Autocyclic switching processes and architecture of lobes in river-dominated lacustrine deltas

River-dominated lacustrine deltas typically consist of multiple lobes due to autogenic lobe switching that occurs over short time scales. However, the switching patterns of multiple lobes in these deltas remain poorly understood, and the architectural features attributed to lobe switching are also lacking. By integrating Delft3D simulations, flume experiments, and modern deposit analysis, we proposed that autogenic lobe switching follows a cyclic pattern. Autocyclicity begins with the formation of an offshore lobe and concludes after a series of longshore lobe growth events, marked by longshore avulsions occurring along the sides of offshore distributary *** avulsions follow a sequence that usually occurs earlier distally than proximally and subsequently occurs on one longshore side and then on the other side. Each lobe begins with rapid growth, which gradually slows and then stops once a channel avulsion is influenced by the backwater effect that triggers lobe switching. Three signals indicate lobe switching: a decrease in progradation rate, foreset slope steepening coupled with topset slope gentling, and the deposition of mud-dominated sediments. The number of autocyclic events never exceeds *** first two autocyclicities contribute to more than 55% of delta length and 70% of delta area. The lobes are separated by 1-6 stages of mud-dominated accretion beds that exhibit a downstream-inclined shape and convexup or lateral overlapping pattern. This study conducts a coupled growth-geometric assessment to establish an architectural pattern for river-dominated lacustrine deltas. This architectural pattern offers valuable insights into predicting sandy lobe distribution in river-dominated lacustrine delta reservoirs, and the architecture of muddy accretion beds aids in predicting the rule of oil-water movement and distribution of remaining oil.

数字经济作为一种依赖信息交互平台的全新经济形态,其快速发展为推动区域协调发展提供了新引擎。作为中国式现代化本质要求在区域层面上的体现,实现区域协调发展不仅需要关注区域内部发展质量的协调,还需重视区域间发展关系的协调。鉴于此,基于高质量发展与共享发展双视角,探讨数字经济对区域协调发展的影响。选取2013—2022年中国省级面板数据,采用双向固定效应模型、门槛效应模型及空间计量模型进行实证分析,多维度探究了数字经济对区域协调发展的作用机制。研究结果表明:数字经济既能推动区域内发展质量的协调,也能促进区域间发展关系的协调。在门槛效应分析中,数字经济对区域内发展质量协调的影响呈倒“U”型趋势,而对区域间发展关系协调的影响则表现出边际效用递减趋势。此外,数字经济对区域内发展质量协调的正向推动具有空间溢出效应,其不仅推动本区域内部协调发展,还带动周边地区协调发展。

插芯结构对旋流冷却流动换热特性的影响

针对用于透平叶片前缘的旋流冷却结构,为了改善其冷气发展空间、提高综合冷却性能,提出了一种布置在冷却腔内的插芯结构。基于简化旋流冷却结构,采用数值模拟方法研究了插芯结构对旋流冷却靶面换热系数、综合冷却性能、流量分配、流动结构等的改善效果和作用机理。结果表明:增设插芯结构后,在射流雷诺数5 000~20 000范围内,旋流冷却结构的靶面面积平均努塞尔数增加了5.9%~8.3%,综合冷效因子增加了5.2%~6.6%,吸力侧努塞尔数提高了14.8%~16.6%,相邻喷嘴间流量的最大差从18%削减到5%。插芯结构削减了上游射流在旋流腔轴心处的发展空间,抑制了旋流回流和旋流涡核的形成,降低了上游冷气对新鲜射流的干扰,强化了旋流对壁面边界层的削弱效果,从而有效增加了旋流结构的一致性并提高了靶面换热系数的强度和均匀性。

车-车碰撞典型场景下驾驶风格对避撞参数的影响

为研究车-车碰撞事故中驾驶人风格与避撞参数、避撞率间的关系以提高行车安全性,本文通过车-车碰撞数据库(vehicle-vehicle traffic accident database with video,VV-TRAVi)中610例真实事故视频聚类分析出5种典型场景,其中十字路口处占比最大,主要分为有、无视觉障碍2种典型碰撞场景,基于6自由度驾驶模拟器动态搭建上述2种十字路口处典型碰撞场景。通过问卷调查、主成分分析和K均值聚类将驾驶风格分为激进型、普通型和谨慎型,并招募60名3种驾驶风格志愿者在所搭建的2种典型碰撞场景下进行实验数据采集,并在92组有效数据样本中提取3种风格下的避撞参数:TTC(time-to-collision)、BRT(braking reaction time)、速度和纵向减速度,采用单因素方差分析和独立样本T检验分析3种驾驶风格对上述避撞参数的影响。结果表明:在有、无视觉障碍的2种典型碰撞场景下,3种驾驶风格的TTC、BRT、速度和纵向减速度均呈现显著差异;其中,激进型、普通型以及谨慎型的TTC均值(s)分别为0.54和1.21、0.59和1.33以及1.01和2.58,BRT均值(s)分别为1.12和0.9、1.32和1.3以及1.6和1.56,两者均呈现依次增大趋势;速度均值(km/h)分别为37.53和45.03、30.37和34.93以及27.62和30.37,纵向减速度均值(m/s~2)分别为9.38和9.13、6.2和5.6以及3.92和3.66,两者均呈现依次减小趋势;3种驾驶风格避撞率呈现“谨慎型>普通型>激进型”。研究结果为制定考虑驾驶风格的车辆避撞策略提供参考。

