 mL or post-craniotomy infratentorial hematoma volume less than 10 mL, or intraventricular hemorrhage following cranial surgery were enrolled. They were randomly assigned at a 1:1 ratio to the NXS(10 m L thrice daily for 15 days) or control groups using a randomization code table. Standard medical care was administered in both groups. The primary outcome was the percentage reduction in hematoma volume from day 1 to day 15. The secondary outcomes included the percentage reduction in hematoma volume from day 1 to day 7, the absolute reduction in hematoma volume from day 1 to day 7 and 15, and the change in neurological function from day 1 to day 7 and 15. The safety was closely monitored throughout the study. Moreover, subgroup analysis was performed based on age, gender, history of diabetes, and etiology of intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH). Results: A total of 120 patients were enrolled and randomly assigned between March 30, 2018 and April 15, 2020. One patient was lost to follow-up in the control group. Finally, there were 119 patients(60 in the NXS group and 59 in the control group) included in the analysis. In the full analysis set(FAS) analysis, the NXS group had a greater percentage reduction in hematoma volume from day 1 to day 15 than the control group [median(Q1, Q3): 85%(71%, 97%) vs. 76%(53%, 93%), Phe secondary outcomes showed no statistical significance between two groups, either in FAS or per-protocol set(P>0.05). Furthermore, no adverse events were reported during the study. In the FAS analysis, the NXS group exhibited a higher percentage reduction in hematoma volume on day 15 in the following subgroups:

研究了纳米水滑石（LDHs）／纳米氧化锌（ZnO）复合抑烟阻燃体系对软质聚氯乙烯材料抑烟阻燃、力学性能和热稳定性的影响。实验结果表明：当LDHs为3份、ZnO为2份时，纳米LDHs／ZnO复合抑烟阻燃体系组分之间具有良好的协同效应。阻燃抑烟PVC材料在燃烧过程中发生膨胀，膨胀厚度为2—4cm。当纳米LDHs／ZnO组分含量为5份时，材料的烟密度等级（SDR）由95．8降低到70．1，明显低于GB／T8627．1999国家标准要求，极限氧指数（LOI）由25．5％提高到32．5％，力学性能变化不明显。热重分析表明热失重率明显低于对照样品，600℃残重率由11．8％提高到22、6％。通过透射电镜观察纳米LDHs／ZnO复合组分为5份时，能够达到纳米级分散。
