Recently,many researchers have tried to develop a robust,fast,and accurate *** algorithm is for eye-tracking and detecting pupil position in many applications such as head-mounted eye tracking,gaze-based human-computer interaction,medical applications(such as deaf and diabetes patients),and attention *** real-world conditions challenge the eye appearance,such as illumination,reflections,and *** the other hand,individual differences in eye physiology and other sources of noise,such as contact lenses or *** present work introduces a robust pupil detection algorithm with and higher accuracy than the previous attempts for real-time analytics *** proposed circular hough transform with morphing canny edge detection for Pupillometery(CHMCEP)algorithm can detect even the blurred or noisy images by using different filtering methods in the pre-processing or start phase to remove the blur and noise and finally the second filtering process before the circular Hough transform for the center fitting to make sure better *** performance of the proposed CHMCEP algorithm was tested against recent pupil detection *** and results show that the proposed CHMCEP algorithm achieved detection rates of 87.11,78.54,58,and 78 according to´Swirski,ExCuSe,Else,and labeled pupils in the wild(LPW)data sets,*** results show that the proposed approach performs better than the other pupil detection methods by a large margin by providing exact and robust pupil positions on challenging ordinary eye pictures.

Depression is a mental psychological disorder that may cause a physical disorder or lead to *** is highly impactful on the socialeconomical life of a person;therefore,its effective and timely detection is *** speech and gait,facial expressions have valuable clues to *** study proposes a depression detection system based on facial expression *** features have been used for depression detection using Support Vector Machine(SVM)and Convolutional Neural Network(CNN).We extracted micro-expressions using Facial Action Coding System(FACS)as Action Units(AUs)correlated with the sad,disgust,and contempt features for depression detection.A CNN-based model is also proposed in this study to auto classify depressed subjects from images or videos in *** have been performed on the dataset obtained from Bahawal Victoria Hospital,Bahawalpur,Pakistan,as per the patient health questionnaire depression scale(PHQ-8);for inferring the mental condition of a *** experiments revealed 99.9%validation accuracy on the proposed CNN model,while extracted features obtained 100%accuracy on ***,the results proved the superiority of the reported approach over state-of-the-art methods.

Frequency of Viral Replication Markers in Chronic HBV Carriers in N’Djamena, Chad

Introduction: According to the WHO, Chad is located in an area of high endemicity for hepatitis B virus (HBV). The aim of this study was to analyze the virological profiles of chronic HBV carriers. Materials and Method: This was a retrospective and analytical study including outpatients with chronic HBV of any age received in Department of Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology of National General Reference Hospital of N’Djamena from 2013 to 2017. Results: During the study period, 401 chronic hepatitis B virus carriers (mean age was 35 years ± 11 years with sex ratio of 3.26) were seen in outpatient clinic with a frequency of 3.34% (401/11,988). HBeAg (+) patients were 12.8% and HBeAg negative 87.2%. HBeAg-negative patients were significantly older (p = 0.000) than those with HBeAg (+). The mean HBV-DNA level was higher in HBeAg (+) patients. The HBV-DNA level in HBeAg-positive patients was higher than in HBeAg-negative patients with a significant difference (p = 0.043). The mean ALT level was 45 IU/L in HBeAg (−) patients. It was 49 in HBeAg (+) patients. Conclusion: HBeAg (−) chronic hepatitis B is the most predominant form in our study. This observation is important because it can help to adapt the management strategies.

Simultaneous Management of Inguinal Hernia and Benign Prostatic Hypertrophy in a Single Operation at the Chu D’abeche/Chad

