Usually,rural areas can be electrified via three-phase distribution transformers with relatively large *** such areas,low voltage lines are used for long distances,which cause power losses and voltage drop for different types of *** losses and improving voltage profiles in rural distribution networks are significant challenges for electricity distribution *** different solutions were proposed in the literature to overcome these challenges,most of them face difficulties when applied in the conventional distribution *** address the above issues,an applicable solution is proposed in this paper by installing a number of small-capacity distribution transformers instead of every single large-capacity transformer in rural *** proposed approach is implemented in the branch network of Al-Hoqool village,which belongs to the Nineveh distribution *** network has been inspected on-site,drawn,and analyzed using the electrical systems analysis program(ETAP).The analysis showed that using the single-phase pole-mounted transformers can improve the voltage in the network’s end by 29%and enhance the voltage profile for all *** analysis has also demonstrated that the modification can reduce the total power losses by 78%compared to the existing *** the economic aspect,the payback period for the proposed network is assigned to be 20 months.

In recent years,cryptocurrency has become gradually more significant in economic regions *** cryptocurrencies,records are stored using a cryptographic *** main aim of this research was to develop an optimal solution for predicting the price of cryptocurrencies based on user opinions from social *** is used as a marketing tool for cryptoanalysis owing to the unrestricted conversations on cryptocurrencies that take place on social media ***,this work focuses on extracting Tweets and gathering data from different sources to classify them into positive,negative,and neutral categories,and further examining the correlations between cryptocurrency movements and Tweet *** paper proposes an optimized method using a deep learning algorithm and convolution neural network for cryptocurrency prediction;this method is used to predict the prices of four cryptocurrencies,namely,Litecoin,Monero,Bitcoin,and *** results of analyses demonstrate that the proposed method forecasts prices with a high accuracy of about 98.75%.The method is validated by comparison with existing methods using visualization tools.

Long Segmenter Reconstruction of Diffusely Diseased of the Left Anterior Descending Artery without Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting

A 58-year-old male patient with LAD diffuse had hyperlipidemia and hypertension. Preoperative angiography showed that he had triple-vessel disease with diffusely diseased LAD. In echocardiography, EF was detected as 60 % (52 - 70) and PAP 25 (12 - 25) mmHg and 2 degrees of tricuspid insufficiency. In this case report, we will present our LAD endarterectomy case. Surgical technique: after standard general anesthesia, cardiopulmonary bypass procedure and moderate hypothermia, cold cardioplegic arrest. Longitudinal long LAD endarterectomy was performed (approximately 10 cm long). A dissector was used to develop on the plane between media and atheroma. Gentle traction was made to light off the atheroplaque with the coronary artery branches, distal and proximal part of the LAD. We assumed that the distal part of the LAD was free from plaque. Then we made the same procedure to the proximal part of the LAD. Luckily, we observed that proximal atheroplaque was also harvested. After completing the endarterectomy, antegrade cardioplegia was administrated to wash and any debris is LAD;also we tried the distal part of the LAD. Via retrograde cardioplegia administrated, we did also observe the bolus return of cardioplegia via retrograde way. After making the same coronary end arteriotomy was successful, we used saphenous vein as a patch for LAD reconstruction. We made only patch plasty like a carotid endarterectomy. Posto- perative follow-up period was 120 months. According to 8 years angiography result, LAD patch plasty was working relatively well. The patient did not have any complaints. We made coronary angiography 10 years after the operation and observed that our patch plasty was occluded but the patient has still class II symptoms with an EF value of 40%.

Changes in Electrocardiogram Findings during Treatment with Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone Agonist and Surgical Castration for Prostate Carcinoma

Purpose: To investigate electrocardiogram (ECG) changes after complete androgen blockade (CAB) achieved by either surgical or medical castration and compare the outcomes of the groups. Methods: Sixty-three consecutive men (between 58 - 86 years of age) requiring CAB for prostate cancer were enrolled in the study. Patients with diabetes mellitus, an additional malignancy, coronary heart disease, atrial fibrillation, heart failure or a medical history of cardiac event in the last 12 months were excluded from the study. Additionally, those who were taking medicine affecting heart rate were excluded. The participants were divided into two groups according to their modality of castration. The first group consisted of 35 patients who received bilateral orchiectomy plus anti-androgen medication. The second group contained 28 patients who accepted gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) plus anti-androgen therapy. After complete examinations and biochemical tests, the ECG leads of the patients were obtained conveniently. This was then repeated at three- and six-month visits. ECG findings (including heart rate, PR, QRS, QT, corrected QT (QTc) intervals and QT dispersion (QTd)) were recorded and analysed statistically. The groups were then compared in terms of pre- and post-treatment ECG outcomes. Results: Both groups revealed similarly lower heart rate and prolonged PR, QRS, QT, corrected QTc and QTd by the end of six months. By the end of three months, all variables had changed significantly in the orchiectomy group, whereas in the GnRH group, they had not. Conclusion: CAB may result in lower heart rate and prolonged QT, a condition associated with fatal cardiac arrhythmia and sudden death. Therefore, patients receiving CAB should be monitored closely for cardiac adverse effects.

Background: Heart failure (HF) is a common clinical syndrome mostly due to the impaired ability of the Left Ventricle (LV) to eject blood with reduced cardiac output. Heart failure is called systolic (SHF) if left ventricle ejection fraction on echo-cardiogram is low (LVEF of ≤50%). Aim: To assess the echocardiographic characteristics of patients with SHF with Atrial Fibrillation (AF) and compare with those with Sinus Rhythm (SR) on 12 leads ECG. Furthermore, to evaluate the clinical and biochemical markers for the prediction of AF in SHF. Method: Over two years duration, each patient diagnosed with SHF was enrolled in the study (n = 354) based on admission code. AF or sinus rhythm on 12 leads ECG was documented on each patient. Multiple logistic regression analysis was applied to assess the risk ratio of different clinical and Doppler derived variables for the development of AF in SHF. Results: Out of the total hospital medical admissions of 14,674 patients, there were 354 patients with diagnosis of SHF, a prevalence of 2.4%. The incidence of AF on ECG was 109 (31%) patients in the whole study population and 245 (69%) in SR. M Mode echocardiogram in patients with SHF and AF compared with those in SR showed significant dilation of LV cavity in systole with LVESD of 5.72 ± 0.63 vs. 5.23 ± 0.76 cm, P 500 pg/ml of 2.8, history of hypertension of 1.8, history of DM of 1.7, BMI > 28 of 1.4, LV hypertrophy on ECG of 1.3.
