In recent years,cryptocurrency has become gradually more significant in economic regions *** cryptocurrencies,records are stored using a cryptographic *** main aim of this research was to develop an optimal solution for predicting the price of cryptocurrencies based on user opinions from social *** is used as a marketing tool for cryptoanalysis owing to the unrestricted conversations on cryptocurrencies that take place on social media ***,this work focuses on extracting Tweets and gathering data from different sources to classify them into positive,negative,and neutral categories,and further examining the correlations between cryptocurrency movements and Tweet *** paper proposes an optimized method using a deep learning algorithm and convolution neural network for cryptocurrency prediction;this method is used to predict the prices of four cryptocurrencies,namely,Litecoin,Monero,Bitcoin,and *** results of analyses demonstrate that the proposed method forecasts prices with a high accuracy of about 98.75%.The method is validated by comparison with existing methods using visualization tools.

Let∇be a linear connection on a 2n-dimensional almost anti-Hermitian manifold M equipped with an almost complex structure J,a pseudo-Riemannian metric g and the twin metric G=g◦*** this paper,we first introduce three types of conjugate connections of linear connections relative to g,G and *** obtain a simple relation among curvature tensors of these conjugate *** clarify the relations of these conjugate connections,we prove a result stating that conjugations along with an identity operation together act as a Klein group,which is analogue to the known result for the Hermitian case in[2].Secondly,we give some results exhibiting occurrences of Codazzi pairs which generalize parallelism relative to∇.Under the assumption that(∇,J)being a Codazzi pair,we derive a necessary and sufficient condition the almost anti-Hermitian manifold(M,J,g,G)is an anti-K¨ahler relative to a torsion-free linear connection∇.Finally,we investigate statistical structures on M under∇(∇is a J−parallel torsion-free connection).

Power sharing among multiterminal high voltage direct current terminals(MT-HVDC)is mainly developed based on a priority or sequential manners,which uses to prevent the problem of overloading due to a predefined controller ***,fixed power sharing control also suffers from an inability to identify power availability at a rectification *** is a need for a controller that ensures an efficient power sharing among the MT-HVDC terminals,prevents the possibility of overloading,and utilizes the available power sharing.A new adaptive wireless control for active power sharing among multiterminal(MT-HVDC)systems,including power availability and power management policy,is proposed in this *** proposed control strategy solves these issues and,this proposed controller strategy is a generic method that can be applied for unlimited number of converter *** rational of this proposed controller is to increase the system reliability by avoiding the necessity of fast communication *** test system in this paper consists of four converter stations based on three phase-two AC voltage *** proposed control strategy for a multiterminal HVDC system is conducted in the power systems computer aided design/electromagnetic transient design and control(PSCAD/EMTDC)simulation *** simulation results significantly show the flexibility and usefulness of the proposed power sharing control provided by the new adaptive wireless method.

Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of trimetazidine on exercise capacity via a six-minute walk test in patients with ischaemic cardiomyopathy and also evaluate the effect of trimetazidine on left ventricular function via echocardiography in the same population. Methods: This prospective observational study, conducted at the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases in Dhaka, Bangladesh, enrolled 200 patients with ischaemic cardiomyopathy and a depressed left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF Results: In this study (n = 200) of ischaemic cardiomyopathy patients, the mean age was 58 years, with 76% of the patients being male. All study subjects received GDMT (Guideline-Directed Medical Therapy) for angina and heart failure. Those who received the modified released form of trimetazidine developed lesions during the 1st and 2nd follow-ups, during which the LVEF, LVIDd, and six-minute walk distance significantly improved (p Conclusion: The findings of the present study demonstrated that the addition of modified-release trimetazidine to GDMT can improve exercise capacity and left ventricular function in patients with ischaemic cardiomyopathy.

Background: As the half-life of intact parathyroid hormone (iPTH) is very low, it reflects parathyroid insufficiency within minutes to hours after total thyroidectomy. Therefore, iPTH level assessment in the postoperative period can be used to predict the development of hypocalcaemia. The optimal time point to measure serum iPTH is important for the accurate prediction of hypocalcaemia. Aim: This paper aims to evaluate the ability of iPTH as an early predictive marker of hypocalcaemia and determine which time iPTH is more able to predict postoperative hypocalcaemia. Method: This prospective observational study was conducted in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, BSMMU, Dhaka, from July 2020 to December 2021, with 67 patients who underwent total thyroidectomy. iPTH levels were measured on the day before the operation and at 1 hour, 4 hours, and 24 hours after the operation. *** levels were measured on the day before the operation and 1st postoperative day. All the data were compiled and sorted properly and were analyzed statistically. Results: Postoperative hypocalcaemia developed in 18 cases, with an incidence of 26.9%. Pearson correlation showed a significant correlation between postoperative iPTH at 1 hr, 4 h, and 24 hr with 1st postoperative calcium value. The Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was processed for the postoperative iPTH at 1 hr, 4 h, and 24 hr. The sensitivity, specificity, cut-off value, and mean AUC found 93.9%, 94.4%, ≤14.0, 0.988;95.9%, 94.4%, ≤09.5, 0.993 and 91.8%, 94.4%, ≤11.0, 0.993 respectively. Conclusion: iPTH can be used as an early predictor of post-thy-roidectomy hypocalcaemia. 4 hr iPTH showed more sensitivity and specificity for a cut-off value near the laboratory reference range.
