采用中国大陆地区30家寿险公司和13家财险公司在2006—2013年的数据,运用两阶段最小二乘法(2SLS)和两阶段分位数回归法(2SQR),对比研究了我国保险公司的资本比例、承保风险和投资风险之间的关系。研究发现:我国保险公司的风险水平对资本比例无显著的影响,资本比例对承保风险、投资风险均有显著负向影响,说明我国保险公司风险与资本之间的传导机制还未完全形成,偿付能力体系的发挥将会限制;通过2SLS和2SQR的对比发现,2SLS无法完全解释风险与资本比例关系。进一步的研究发现:寿险公司和财险公司在资本比例与风险关系上有很大的区别,说明有针对性的监管会提高监管的有效性。最后,针对我国保险业的风险管理和偿付能力监管提出了相关建议。

中国古代文献中关于海南岛及其风土民俗的记录,自汉代以来已形成“正史”与“笔记小说”两类体系。因先秦时形成的“华夷之辨”这一相对狭隘的民族观对传统文人的撰述立场及文化理念影响深刻,故在汉魏六朝时期的这两类著述中,对海南民族民俗相关记述较少,相关内容基本以搜奇述异为主,其记述目的多出于以海南区位之远与其民族、民俗之“异”为衬托,来咏颂圣德和王化施行流播范围之广与意义之大。汉魏六朝时期这两类文献体系中对海南民族民俗文化的记录,总体上是一种“述异式”书写。但唐宋以来的各类文人笔记中,因作者身份的变化、作者阶层的扩大以及时代变革、审美趣味变化等原因,对海南及其民族民俗文化的书写呈现出与汉晋时期截然不同的面貌,从早期带有排他性的“述异式”书写,演变为带有理解与认同的“多元性”书写。

目的探究依帕司他对高糖诱导的肾小球系膜细胞抑制氧化应激的分子机制。方法将106个肾小球系膜细胞转移至培养瓶中,分为正常生理浓度葡萄糖(5.5 mmol·L-1)组、高浓度葡萄糖(30 mmol·L-1)组、依帕司他高剂量浓度组(10μmol·L-1)、依帕司他中剂量浓度组(1μmol·L-1)、依帕司他低剂量浓度组(0.1μmol·L-1),在37℃,体积分数5%CO2培养箱内于无血清培养基培养48 h。分别测定细胞内活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,T-SOD)、铜锌-超氧化物歧化酶(Cu/Zn-SOD)、谷胱甘肽(glutathione,GSH)、一氧化氮(NO)含量。采用western-blot方法分别测定肾小球系膜细胞内硝化酪氨酸蛋白(NT)来反映肾小球细胞内过氧亚硝基阴离子(ONOO-)的生成量。结果与高浓度葡萄糖组对比,依帕司他各剂量组中的肾小球系膜细胞内ROS含量显著地降低;系膜细胞中T-SOD和Cu/Zn-SOD含量显著升高;系膜细胞中GSH的含量无显著变化。与高浓度葡萄糖组相比,依帕司他各剂量组的系膜细胞中NO含量显著地升高;高剂量(10μmol·L-1)和中剂量(1μmol·L-1)的依帕司他能够显著地降低NT的蛋白表达,表明ONOO-的生成被显著抑制。结论依帕司他能够升高由高糖诱导的肾小球系膜细胞中T-SOD和Cu/Zn-SOD含量,增强其对ROS的清除能力,降低由高糖诱导的系膜细胞中ROS含量。依帕司他虽能够升高NO生成,但仍能抑制高糖培养的系膜细胞中NT蛋白表达,抑制ONOO-生成。

目的探讨不同强度运动处方对老年肥胖大鼠内脏脂肪组织特异性丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂(Vaspin)mRNA、蛋白表达和血Vaspin浓度的影响。方法选取雄性清洁级SD幼鼠,按照生长发育期、壮年期和老年期三个阶段增肥,建立老年肥胖大鼠模型,选取6只自然生长老年大鼠为空白对照组,选取18只肥胖老年大鼠为实验组,随机分为3组,每组6只,分别为肥胖对照组、低强度运动组、中强度运动组。运动处方分别为12 m/min×15 min、4组/次、组间休息5 min、60 min/次;15 m/min×15 min、4组/次、组间休息5 min、60 min/次。跑台坡度均为0°,5次/周,连续8周。运动干预后测内脏脂肪组织Vaspin mRNA表达采用qRT-PCR、测蛋白表达采用WB、测血Vaspin浓度采用ELISA。结果运动干预后,(1)Vaspin mRNA表达(×10~3):肥胖对照组(25.761±11.581)高于空白对照组(12.161±5.648)(P0.05)。(2)Vaspin蛋白表达:肥胖对照组高于空白对照组(P0.05)。(4)血糖、胰岛素敏感性指数:肥胖对照组的血糖[(17.930±6.094)mg/dL]高于空白对照组[(11.636±3.568)mg/dL](P0.05);低[(13.362±1.819)mg/dL]、中强度运动组[(12.842±1.905)mg/dL]血糖低于肥胖对照组(P<0.05),而胰岛素敏感性指数[低(0.385±0.018),中(0.396±0.015)]高于肥胖对照组(P<0.01)。结论老年肥胖大鼠内脏脂肪的Vaspin mRNA表达、蛋白表达和血浆含量偏高。低强度运动可降低Vaspin mRNA基因表达量和蛋白表达,运动强度增加又提高Vaspin mRNA表达和蛋白表达以及血浆Vaspin水平。

