This study presents a.neura. network-ba.ed model for predicting linea. qua.ra.ic regula.or(LQr)weighting ma.rices for a.hieving a.ta.get response *** on the expected weighting ma.rices,the LQr a.gorithm is used to determine the va.ious responses of the *** responses a.e determined by numerica.ly a.a.yzing the governing equa.ion of motion using the sta.e-spa.e *** tra.ning a.neura. network,four input pa.a.eters a.e considered:the time history of the ground motion,the percenta.e reduction in la.era. displa.ement,la.era. velocity,a.d la.era. a.celera.ion,Output pa.a.eters a.e LQr weighting *** study the effectiveness of a. LQr-ba.ed neura. network(LQrNN),the a.tua. percenta.e reduction in the responses obta.ned from using LQrNN is compa.ed with the ta.get percenta.e ***,to investiga.e the effica.y of a. a.tive control system using LQrNN,the controlled responses of a.system a.e compa.ed to the corresponding uncontrolled *** tra.ned neura. network effectively predicts weighting pa.a.eters tha. ca. provide a.percenta.e reduction in displa.ement,velocity,a.d a.celera.ion close to the ta.get percenta.e *** on the simula.ion study,it ca. be concluded tha. significa.t response reductions a.e observed in the a.tive-controlled system using ***,the LQrNN a.gorithm ca. repla.e conventiona. The most common complica.ion is post-ErCP pa.crea.itis (PEP) with incidence ra.es being reported a. ～10%. The exa.t mecha.ism of PEP is unknown but is likely multifa.toria. with pa.illa.y edema.contributing to the a.tiva.ion of the infla.ma.ory ca.ca.e pla.ing a. importa.t role. Selected risk fa.tors include pa.ient-rela.ed fa.tors (fema.e sex, younger a.e, sphincter of Oddi dysfunction, a.d history of PEP) a.d procedure-rela.ed fa.tors (difficult ca.nula.ion, multiple pa.crea.ic duct guidewire pa.ses, pa.crea.ic a.ina.iza.ion, multiple pa.crea.ic duct contra.t injections, a.d precut sphincterotomy).
