Background: Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) is an important etiological factor causing chronic kidney disease (CKD), cardiovascular diseases and hypertension (HT). The purpose of the present study is to investigate the clinical information and demographic characteristics of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease patients who received treatment at our hospital for the last five years. Material and Method: Among 21400 people who sought care at Siirt State Hospital Urology and Nephrology Outpatient Clinics between January 2015 and January 2020 for various reasons, a total of 36 patients experiencing autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease were included in the present research. Retrospective patient file access was used to gather demographic information and laboratory data. Results: The study included 36 patients in all, 25 (69.4%) male and 11 (30.6%) female. The patient’s average age was 50.8 ± 19.0. The average age at diagnosis was 43.4 ± 17.2. Family history was positive in 29 (80.5%) of the patients. There were hypertension in 27 (75.0%) patients, coronary artery disease in five (13.9%) patients, diabetes mellitus in five (13.9%) patients, left ventricular hypertrophy in 18 (50%) patients, proteinuria in 11 (30.6%) patients, and six (16.7%) patients had macroscopic hematuria. Liver cysts were found in 23 (63.9%) of the patients and nephrolithiasis in eight (22.2%). Discussion: Hypertension is the most common finding when clinical and demographic data of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease are examined. Providing blood pressure control reduces the risk of death due to left ventricular hypertrophy and sl.ws down the rate at which chronic kidney disease progresses. The rate was found to be 80.5% for patients with a positive family history. It may be possible to diagnose and treat people with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease earlier by screening their family members.

Risk assessments quantify the probability of undesirable events along with their *** are used to prioritize management interventions and assess tradeoffs,serving as an essential component of ecosystem-based management(EBM).A central objective of most risk assessments for conservation and management is to characterize uncertainty and impacts associated with one or more pressures of *** assessments have been used in marine resource management to help evaluate the risk of environmental,ecological,and anthropogenic pressures on species or habitats including for data-poor fisheries management(e.g.,toxicity,probability of extinction,habitat alteration impacts).Traditionally,marine risk assessments focused on singular pressure-response relationships,but recent advancements have included use of risk assessments in an EBM context,providing a method for evaluating the cumulative impacts of multiple pressures on multiple ecosystem ***,we describe a conceptual framework for ecosystem risk assessment(ERA),highlighting its role in operationalizing EBM,with specific attention to ocean management *** framework builds on the ecotoxicological and conservation literature on risk assessment and includes recent advances that focus on risks posed by fishing to marine *** review how examples of ERAs from the United States fit into this framework,explore the variety of analytical approaches that have been used to conduct ERAs,and assess the challenges and data gaps that *** review discusses future prospects for ERAs as EBM decision-support tools,their expanded role in integrated ecosystem assessments,and the development of next-generation risk assessments for coupled natural-human systems.

籽粒硬度是美国小麦（ＴｒｉｔｉｃｕｍａｅｓｔｉｖｕｍＬ．）贸易中关键的籽粒性状之一。本研究旨在鉴定品种、环境、品种×环境互作对籽粒硬度的效应。籽粒硬度由单粒鉴定法测得。此外，对粒重和粒宽也进行了研究。１１个软质冬小麦品种被种于米歇根州的１９种环境下，设有重复。品种×环境互作对粒重、粒宽和硬度都有显著效应（Ｐ＜０．０１）。品种间和环境籽粒硬度的变异都较大，而且呈现连续变异。Ｈｕｈｎ的非参数稳定性统计值表明品种的排序稳定性无差异，品种×环境互作效应的主成份分析表明，相近的品种，试验点或试验年份间没有一致的表现模式。只有粒重与粒宽间的相关性大而显著（ｒ＝０．８９）。这些资料表明，一种测试环境或多个环境下的一份合成样品就足以给品种和籽粒硬度进行排序了。既使品种的特性是已知的，较大的环境效应也会使籽粒硬度的预测很困难。

Current barriers hindering data-driven discoveries in deep-time Earth(DE) include: substantial volumes of DE data are not digitized; many DE databases do not adhere to FAIR(findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable) principles; we lack a systematic knowledge graph for DE; existing DE databases are geographically heterogeneous; a significant fraction of DE data is not in open-access formats; tailored tools are needed. These challenges motivate the Deep-Time Digital Earth(DDE) program initiated by the International Union of Geological Sciences and developed in cooperation with national geological surveys,professional associations, academic institutions and scientists around the world. DDE’s mission is to build on previous research to develop a systematic DE knowledge graph, a FAIR data infrastructure that links existing databases and makes dark data visible, and tailored tools for DE data, which are universally accessible. DDE aims to harmonize DE data, share global geoscience knowledge and facilitate data-driven discovery in the understanding of Earth’s evolution.