Introduction: Benign prostatic hypertrophy and inguinal hernia are related and frequent pathologies in people over 50 years old. Their incidence is 15% to 25% according to the literature. The occurrence of hernia during benign prostatic hyperplasia is favored by disorders of the lower urinary tract. Simultaneous single-stage treatment of these two pathologies makes it possible to obtain satisfactory results that can reduce the cost of hospital stay and the multiple risk of anesthesia. The aim of our study was to: 1) Report the epidemiological, anatomo-clinical and para-clinical aspects of hernias during benign prostatic hypertrophy;2) Evaluate the feasibility and the results of the combined treatment of inguinal hernia and prostatic adenectomy in a single operation. Patients and Method: This was a retrospective descriptive study over a period of 7 years from March 2014 to February 2021, including patients operated on simultaneously at the University Hospital of Abeche for inguinal hernia and benign prostatic hypertrophy. The variables studied were: age, antecedents, favouring factors, clinical symptomatology, para-clinical elements, treatments and results: Results: 356 patients underwent surgery for benign prostatic hyperplasia, 36 of whom had an associated inguinal hernia. The mean age was 65.5 years, ranging from 50 to 93 years. The main reason for consultation was chronic urinary retention. The average consultation time was 10.2 months. The inguinal hernia was located on the right in 51% of cases and on the left in 18.4%. The mean prostatic volume measured by suprapubic ultrasound was 60.5 ± 25 cc. 14% and 10.2% of patients respectively were found to have struggle bladder and bilateral ureterohydronephrosis. Transvesical suprapubic adenectomy of the prostate was performed in all patients. The Bassini technique was the most commonly used (91%) for hernia repair. The average hospital stay was 7.5 days. The brain tumor is an abnormal and hysterical growth of brain tissues,and the leading cause of death affected patients *** in this technol-ogy-based arena,brain tumor images with proper labeling and acquisition still have a problem with the accurate and reliable generation of realistic images of brain tumors that are completely different from the original *** artiﬁcially created medical image data would help improve the learning ability of physicians and other computer-aided systems for the generation of augmented *** over-come the highlighted issue,a Generative Adversarial Network(GAN)deep learn-ing technique in which two neural networks compete to become more accurate in creating artiﬁcially realistic data for MRI *** GAN network contains mainly two parts known as generator and ***,a generator is the convolutional neural network,and a discriminator is the deconvolutional neural *** this research,the publicly accessible Contrast-Enhanced Mag-netic Resonance Imaging(CE-MRI)dataset collected from 2005-to 2020 from different hospitals in China consists of four classes has been *** proposed method is simple and achieved an accuracy of 96%.We compare our technique results with the existing results,indicating that our proposed technique outper-forms the best results associated with the existing methods.

One of the most common kinds of cancer is breast *** early detection of it may help lower its overall rates of *** this paper,we robustly propose a novel approach for detecting and classifying breast cancer regions in thermal *** proposed approach starts with data preprocessing the input images and segmenting the significant regions of *** addition,to properly train the machine learning models,data augmentation is applied to increase the number of segmented regions using various scaling *** the other hand,to extract the relevant features from the breast cancer cases,a set of deep neural networks(VGGNet,ResNet-50,AlexNet,and GoogLeNet)are *** resulting set of features is processed using the binary dipper throated algorithm to select the most effective features that can realize high classification *** selected features are used to train a neural network to finally classify the thermal images of breast *** achieve accurate classification,the parameters of the employed neural network are optimized using the continuous dipper throated optimization *** results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach in classifying the breast cancer cases when compared to other recent approaches in the ***,several experiments were conducted to compare the performance of the proposed approach with the other *** results of these experiments emphasized the superiority of the proposed approach.

Purpose:To investigate the correlation between vestibular hydrops(VH),cochlearhydrops(CH),vestibular aqueduct non-visibility(VANV),and visually increased perilymphatic enhancement(VIPE)with the findings of pure-tone audiometry(PTA)in Meniere’s disease(MD)***:In this cross-sectional study,53 ears belonging to 48 patients were divided into two groups and *** group“MD patients,”there were 24 ears of 19 patients diagnosed with the definite MD(14 patients with unilateral and 5 patients withbilateral involvements).The“control group”consisted of 29 non-symptomatic ears belonging to patients diagnosed with unilateral sudden sensory-neural hearing loss or unilateral *** the patients underwent 2 sessions of temporal bone MRI using the same 3T system:an unenhanced axial T1,T2,and 3D-FLAIR MRI,an intravenous gadoliniumenhanced axial T1 fat-sat,and 4 h after the injection,an axial 3D-T2 cube and 3D-FLAIR ***,CH,VANV,and VIPE were ***,the correlation between EH indices and PTA findings(in three frequency domains of low,middle,and high)were evaluated,and the predictive value of MRI was ***:VH was significantly correlated with the hearing threshold in the low,middle,and highfrequency *** was also correlated with the hearing threshold in the low and middle ***,VIPE was not associated with hearing thresholds,and VANV was only correlated with the hearing threshold in low ***:The grade of VH,CH,and VANV were significantly correlated with the hearing thresholds in PTA.

