运用电子背散射衍射技术研究了天然超高压榴辉岩中石榴石和绿辉石的变形晶格优选方位与其结构水之间的关系,并探讨了榴辉岩的主要塑性变形机制.研究结果表明:(1)天然榴辉岩中富结构水的绿辉石具有典型的L或SL型组构,[001]轴极点在面理面上呈大圆环分布,最大极密对应轴向近平行线理,(010)面极点为垂直线理分布的大圆环,最大极密对应晶面近平行面理,表征在剪切为主变形条件下形成;绿辉石中结构水含量变化不会导致绿辉石变形组构特征大的变化,即不改变变形机制和位错主滑移系,但可能是造成绿辉石低流变强度的主因;(2)榴辉岩中结构水含量变化可以造成石榴石流变性质的重大转变,在无水条件下石榴石显刚性,在富结构水条件下颗粒边界过程将主导石榴石的塑性变形并导致流变强度的下降,在这两种情况下石榴石都不显示晶格变形优选方位.该研究成果对深入了解榴辉岩在深俯冲和折返过程中的变形过程和机制及相关的流体活动具有重要意义.

Conservation agriculture seeks to reduce environmental degradation through sustainable management of agricultural land.Since the 1990s,agricultural research has been conducted using remote sensing technologies;however,few previous reviews have been conducted focused on different conservation management practices.Most of the previous literature has focused on the application of remote sensing in agriculture without focusing exclusively on conservation practices,with some only providing a narrative review,others using biophysical remote sensing for quantitative estimates of the bio-geo-chemical-physical properties of soils and crops,and few others focused on single agricultural management practices.This paper used the preferred reporting items for systematic review(PRISMA)methodology to examine the last 30 years of thematic research,development,and trends associated with remote sensing technologies and methods applied to conservation agriculture research at various spatial and temporal scales.A set of predefined key concepts and keywords were applied in three databases:Scopus,Web of Science,and Google Scholar.A total of 188 articles were compiled for initial examination,where 68 articles were selected for final analysis and grouped into cover crops,crop residue,crop rotation,mulching,and tillage practices.Publications on conservation agriculture research using remote sensing have been increasing since 1991 and peaked at 10 publications in 2020.Among the 68 articles,94%used a pixel-based,while only 6%used an object-based classification method.Prior to 2005,tillage practices were abundantly studied,then crop residue was a focused theme between 2004 and 2012.From 2012 to 2020,the focus shifted again to cover crops.Ten spectral indices were used in 76%of the 68 studies.This examination offered a summary of the new potential and identifies crucial future research needs and directions that could improve the contribution of remote sensing to the provision of long-term operational services for various conservation agricult

Macroalgae are multicellular,aquatic autotrophs that play vital roles in global climate maintenance and have diverse applications in biotechnology and eco-engineering,which are directly linked to their multicellularity phenotypes.However,their genomic diversity and the evolutionary mechanisms underlying multicellularity in these organisms remain uncharacterized.In this study,we sequenced 110 macroalgal genomes from diverse climates and phyla,and identified key genomic features that distinguish them from their microalgal relatives.Genes for cell adhesion,extracellular matrix formation,cell polarity,transport,and cell differentiation distinguish macroalgae from microalgae across all three major phyla,constituting conserved and unique gene sets supporting multicellular processes.Adhesome genes show phylum-and climate-specific expansions that may facilitate niche adaptation.Collectively,our study reveals genetic determinants of convergent and divergent evolutionary trajectories that have shaped morphological diversity in macroalgae and provides genome-wide frameworks to understand photosynthetic multicellular evolution in aquatic environments.

Eclogites from orogens often show strong plastic deformation and high hydroxyl content. We have studied the correlation between crystallographic preferred orientations of garnet and omphacite from natural eclogites with their hydroxyl contents using the electron back-scat- tered diffraction technique. The results show: 1) Omphacite has typical L-type or SL-type crystrallographic preferred orientations, that is, [001] is distributed in a girdle in the foliation plane with a maximum parallel to lineation; (010) is distributed in a girdle normal to the lineation with a maxi- mum parallel to the foliation plane, suggesting a shear dominant deformation regime. Omphacite fabrics do not vary significantly with hydroxyl content, although the hy- drous component may cause lower flow strength. 2) Hy- droxyl can influence significantly flow properties of garnet in eclogite. Garnets behave as rigid bodies under low tempera- ture and dry conditions. Grain boundary processes will dominate the deformation and lower the flow strength of garnet under high water fugacity conditions. Garnets show no crystallographic preferred orientation in both cases. These results may have important implications for a better understanding of deformation mechanisms and associated fluid activities during deep subduction and exhumation processes.

Late recurrence in surgically managed pediatric atypical mycobacterial lymphadenitis:A case report and review of the literature

Objective:The purpose of this study is to identify existing literature on recurrent atypical mycobacterial cervicofacial lymphadenitis to augment our understanding of a unique patient who presented to our tertiary‐care center 5‐years posttreatment with recurrence following curettage.Data Sources:OVID Medline,Scopus,and Web of Science.Methods:A literature search was conducted yielding 49 original articles which were screened twice by two independent reviewers resulting in 14 studies meeting inclusion criteria for data extraction using Covidence software.Two independent reviewers extracted data on recurrence of atypical mycobacterial cervicofacial lymphadenitis and consensus was reached on data points from all included studies.Results:This study illuminated the paucity of recurrence reporting in the literature regarding atypical mycobacterial lymphadenitis.Sixteen studies identified in our review included discussions on recurrence with few elaborating beyond the rate of recurrence to describe their management.Fourteen out of sixteen studies provided recurrence rates for their cohort,11 out of 14 specified the initial treatment modality,and only five out of eight studies that described initial treatment with surgery differentiated recurrence rates between complete and incomplete excision.The mean length of follow‐up in the included studies was 20 months.There was one previously reported case of late recurrence at 5‐years.Conclusions:We identified few reports that discussed the management of recurrence of atypical mycobacterial cervicofacial lymphadenitis.There was minimal data on recurrence rates between surgical treatment modalities.The case discussed in our study showcases that treatment with curettage has the potential to present with late recurrence.
