It is very important to foresee the geological condition of rock and rock mass in order to develop the underground space safely and *** high accurate blasting machine which is designed by NIRE and produced by Nippon Kayaku *** has a controller and a Dc power *** first,to examine the accuracy of this blasting machine,high speed photographs of the bridge wire explosion were taken with 1.0×10 frames/*** seismic tomography using this high accurate blasting machine has been carried out at the cAES(compressed Air Energy Storage)experiment field in a metal mine.

An aortic aneurysm(AA) is a silent but life-threatening disease that involves rupture. It occurs mainly in aging and severe atherosclerotic damage of the aortic wall. Even though surgical intervention is effective to prevent rupture, surgery for the thoracic and thoraco-abdom-inal aorta is an invasive procedure with high mortality and morbidity. Therefore, an alternative strategy for treatment of AA is required. Recently, the molecular pathology of AA has been clarified. AA is caused by an imbalance between the synthesis and degradation of extracellular matrices in the aortic wall. chronic inflam-mation enhances the degradation of matrices directly and indirectly, making control of the chronic inflamma-tion crucial for aneurysmal development. Meanwhile, mesenchymal stem cells(MScs) are known to be ob-tained from an adult population and to differentiate into various types of cells. In addition, MScs have not only the potential anti-inflammatory and immunosuppres-sive properties but also can be recruited into damagedtissue. MScs have been widely used as a source for celltherapy to treat various diseases involving graft-versus-host disease, stroke, myocardial infarction, and chronicinflammatory disease such as crohn's disease ***, administration of MScs might be availableto treat AA using anti-inflammatory and immnosup-pressive properties. This review provides a summary ofseveral studies on "cell Therapy for Aortic Aneurysm"including our recent data, and we also discuss the pos-sibility of this kind of treatment.

Background and Purpose: Kimura’s Disease (KD) is a rare benign chronic eosinophlic inflammatory disorder, characterized by angiolymphoid proliferation with peripheral eosinophilia and elevated serum immunoglobulin E. Most lesions occur in the head and neck regions. To the best of our knowledge, the relationship between subcutaneous cheek lesion of KD and the surrounding structures including superficial musculoaponeurotic systems (SMAS) has never been reported. The purpose of this study was to describe MR imaging findings of cheek subcutaneous lesion of KD and adjacent SMAS. Materials and Methods: Seven cheek subcutaneous lesions of 5 patients histopathologically proved KD were evaluated. We retrospectively evaluated the MR imaging findings of subcutaneous lesions for signal intensity in each imaging sequence, the border of the lesions, and appearance of SMAS. Results: All cheek lesions were displacing normal fat tissue. These lesions showed ill-defined border (7/7), slightly high signal intensity on T1-weighted images (7/7), and intermediate (1/7) or high signal intensity (6/7) on T2-weighted images. cheek lesions were enhanced by intravenous injection of gadolinium to signal intensity close to that of fat tissue (3/4), and in one case, the avid enhancement of the mass was seen (1/4). All lesions attached to the outer surface of SMAS, however, only one out of 7 lesions distributed below the SMAS without tearing of the layers. SMAS below the lesion showed high signal intensity on T2-weighted images in two lesions (2/7). conclusion: KD should be included in the differential diagnosis when a cheek mass presents with non-specific signal intensities and irregular border, which attaches to but does not interrupt SMAS on MR imaging.

围绕侵入住宅罪之保护法益,存在居住权说与平稳说之间的对立。按照居住权说,“侵入”是违反住宅权人(管理权人)之意思的进入;按照平稳说,则应该根据是否侵害了住宅内的平稳来判断是否具有“侵入”之该当性。研究侵入住宅罪的前提性认识是:本罪在侵入行为的阶段即达到既遂,不应考虑行为人进入之后实施了何种行为;不管行为人出于何种目的进入,凡基于居住权人之有效承诺的,都不应成立本罪。作为本罪之法益侵害的内容,重要的不是违反了被害人的意思这一事实本身,而在于实质性地侵害了对住宅内部的支配或者管理。在基于错误的承诺的场合,学界有力观点主张,如果行为人对“让谁进入”存在认识,即便对其他事情陷入了错误,仍属于有效的承诺;在给予概括性承诺的场合,仅限于违反管理权人支配、管理该建筑物之重要条件的情形,概括性承诺才归于无效。

