Reducing the Range of Cancer Risk on BI-RADS 4 Subcategories via Mathematical Modelling

Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System,also known as BI-RADS is a universal system used by radiologists and *** constructs a comprehensive language for the diagnosis of breast ***-RADS 4 category has a wide range of cancer risk since it is divided into 3 *** play an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of *** this study,data of 42 BI-RADS 4 patients taken fromthe Center for Breast health,Near East University hospital is *** the analysis,a mathematical model is constructed by dividing the population into 4 *** analysis is applied to the parameters with the desired outcome of a reduced range of cancer *** simulations of the parameters are *** results of the model have revealed that an increase in the lactation rate and earlymenopause have a negative correlation with the chance of being diagnosed with BI-RADS 4 whereas a positive correlation increase in age,the palpable mass,and family history is ***,the negative effects of smoking and late menopause on BI-RADS 4C diagnosis are vehemently ***,the model showed that the percentages of parameters play an important role in the diagnosis of BI-RADS 4 *** things considered,with the assistance of the most effective parameters,the range of cancer risks in BI-RADS 4 subcategories will decrease.

The increasing demand for potable water is *** resources are scarce and stress is accumulating on other ***,new technologies and novel optimization methods are developed for the existing ***-based processes are among the most efficient methods for water ***,membranes suffer from severe operational problems,namely fouling and temperature *** effects can harm the membrane’s permeability,permeate recovery,and *** mitigate such effects,membranes can be treated through two techniques:plasma treatment(a surface modification technique),and treatment through the use of plasmonic materials(surface and bulk modification).This article showcases plasma-and plasmonic-based treatments in the context of water desalination/*** aims to offer a comprehensive review of the current developments in membrane-based water treatment technologies along with suggested directions to enhance its overall efficiency through careful selection of material and system ***,basic guidelines and strategies are outlined on the different membrane modification techniques to evaluate its ***,we discuss the challenges and future developments about these membrane modification methods.

Determination of rock mechanical parameters is the most important step in rock mass quality evaluation and has significant impacts on geotechnical engineering *** mass integrity coefficient(KV)is one of the most efficient parameters,which is conventionally determined from *** approaches,however,are time-consuming and expensive,offer low data coverage of point measurements,require heavy equipment,and are hardly conducted in steep topographic ***,borehole approaches cannot assess the subsurface thoroughly for rock mass quality ***,use of geophysical methods is non-invasive,rapid and *** proposed geophysical approach makes useful empirical correlation between geophysical and geotechnical *** evaluated the rock mass quality via integration between KV measured from the limited boreholes and inverted resistivity obtained from electrical resistivity tomography(ERT).The borehole-ERT correlation provided KV along various geophysical profiles for more detailed 2D/3D(two-/three-dimensional)mapping of rock mass *** subsurface was thoroughly evaluated for rock masses with different engineering qualities,including highly weathered rock,semi-weathered rock,and fresh ***,ERT was integrated with induced polarization(IP)to resolve the uncertainty caused by water/clay *** results show that the proposed method,compared with the conventional approaches,can reduce the ambiguities caused by inadequate data,and give more accurate insights into the subsurface for rock mass quality evaluation.

Detecting the anomalous entity in real-time network traffic is a popular area of research in recent *** few researches have focused on creating malware that fools the intrusion detection system and this paper focuses on this *** are using Deep Convolutional Generative Adversarial Networks(DCGAN)to trick the malware classifier to believe it is a normal *** this work,a new dataset is created to fool the Artificial Intelligence(AI)based malware detectors,and it consists of different types of attacks such as Denial of Service(DoS),scan 11,scan 44,botnet,spam,User Datagram Portal(UDP)scan,and ssh *** discriminator used in the DCGAN discriminates two different attack classes(anomaly and synthetic)and one normal *** model collapse,instability,and vanishing gradient issues associated with the DCGAN are overcome using the proposed hybrid Aquila optimizer-based Mine blast harmony search algorithm(AO-MBhS).This algorithm helps the generator to create realistic malware samples to be undetected by the *** performance of the proposed methodology is evaluated using different performance metrics such as training time,detection rate,F-Score,loss function,Accuracy,False alarm rate,*** superiority of the hybrid AO-MBhS based DCGAN model is noticed when the detection rate is changed to 0 after the retraining method to make the defensive technique hard to be noticed by the malware detection *** support vector machines(SVM)is used as the malicious traffic detection application and its True positive rate(TPR)goes from 80%to 0%after retraining the proposed model which shows the efficiency of the proposed model in hiding the samples.

Growing energy demand,diminishing fossil fuel reserves and geopolitical tensions are serious concerns for any country’s energy strategy and *** factors have a greater impact on developing countries,as many of them rely largely on traditional energy *** energy generation is the viable alternative for mitigating these problems,as well as achieving energy independ-ence and tackling climate *** article discusses planning and design optimization of a residential community microgrid based on multiple renewable *** particular,the design and techno-economic assessment of a grid-tied hybrid microgrid for meeting the electricity demand of an alluvial region,Urir Char,located in southern Bangladesh,was *** Optimization of Multiple Energy Resources is used for the evaluation and it is supplemented by a fuzzy-logic-based load profile design *** addition to the analysis,a predictive load-shifting-based demand management is also *** cases were considered for the studies and,after considering several criteria,a grid-tied system comprising a photovoltaic array,wind turbine and energy storage system was found to be the best fit for powering the *** suggested system reduces the life-cycle cost by 18.3%,the levelized cost of energy by 61.9%and emissions by 77.2%when compared with the grid-only *** with the microgrid design,cooking emissions and energy categorization were also discussed.

A non-isolated high gain step-up DC-DC converter for low power applications is suggested in this *** the designed transformerless converter,the main switch current and voltage stress is reduced while maintaining high voltage *** instance,with a duty cycle of 0.5 a voltage gain equal to 5 is achieved while the normalized switch voltage stress is ***,it decreases power losses of active and passive *** the proposed converter design,the switched-capacitor(SC)technique is used to obtain maximum voltage transfer gain using only one *** three modes of operation,i.e.,continuous conduction mode(CCM),boundary conduction mode(BCM),and discontinuous conduction mode(DCM),are studied in *** small signal analysis(SSA)of the designed converter is investigated,and its steady-state model is examined under *** of the proposed converter proposed in this study is assessed and tested using a *** of the converter is recorded above 94%in a wide range of output ***,compared to the other converters,the results suggest satisfactory performance of the designed *** issue of the proposed converter is that its input current is not smooth due to using the switched-capacitor cell in its *** issue is alleviated by using input filters.

In the recent decade,many approaches of rough line drawing simplification were proposed,but they are not well summarized yet,especially from the perspective of Chinese cultural *** this paper,a comprehensive review of existing line drawing simplification methods was presented,including their algorithms,advantages/disadvantages,inputs/outputs,datasets and source codes,*** raster line drawings,related simplification work was discussed according to four main categories:fitting-based methods,tracing-based methods,field-based methods,and learning-based *** vector line drawings,a deep investigation was introduced for two major steps of simplification:stroke grouping and stroke ***,conclusions were given,key challenges and future directions of line drawing simplification for Chinese traditional art were thoroughly discussed.