Calculating the Yield, Water Utilize Efficiency and Water Productivity for Carrot Crop under Climate Change Effects

The present work analyzed the yield, water utilize efficiency and water productivity for carrot Crop under climate change effects. In this research, river water was used with irrigation ratios with drain water to irrigate the carrots (Daucus carota L.) crop during the winter growing season 2021-2022 in free field and utilizing furrow irrigation method with calculation the water use efficiency and water productivity to three sites. The study was conducted in the three sites in the Babil province in Town of Sadat-AlHindya reached 80 km from Baghdad city. Site 1 was used 33% drain water and 67% river water while site 2 was used 83% drain water and 17% river water but the site 3 was used 100% river water. The reduction of yield in site 1 was 17.3% and in site 2 was 75%. The reducing of WUE in site 1 was 23% and in site 2 was 77%. The decrease of WP in site 1 was 22.98% and in site 2 was 82.28%. The value of water stress coefficient (Ks) because irrigation by water salanity and soil salanty was 0.83, 0.78 and 0.92 in site 1,site 2 and site 3, respectively, water salanity and soil salanty reduction in productivity by 9%, 14% and 7% in production of site 1, site 2 and site 3, respectively in every irrigating.

Quantifying the Euphrates Electric Conductivity Depending on Parameters by Dimensional Analysis Method

The searching about methods to connect the variables with each other to reach equations including multi variables. The dimensional analysis is a method to facilitate the solution of difficult mathematic equations and experimental formulas;therefore methods of simplifying the difficult equations and obtaining a new equation with different variables is needed. In this study will use 2 methods (statically with dimensionally analysis) to obtain electric conductivity of water of Euphrates river by multi parameters that are time (t), temperature (Te), density, viscosity, discharge and water depth in upstream of Alhindya barrage which located in Babylon governorate, Iraq during winter 2019. The equations were obtained for EC with Te and t by data were collected from Alhindya barrage office with R2 = 0.999 and R2 = 0.995 by statically ways. Dimension analysis was utilized via 2 stages. In first stage was obtained on equation of EC with respect to Te, water density (ρ) and dynamic viscosity (μ) with constant time, depth of water and discharge and we obtain on R2 was 0.994 and R2 = 0.986. In second stage was obtained formula of EC with respect to Te, water density (ρ), dynamic viscosity (μ), with variable time, depth of water and discharge with we obtain on R2 = 0.945 and R2 = 0.94. The result of research indicates that applying the dimension analysis to connect more than one variable with each other to find best solutions and best methods to facilitate the solving the equations. From dimension analysis gave a clear visualization of the association of several variables to give a result that helps measure the electrical conductivity of water in the absence of a water test device.

Brain tumor is one of the most dreadful worldwide types of cancer and affects people leading to *** resonance imaging methods capture skull images that contain healthy and affected *** checked the affected tissue in the slice-by-slice manner,which was timeconsuming and hectic ***,auto segmentation of the affected part is needed to facilitate ***,we have considered a hybrid model that inherits the convolutional neural network(CNN)properties to the support vector machine(SVM)for the auto-segmented brain tumor *** CNN model is initially used to detect brain tumors,while SVM is integrated to segment the tumor region *** proposed method was evaluated on a publicly available BraTS2020 *** statistical parameters used in this work for the mathematical measures are precision,accuracy,specificity,sensitivity,and dice ***,our method achieved an accuracy value of 0.98,which is most prominent than existing ***,the proposed approach is more suitable for medical experts to diagnose the early stages of the brain tumor.
