胃肠道肿瘤的回声分级系统

Background and Aims: To confirm the utility of a newly- devised endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) echogenicity classification system, which is based on the normal five- layer structure of the gastrointestinal wall, for the differential diagnosis of gastrointestinal neoplasms. Methods: A total of 275 patients with gastrointestinal disease detected by endoscopy, 53 with submucosal tumor (22 esophageal, 27 gastric, and 4 duodenal), 208 with cancer (58 esopha- geal, 150 gastric), and 14 with gastric malignant lymphoma, were examined. In each case, we performed standard EUS with 7.5, 12, or 20 MHz to evaluate the echogenicity of the lesion. Echogenicity was classified into seven levels that is based on the echogenicity of the normal five- layer structure of the gastrointestinal wall. The levels are stratified from anechoic (level 0) to hyperechoic (level 6), muscularis propria and deep mucosa being referred to as level 2 and level 4, respectively. Level 6 was equivalent to or higher than the echogenicity of submucosa. Results: EUS findings revealed several distinct echogenicities among the diseases. In submucosal tumor, levels 0, 2, and 6 were observed only in patients with cyst, myogenic tumor, and lipoma, respectively. In malignancies, levels 0, 5, and 6 were not observed in this study. The echo level of malignant lymphoma was markedly lower than that of epithelial cancer. Conclusion: Our classification system of echogenicity can be a useful method in the differential diagnosis of gastrointestinal neoplasms.

We raise the possibility that the very dense, compact companion of PSR j.719-1438, which has a j.piter-like mass, is an exotic quark obj.ct rather than a light helium or carbon white dwarf. The exotic hypothesis naturally explains some of the observed features, and provides quite strong predictions for this system, to be confirmed or refuted in feasible future studies.

Annual and monthly-based emission inventories in northern, central and north-eastern provinces in Thailand, where agriculture and related agro-industries are very intensive,were estimated to evaluate the contribution of agricultural activity, including crop residue burning, forest fires and related agro-industries on air quality monitored in corresponding provinces. The monthly-based emission inventories of air pollutants, or, particulate matter（PM）, NOx and SO2, for various agricultural crops were estimated based on information on the level of production of typical crops： rice, corn, sugarcane, cassava, soybeans and potatoes using emission factors and other parameters related to country-specific values taking into account crop type and the local residue burning period. The estimated monthly emission inventory was compared with air monitoring data obtained at monitoring stations operated by the Pollution Control Department, Thailand（PCD） for validating the estimated emission inventory. The agro-industry that has the greatest impact on the regions being evaluated, is the sugar processing industry, which uses sugarcane as a raw material and its residue as fuel for the boiler. The backward traj.ctory analysis of the air mass arriving at the PCD station was calculated to confirm this influence. For the provinces being evaluated which are located in the upper northern, lower northern and northeast in Thailand, agricultural activities and forest fires were shown to be closely correlated to the ambient PM concentration while their contribution to the production of gaseous pollutants is much less.

The terrestrial cosmogenic nuclide dataset consisting of 123310Be measurements of fluvial sediment samples across the Asian mountain belts is used to constrain the influence of climate,tectonics and topography on Earth-surface denudation processes.10Be-derived basin-wide denudation rates were recalculated using a Monte Carlo simulation approach that relied on pixel-by-pixel production *** rates derived span four orders of magnitude,from 7.4±0.7 mm kyr-1（1σ;Central Tibetan Plateau） to 9,646744+777mm kyr-1（1σ;Southern Tibetan Plateau）,with a median of 186 mm *** our results with the traditional basin-wide production rate scaling model using a centroid coordinate and mean elevation,suggests that 96.6%of production rates will be underestimated using the latter method,especially for basins with a large *** bias between both methods reaches as large as 40%,caused by basin hypsometry and the nonlinear scaling of production rate with elevation and *** of the correlations between uniformly recalculated denudation rates and tectonics,climate,topography and rock lithology will facilitate the extrapolation of denudation rates in unknown basins using available *** the perspective of local scales,precipitation coupled with neotectonics-driven landslides is likely the most influential factor in subtropical Taiwan Island,while topography primarily constrains surface denudation rates in the eastern Tibetan Plateau within a narrow range of *** highland regions with glacier coverage,such as the Pamir,central and southern Tibetan Plateau high denudation rates are affected by glaciation,whereas lower precipitation and high erosion base level may limit river incision and evolving relief in the Central Tibetan *** contrast to local-scale findings highlighting a dominant factor constraining denudation rate,our large-scale quantitative analyses across the Asian mountain belts finds that （1） topographic metrics including