目的基于固相支撑液液萃取(SLE)技术，采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)建立尿液中18种邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)代谢物的测定方法。方法尿样中加入内标，经过酶解、SLE小柱净化后，采用BEH C18色谱柱色谱分离，在负离子多反应监测模式下检测，内标法定量。结果 18种PAEs代谢物在0.10～80 ng/ml范围内线性关系良好，相关系数均大于0.999。18种PAEs代谢物的平均回收率为84.0%～113.0%,相对标准偏差范围为1.1%～9.5%,方法检出限为0.001～0.07ng/ml,定量限为0.002～0.2 ng/ml,日内和日间的精密度分别为1.3%～7.0%和1.0%～8.1%。应用该方法对160份尿样进行检测，除3种PAEs代谢物未检出外，其余15种PAEs代谢物的检出率在1.9%～100%之间，8种PAEs代谢物的检出率为100%,其中邻苯二甲酸单丁酯的浓度最高，中位值为126 ng/ml。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确，适用于批量尿样中18种PAEs代谢物的检测。

Consensus Based Least Squares Estimation for Single-Integrator Multi-Agent Systems with a Time-Varying Reference State

This paper discusses consensus tracking of single-integrator multi-agent systems with a time varying reference state based on the least squares estimation theory to deal with the case of communications *** none of the followers can communicate with the leader within the accepted time due to communications disturbance, least squares estimation is applied for online estimation of the time varying reference state and reducing the tracking errors occurred due to communications disturbance. A theoretical proof is provided under some assumptions while the necessary and sufficient conditions are demonstrated for which consensus is reached on the time-varying reference state in case of communications disturbance. Finally, a Matlab example is given to validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Oil Body Biogenesis during Brassica napus Embryogenesis

Although the oil body is known to be an important membrane enclosed compartment for oil storage in seeds, we have little understanding about its biogenesis during embryogenesis. In the present study we investigated the oil body emergence and variations in Brassica napus cv. Topas. The results demonstrate that the oil bodies could be detected already at the heart stage, at the same time as the embryos began to turn green, and the starch grains accumulated in the chloroplast stroma. In comparison, we have studied the development of oil bodies between Arabidopsis thaliana wild type （Col） and the low-seed-oil mutant wrinkled1-3. We observed that the oil body development in the embryos of Col is similar to that of B. napus cv. Topas, and that the size of the oil bodies was obviously smaller in the embryos of wrinkled1-3. Our results suggest that the oil body biogenesis might be coupled with the embryo chloroplast.

The title compound, 3-[2-（4-fluoro-phenyl）-ethyl]-5-methyl-4-hydroxyl-4-methyl- 7-methylsulfanyl-3,4-dihydro-pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidine-8-carbonitrile, has been prepared and detemined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 6.8754（8）, b = 10.2617（12）, c = 13.3491（16） A, α = 93.163（2）, β = 96.704（2）, γ = 102.421（2）°, V= 910.35（19）A^3, Z= 2, Mr= 370.44, Dc= 1.351 g/cm^3,μ = 0.203 mm^-1,F（000） = 388, the final R = 0.0573 and wR = 0.1497. X-ray analysis reveals that the pyridine and pyrimidine rings are almost coplanar.

The title compound 2-（4＇-methylphenoxy）-5,8,9-trimethyl-3-phenyl thieno[3＇,2＇：5,6] pyrido[4,3-d]pyrimidin-4（3H）-one hydrochloride （C26H23Cl4N3O2S, Mr = 583.33） has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 14.8442（ 11 ）, b = 11.5131 （8）, c = 17.2010（13） A, β = 113.7250（10）°, V = 2691.3（3） ,A^3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.440 g/cm^3, S = 1.094,μ = 0.547 mm^-1, F（000） = 1200, the final R = 0.0571 and wR = 0.1458. X-ray analysis reveals that the title compound combines with a molecule of dichloromethane by an intramolecular hydrogen bond. The thienopyridine ring is almost coplanar, and the dihedral angle between the thiophene plane and the pyridine plane is 0.6°.