成立贿赂犯罪,要求职务与贿赂之间存在对价关系,具有职务关联性。公务员的职务既包括正当的职务亦包括不正当的职务。下述几种情形可以成立受贿犯罪:(1)公务员不是就现在担当的职务,而是就其一般性职务权限收受贿赂的;(2)就过去担任的职务收受贿赂,如果存在对价性,而且受贿当时具有公务员身份的;(3)公务员就现在尚未担任但将来有可能担任的职务收受贿赂的;(4)不是就公务员本来的职务,而是针对职务密切关联行为收受贿赂的。不过,公务员利用自己的地位或者权限,对相关人员施加影响的,要认定成立受贿犯罪,还需要能将施加影响的行为评价为职务,即便处于能对对方施加某种影响的地位,也不能仅凭这一点就直接认定属于职务密切关联行为。公务员不正当地使用、泄露因职务而获得的信息的行为,难以被直接评价为公务员的职务。

放火罪包括向现住建筑物等放火罪、向非现住建筑物等放火罪以及向建筑物等以外之物放火罪。判断是否具有“现住性”,应该以是否存在作为居所使用的实质为出发点,居住者之居住意思的持续性也属于重要的判断材料,不过,基本应排除“内部有人的可能性”的场合,就存在例外地否定现住性的余地。有关建筑物的整体性,大多是在现住、现在部分与非现住、非现在部分连在一起(或者相邻)之时,作为是否成立向现住建筑物等放火罪的问题来探讨。一般而言,只要存在物理上的整体性或者功能上的整体性,就能够肯定建筑物的整体性。对阻燃性建筑物而言,只有同时缺少延烧的可能性与功能上的整体性,才例外地否定现住性、现在性。放火罪的本质是公共危险犯,因此,对于“烧毁”概念的理解,应该以“独立燃烧说”为前提,同时要求存在某种程度持续燃烧的可能性;所谓“公共危险”,也不限于延烧至特定建筑物等的危险,还包括针对不特定或者多数人的生命、身体,或者特定建筑物等之外的财产的危险。

Gigantic Nasal Fibroma: cT and MR Imaging Findings with Histopathological correlation

A 79-year-old woman with gradually worsening left nasal obstruction, purulent rhinorrhea and severe headaches for 6 months admitted to the hospital. A gray-white and huge mass occupying the left nasal cavity was found in physical examination. cT revealed a soft-tissue-density mass in the left nasal cavity with erosion of adjacent bone structures. On T2-weighted MR images, the lesion showed homogenous extreme low signal intensity. The patient underwent successful surgical removal of huge sinonasal soft tissue mass measuring 50 × 45 × 40 mm. The final diagnosis of fibroma was made histologically. MR imaging studies showed characteristic signal intensities corresponding to histopathological components. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report regarding the MR imaging findings of huge nasal fibroma in the English literature.

We devised an extended 72-wk peginterferon--2a/ribavirin therapy regimen for the retreatment of highly intractable cases,i.e.,48-wk peginterferon--2b/ribavirin therapy-intractable *** 2 cases achieved a rapid virological response to 72-wk peginterferon--2a/ribavirin therapy,1 case failed to achieve a sustained virological *** the reason for this difference in the effectiveness of 72-wk peginterferon--2a/ribavirin therapy between the cases was unclear,the rebound phenomenon of serum transaminase after48-wk peginterferon--2b/ribavirin therapy and the resultant lower viral load compared to that before 48-wk peginterferon--2b/ribavirin therapy might have influenced the treatment ***,it may be beneficial to consider the rebound phenomenon of serum transaminase and the changes in viral load resulting from previous interferon-based therapy and then cau-tiously determine the indication and the timing of the administration of 72-wk peginterferon--2a/ribavirin in highly intractable *** studies should be performed to confirm this strategy.

Pancreatic involvement in chronic viral hepatitis

AIM: To elucidate the frequency and characteristics of pancreatic disorders in the course of chronic viral hepatitis. METHODS: We prospectively assessed the serum pancreatic enzyme levels and imaging findings in patients with chronic viral hepatitis and healthy control subjects. RESULTS: Serum amylase (t-Amy), salivary amylase (s-Amy), pancreatic amylase (p-Amy) and serum lipase levels were higher in hepatitis patients in comparison to control subjects. However, in asymptomatic viral carriers, only the serum t-Amy levels were higher than those of the controls. The levels of each enzyme rose with the progression of liver disease in patients with hepatitis B or c; whereas the levels of each enzyme within the same clinical stage of the disease did not differ between patients diagnosed with either hepatitis B or hepatitis c virus. Imaging findings demonstrated chronic pancreatitis in only 1 out of 202 patients (0.5%).cONcLUSION: Our data suggest that serum levels of pancreatic enzymes increase with the progression of liver disease in patients diagnosed with viral hepatitis. Pancreatic disease, asymptomatic in most cases, may represent an extrahepatic manifestation of chronic viral hepatitis.
