Detection of high impedance faults(HIFs)has been traditionally a main challenge in the protection of distribution systems,since they do not generate enough current to be reliably detected by conventional over-current ***-based methods are alternative HIF detection methods which avoid threshold settings by training a classification or regression ***,most of them lack interpretability and are not compatible with various distribution *** paper proposes an object detection-based HIF detection method,which has higher visualization and can be easily applied to different ***,based on the analysis of HIFs,a Butterworth band-pass filter is designed for HIF harmonic feature ***,based on the synchronized data provided by distribution-level phasor measurement units,global HIF feature gray-scale images are formed through combining the topology information of the distribution *** further enhance the feature information,a locally excitatory globally inhibitory oscillator region attention mechanism(LEGIO-RAM)is proposed to highlight the critical feature regions and inhibit useless and fake ***,an object detection network based You Only Look Once(YOLO)v2 is established to achieve fast HIF detection and section *** obtained results from the simulation of the proposed approach on three different distribution networks and one realistic distribution network verify that the proposed method is highly effective in terms of reliability and generalization.

Late Triassic Intracontinental Deformation of South Tianshan,Central Asia:Evidence from Syn-tectonic Sedimentation and Detrital Zircon Provenances of the Kuqa Depression

The Tianshan range,a Paleozoic orogenic belt in Central Asia,has undergone multiple phases of tectonic activities characterized by the N-S compression after the early Mesozoic,including the far-field effects of the Cenozoic Indian-Asian ***,there are limited reports on the tectonic deformation and initiation of Triassic intracontinental deformation in the Tianshan *** this structural context is crucial for interpreting the early intracontinental deformation history of the Eurasian continent during the early *** strata and syn-tectonic sediments provide a rich source of information on tectonic activities and have been extensively used in the studies of orogenic *** on detail fieldwork conducted in this study,the middle-late Triassic Kelamayi Formation of the northern Kuqa Depression in the southern Tianshan fold-thrust belt has been identified as the typical syn-tectonic growth *** youngest detrital zircon component in two lithic sandstone samples from the bottom and top of the Kelamayi growth strata yielded U-Pb ages of 223.4±3.1 and 215.5±2.9 Ma,respectively,indicating that the maximum depositional age of the bottom and top of the Kelamayi growth strata is 226-220 and 218-212 *** geochronological distribution of detrital samples from the Early-Middle Triassic and Late Triassic revealed abrupt changes,suggesting a new source supply resulting from tectonic activation in the Tianshan *** coupling relationship between the syn-tectonic sedimentation of the Kelamayi Formation and the South Tianshan fold-thrust system provides robust evidence that the Triassic intracontinental deformation of the South Tianshan range began at approximately 226-220 Ma(during the Late Triassic)and ended at approximately 218-212 *** findings provide crucial constraints for understanding the intraplate deformation in the Tianshan range during the Triassic.

Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),a severe autoimmune disorder,is characterized by systemic inflammatory response,autoantibody accumulation and damage to *** dysregulation of double-negative(DN)T cells is considered as a crucial commander during ***,a significant type of protein post-translational modification(PTM),has been well-proved to regulate T cell-mediated immune ***,the function of neddylation in SLE is still ***,we reported that neddylation inactivation with MLN4924,a specific inhibitor of NEDD8-activating enzyme E1(NAE1),or genetic abrogation of Ube2m in T cells decreased DN T cell accumulation and attenuated murine lupus *** investigations revealed that inactivation of neddylation blocked Bim ubiquitination degradation and maintained Bim level in DN T cells,contributing to the apoptosis of the accumulated DN T cells in lupus *** double knockout(KO)lupus-prone mice(Ube2m-/-Bim-/-lpr)were generated and results showed that loss of Bim reduced Ube2m deficiency-induced apoptosis in DN T cells and reversed the alleviated lupus *** findings identified that neddylation inactivation promoted Bim-mediated DN T cell apoptosis and attenuated lupus ***,we also found that in SLE patients,the proportion of DN T cells was raised and their apoptosis was ***,compared to healthy groups,SLE patients exhibited decreased Bim levels and elevated Cullin1 neddylation ***,the inhibition of neddylation induced Bim-dependent apoptosis of DN T cells isolated from SLE ***,our findings provide the direct evidence about the function of neddylation during lupus,suggesting a promising therapeutic approach for this disease.