Electric router is widely used for multi-core system to interconnect each other. However, with the increasing number of processor cores, the probability of communication conflict between processor cores increases, and the data delay increases dramatically. With the advent of optical router, the traditional electrical interconnection mode has changed to optical interconnection mode. In the packet switched optical interconnection network, the data communication mechanism consists of 3 processes: link establishment, data transmission and link termination, but the circuit-switched data transmission method greatly limits the utilization of resources. The number of micro-ring resonators in the on-chip large-scale optical interconnect network is an important parameter affecting the insertion loss. The proposed λ-route, GWOR, Crossbar structure has a large overall network insertion loss due to the use of many micro-ring resonators. How to use the least micro-ring resonator to realize non-blocking communication between multiple cores has been a research hotspot. In order to improve bandwidth and reduce access latency, an optical interconnection structure called multilevel switching optical network on chip(MSONoC) is proposed in this paper. The broadband micro-ring resonators(BMRs) are employed to reduce the number of micro-ring resonators(MRs) in the network, and the structure can provide the service of non-blocking point to point communication with the wavelength division multiplexing(WDM) technology. The results show that compared to λ-route, GWOR, Crossbar and the new topology structure, the number of micro-ring resonators of MSONoC are reduced by 95.5%, 95.5%, 87.5%, and 60% respectively. The insertion loss of the minimum link of new topology, mesh and MSONoC structure is 0.73 dB, 0.725 dB and 0.38 dB.

Poly(ethylene oxide)(PEO)-based solid polymer electrolyte is always the most promising candidate for preparing thinner, lighter and safer lithium-ion batteries. However, the lithium dendrites growth of lithium anode and the high-voltage oxidation of cathode are easy to cause the PEO-based battery *** way to deal with the different challenges on both sides of the anode and cathode is pursued all the time. In this study, we reported a new strategy to construct the PVDF/PEO/PVDF three-layer structure for solid polymer electrolyte(marked as PVDF@PEO) using PVDF as the functional “skin”. The PVDF@PEO electrolyte can effectively prevent from the lithium dendrites, and shows a stable cycling life over1000 h in the Li/PVDF@PEO/Li cell. In addition, the PVDF@PEO electrolyte exhibits higher oxidation resistance and can be matched with high-voltage LiCoO_(2) cathode. The Li/PVDF@PEO/LiCoO_(2) cell delivered a specific capacity of about 150 m Ah g^(-1) over 150 cycles and maintained good cycling stability. Our research provides insights that the polymer electrolytes constructed with PVDF functional “skin” can simultaneously meet the challenges of both anode and cathode in solid-state lithium-ion batteries(SSLIBs).

Boosting the capability of Li_(2)C_(2)O_(4)as cathode pre-lithiation additive for lithium-ion batteries

Li_(2)C_(2)O_(4),with a high theoretical capacity of 525 mAh·g^(−1)and good air stability,is regarded as a more attractive cathode prelithiation additive in contrast to the reported typical inorganic pre-lithiation compounds which are quite air ***,its obtained capacity is much lower than the theoretical value and its delithiation potential(>4.7 V)is too high to match with the most commercial cathode materials,which greatly impedes its practical ***,we greatly improve the pre-lithiation performance of Li_(2)C_(2)O_(4)as cathode additive with fulfilled capacity at a much-reduced delithiation voltage,enabling its wide applicability for typical commercial *** increase the capacity of Li_(2)C_(2)O_(4)from 436 to 525 mAh·g^(−1)by reducing its particle *** optimizing the types of conductive additives,introducing nano-morphological NiO,MnO2,*** catalysts,and innovatively designing a bilayer electrode,the delithiation potential of Li_(2)C_(2)O_(4)is successfully reduced from 4.778 to 4.288 *** systematically study different particle size,conductive additives,and catalysts on the delithiation behavior of Li_(2)C_(2)O_(4).Finally,it is applied to pre-lithiate the hard carbon anode,and it is found that Li_(2)C_(2)O_(4)could effectively increase the capacity of the full cell from 79.0 to 140.0 mAh·g^(−1)in the first *** conclusion,our study proves that improving the reactivity is an effective strategy to boost the pre-lithiation of Li_(2)C_(2)O_(4).
