The idea of positional inverted index is exploited for indexing of graph database. The main idea is the use of hashing tables in order to prune a considerable portion of graph database that cannot contain the answer set. These tables are implemented using column-based techniques and are used to store graphs of database, frequent sub-graphs and the neighborhood of nodes. In order to exact checking of remaining graphs, the vertex invariant is used for isomorphism test which can be parallel implemented. The results of evaluation indicate that proposed method outperforms existing methods.

Aggregate nearest neighbor(ANN) search retrieves for two spatial datasets T and Q, segment(s) of one or more trajectories from the set T having minimum aggregate distance to points in Q. When interacting with large amounts of trajectories, this process would be very time-consuming due to consecutive page loads. An approximate method for finding segments with minimum aggregate distance is proposed which can improve the response time. In order to index large volumes of trajectories, scalable and efficient trajectory index(SETI) structure is used. But some refinements are provided to temporal index of SETI to improve the performance of proposed method. The experiments were performed with different number of query points and percentages of dataset. It is shown that proposed method besides having an acceptable precision, can reduce the computation time significantly. It is also shown that the main fraction of search time among load time, ANN and computing convex and centroid, is related to ANN.

Keyword search is an alternative for structured languages in querying graph-structured data.A result to a keyword query is a connected structure covering all or part of the queried *** textual coverage and structural compactness have been known as the two main properties of a relevant result to a keyword *** previous works examined these properties after retrieving all of the candidate results using a ranking function in a comparative ***,this needs a time-consuming search process,which is not appropriate for an interactive system in which the user expects results in the least possible *** problem has been addressed in recent works by confining the shape of results to examine their coverage and compactness during the ***,these methods still suffer from the existence of redundant nodes in the retrieved *** this paper,we introduce the semantic of minimal covered r-clique(MCCr)for the results of a keyword query as an extended model of existing *** propose some efficient algorithms to detect the MCCrs of a given *** algorithms can retrieve a comprehensive set of non-duplicate MCCrs in response to a keyword *** addition,these algorithms can be executed in a distributive manner,which makes them outstanding in the field of keyword *** also propose the approximate versions of these algorithms to retrieve the top-k approximate MCCrs in a polynomial *** is proved that the approximate algorithms can retrieve results in *** experiments on two real-world datasets confirm the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed algorithms.

Background:Gastric cancer(GC)remains a global health burden and is often characterized by heterogeneous molecular profiles and resistance to conventional *** phosphoinositide 3-kinase and PI3K and Janus kinase(JAK)signal transducer and activator of transcription(JAK-STAT)pathways play pivotal roles in GC progression,making them attractive targets for therapeutic ***:This study applied a computational and molecular dynamics simulation approach to identify and characterize SBL-JP-0004 as a potential dual inhibitor of JAK2 and PI3KCD *** and SNU-5 GC cells were used for in vitro ***:SBL-JP-0004 exhibited a robust binding affinity for JAK2 and PI3KCD kinases,as evidenced by molecular docking scores and molecular dynamics *** interactions and Gibbs binding free energy estimates confirmed stable and favorable interactions with target ***-JP-0004 displayed an half-maximal inhibitory concentration(IC_(50))value of 118.9 nM against JAK2 kinase and 200.9 nM against PI3KCD ***-JP-0004 exhibited potent inhibition of cell proliferation in KATOIII and SNU-5 cells,with half-maximal growth inhibitory concentration(GI50)values of 250.8 and 516.3 nM,respectively.A significant elevation in the early phase apoptosis(28.53%in KATOIII cells and 26.85%in SNU-5 cells)and late phase apoptosis(17.37%in KATOIII cells and 10.05%in SNU-5 cells)were observed with SBL-JP-0004 treatment compared to 2.1%and 2.83%in their respective ***:The results highlight SBL-JP-0004 as a promising dual inhibitor targeting JAK2 and PI3KCD kinases for treating GC and warrant further preclinical and clinical investigations to validate its utility in clinical settings.

We demonstrated a new type of MAX phase material, chromium titanium aluminum carbide（Cr2TiAlC2） polymer film, to generate a passively Q-switched erbium-doped fiber laser（EDFL）. The film thickness was measured to be around 45 μm, which was fabricated using the embedding method with polyvinyl alcohol（PVA） polymer as hoster. The saturable absorber（SA） film demonstrates a dual-wavelength passively Q-switched EDFL which operates at 1 531 nm and 1 560.19 nm, respectively. The Q-switching pulse duration could be varied from 2.46 μs to 770 ns, while the repetition rate varied from 92.76 kHz to 106.6 kHz with an increasing input pumping range from 154 mW to 300 mW. The maximum output power and pulse energy of 15.05 mW and 141.18 nJ were obtained at the maximum input power of 300 mW, respectively.