Objective: IMpower210(NCT02813785) explored the efficacy and safety of single-agent atezolizumab *** as second-line treatment for advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) in East Asian ***: Key eligibility criteria for this phase Ⅲ, open-label, randomized study included age ≥18 years;histologically documented advanced NSCLC per the Union for International Cancer Control/American Joint Committee on Cancer staging system(7th edition);Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status of 0 or 1;and disease progression following platinum-based chemotherapy for advanced or metastatic NSCLC. Patients were randomized 2:1 to receive either atezolizumab(1,200 mg) or docetaxel(75 mg/m^(2)). The primary study endpoint was overall survival(OS) in the intention-to-treat(ITT) population with wild-type epidermal growth factor receptor expression(ITT EGFR-WT) and in the overall ITT ***: Median OS in the ITT EGFR-WT population(n=467) was 12.3 [95% confidence interval(95% CI),10.3-13.8] months in the atezolizumab arm(n=312) and 9.9(95% CI, 7.8-13.9) months in the docetaxel arm[n=155;stratified hazard ratio(HR), 0.82;95% CI, 0.66-1.03]. Median OS in the overall ITT population was 12.5(95% CI, 10.8-13.8) months with atezolizumab treatment and 11.1(95% CI, 8.4-14.2) months(n=377) with docetaxel treatment(n=188;stratified HR, 0.87;95% CI, 0.71-1.08). Grade 3/4 treatment-related adverse events(TRAEs) occurred in 18.4% of patients in the atezolizumab arm and 50.0% of patients in the docetaxel ***: IMpower210 did not meet its primary efficacy endpoint of OS in the ITT EGFR-WT or overall ITT populations. Atezolizumab was comparatively more tolerable than docetaxel, with a lower incidence of grade3/4 TRAEs.

CRISPR-Cas12a genome engineering systems have been widely used in plant research and crop breeding. To date, the performance and use of anti-CRISPR-Cas12a systems have not been fully established in plants. here, we conduct in silico analysis to identify putative anti-CRISPR systems for Cas12a. These putative anti-CRISPR proteins, along with known anti-CRISPR proteins, are assessed for their ability to inhibit Cas12a cleavage activity in vivo and in planta. Among all anti-CRISPR proteins tested, AcrVA1 shows robust inhibition of Mb2Cas12a and LbCas12a in E. coli. Further tests show that AcrVA1 inhibits LbCas12a mediated genome editing in rice protoplasts and stable transgenic lines. Impressively, co-expression of AcrVA1 mitigates off-target effects by CRISPR-LbCas12a, as revealed by whole genome sequencing. In addition, transgenic plants expressing AcrVA1 exhibit different levels of inhibition to LbCas12a mediated genome editing, representing a novel way of fine-tuning genome editing efficiency. By controlling temporal and spatial expression of AcrVA1, we show that inducible and tissue specific genome editing can be achieved in plants. Furthermore, we demonstrate that AcrVA1 also inhibits LbCas12a-based CRISPR activation(CRISPRa) and based on this principle we build logic gates to turn on and off target genes in plant cells. Together, we have established an efficient anti-CRISPR-Cas12a system in plants and demonstrate its versatile applications in mitigating off-target effects, finetuning genome editing efficiency, achieving spatial-temporal control of genome editing, and generating synthetic logic gates for controlling target gene expression in plant cells.

Background:Psychological stress has been reported to be a potential risk factor for hypertension among females,but it remains unclear whether spousal chronic stress levels alter the risk of hypertension among *** examined the associations between stress within the family and hypertension among married ***:Reproductive-aged women who were planning for pregnancy and their husbands were recruited from the National Free Pre-pregnancy Checkup Projects(NFPCP)across 31 provinces in China in 2016 and *** stress of wives or husbands was measured with a 5-point Likert-type scale,and assessed from three domains:work/life-related stress,economic stress,and overall ***-adjusted logistic regression models were used to assess the associations between stress status and the prevalence of ***:Of 10,027,644 couples,261,098(2.60%)women had *** results showed that higher stress levels among themselves or their husbands were associated with a higher prevalence of hypertension in women(P_(for trend)1).Compared with non-stressed participants,female participants with the highest stress themselves were at a greater risk of hypertension,with adjusted odds ratio(OR)of 1.31(95%confidence interval[CI]:1.25-1.37);and compared with participants whose husbands had no stress,those whose husbands had the highest stress level were at a higher risk of hypertension with adjusted OR of 1.24(95%CI:1.20-1.29).Moreover,compared with non-stressed status for both couples,only-wife-stressed,only-husband-stressed,and both-stressed couples were found to be significantly associated with increased risks of wives’hypertension,with adjusted ORs of 1.28(95%CI:1.25-1.31),1.19(95%CI:1.17-1.21),and 1.28(95%CI:1.26-1.31),***:Moderate to severe stress in both spouses might be associated with female hypertension prevalence,which highlights the importance of paying attention to the psychological stresses of couples within the f
