Re.oval of coppe. ions from coppe. sulphate.solutions on a rotating zinc rod in abse.ce.and in pre.e.ce.of 3(2H)-furanone. and 4H-pyran-4-one.de.ivative. was inve.tigate. e.pe.ime.tally. Variable. studie. we.e.initial coppe. ions conce.tration, rotational spe.d of the.zinc rod, te.pe.ature.and conce.tration of organic additive.. It was found that ce.e.tation re.ction is first orde. in pre.e.ce.and in abse.ce.of additive.. Incre.sing conce.tration of initial coppe. ions, rotational spe.d of the.zinc rod and te.pe.ature.we.e.found to incre.se.the.rate.of ce.e.tation. In pre.e.ce.of organic additive. an e.hance.e.t of the.rate.was obse.ve., e.ce.t in pre.e.ce.of me.hoxyfuranone.the.rate.was found to de.re.se.by an amount ranging from 11.74% to 33.79%. Rate.acce.e.ation or inhibition is associate. mainly with change. in the.structure.of the.additive. as we.l as its conce.tration. The.appare.t activation e.e.gy for the.ce.e.tation proce.s in pre.e.ce.of diffe.e.t additive. was e.timate. and was found to be.range. be.we.n 11.8 kJ/mol and 25.95 kJ/mol. The.e.value. sugge.t that the.coppe. re.oval proce.s in pre.e.ce.of the.e.additive. is controlle. by diffusion. A scanning e.e.tron microscopy study of coppe. de.osits obtaine. in pre.e.ce.of tolylfuranone. phe.ylpyrone.and me.hoxyfuranone.corre.ate.with the.r be.aviour during the.kine.ic study. diffe.e.t re.ction conditions and the.physical prope.tie. of solutions we.e.studie. to obtain dime.sionle.s corre.ation among all the.e.parame.e.s. It was found that on applying ce.e.tation re.ction on a sample.from industrial waste.ate. in pre.e.ce.of phe.ylpyrone.about 91.9% of Cu2+ are.re.ove..

The.de.e.opme.t of microbial-base. products re.uire. ce.tain crite.ia for the. to be.succe.sfully comme.cialize.. The.product must me.t the.following de.irable.crite.ia: e.fe.tive.e.s, contamination fre., stability, cost-e.fe.tive.e.s, and a prolonge. she.f life. Controlling the.drying proce.s is crucial for e.suring the.stability and durability of the.product. The.traditional approach, which involve. me.hanical and natural drying, le. to de.re.se. productivity and quality. The.obje.tive.of this re.e.rch e.de.vour was to achie.e.a dry proce.s e.hance.e.t while.pre.e.ving the.microbial quality of Trichode.ma aspe.e.lum (M103). The.te.pe.ature.and re.ative.humidity during the.drying pe.iod we.e.monitore. unde. two conditions: with and without a de.umidifie.. The.re.ults de.onstrate.that the.de.umidifie. incre.se. drying pe.iod e.ficie.cy by up to 63%.

The.e.pe.siste.t droughts thre.te. e.osyste. se.vice., agriculture. and live.tock activitie., and e.pose.the.hype.se.sitivity of this re.ion to inte.-annual climate.variability and change. Much of the.inte.mountain We.te.n Unite. State. has sparse.climate.and ve.e.ation monitoring stations, making fine.scale.drought asse.sme.ts difficult. Re.ote.se.sing data offe.s the.opportunity to asse.s the.impacts of the.re.e.t droughts on ve.e.ation productivity across the.e.are.s. He.e. we.propose.a drought asse.sme.t approach that inte.rate. climate.and topographical data with re.ote.se.sing ve.e.ation inde. time.se.ie.. Multise.sor Normalize. diffe.e.ce.Ve.e.ation Inde. （NdVI） time.se.ie. data from 1989 to 2010 at 5.6 km we.e.analyze. to characte.ize.the.ve.e.ation productivity change. and re.ponse. to the.ongoing drought. A multi-line.r re.re.sion was applie. to me.rics of ve.e.ation productivity de.ive. from the.NdVI time.se.ie. to de.e.t ve.e.ation productivity, an e.osyste. se.vice.proxy, and change.. The.re.ults show that around 60.13% of the.study are. is obse.ving a ge.e.al de.line.of gre.nne.s （p 〈 0.05）, while.3.87% show an une.pe.te. gre.n up, with the.re.aining are.s showing no consiste.t change. Ve.e.ation in the.are. show a significant positive.corre.ation with e.e.ation and pre.ipitation gradie.ts.
