Intrusion detection systems(IDS)are essential in the field of cybersecurity because they protect networks from a wide range of online *** goal of this research is to meet the urgent need for small-footprint,highly-adaptable network Intrusion Detection Systems(nIDS)that can identify *** nSL-KDD dataset is used in the study;it is a sizable collection comprising 43 variables with the label’s“attack”and“level.”It proposes a novel approach to intrusion detection based on the combination of channel attention and convolutional neural networks(Cnn).Furthermore,this dataset makes it easier to conduct a thorough assessment of the suggested intrusion detection ***,maintaining operating efficiency while improving detection accuracy is the primary goal of this ***,typical nIDS examines both risky and typical behavior using a variety of *** the nSL-KDD dataset,our Cnn-based approach achieves an astounding 99.728%accuracy rate when paired with channel *** to previous approaches such as ensemble learning,Cnn,RBM(Boltzmann machine),Ann,hybrid auto-encoders with Cnn,MCnn,and Ann,and adaptive algorithms,our solution significantly improves intrusion detection ***,the results highlight the effectiveness of our suggested method in improving intrusion detection precision,signifying a noteworthy advancement in this *** efforts will focus on strengthening and expanding our approach in order to counteract growing cyberthreats and adjust to changing network circumstances.

This paper provides a method of the process of computation called the cumulative method, it is based upon repeated cumulative process. The cumulative method is being adapted to the purposes of computation, particularly multiplication and division. The operations of multiplication and division are represented by algebraic formulas. An advantage of the method is that the cumulative process can be performed on decimal numbers. The present paper aims to establish a basic and useful formula valid for the two fundamental arithmetic operations of multiplication and division. The new cumulative method proved to be more flexible and made it possible to extend the multiplication and division based on repeated addition/subtraction to decimal numbers.

Objective YAP1 plays a dual role as an oncogene and tumor suppressor gene in several tumors;differentiating between these roles may depend on the YAP1 phosphorylation *** specific function of YAP1 in B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia(B-ALL),however,is currently ***,in the present study,the role of YAP1 in B-ALL was investigated using relevant cell lines and patient *** The effects of shRnA-mediated knockdown on YAP1 and LATS1 levels in the nALM6 and MOLT-4 cell lines were examined using Western blotting,quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction,flow cytometry,immunostaining,and nude mouse subcutaneous tumorigenesis *** expression levels of Hippo pathway-related molecules before and after verteporfin(VP)treatment were compared using RnA-Seq to identify significant Hippo pathway-related genes in nALM6 *** Patients with ALL showing high YAP1 expression and low YAP1-Ser127 phosphorylation levels had worse prognoses than those with low YAP1 protein expression and high YAP1-Ser127 phosphorylation ***1-Ser127 phosphorylation levels were lower in nALM6 cells than in MOLT-4 and control cells;YAP1 was distributed in the nuclei in nALM6 *** of YAP1 inhibited MOLT-4 and nALM6 cell proliferation and arrested the nALM6 cell cycle in the G0/G1 *** and after VP treatment,the expression of the upstream gene LATS1 was upregulated;its overexpression promoted YAP1-Ser127 ***,YAP1 was distributed in the *** LATS1 may downregulate YAP1-Ser127 phosphorylation and maintain B-ALL cell function;thus,VP,which targets this axis,may serve as a new therapeutic method for improving the outcomes for B-ALL patients.
