Structural effects of sulfonamides on the proliferation dynamics of sulfonamide resistance genes in the sequencing batch reactors and the mechanism

Antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs)can be easily promoted by antibiotics,however,the structural effects of antibiotics on the proliferation of ARGs dynamic and the associated mechanisms remain obscure in,especially,activated sludge sequencing batch *** the present study,the effects of 9 sulfonamides(SAs)with different structures on the proliferation dynamic of sulfonamide resistance genes(Suls)in the activated sludge sequencing batch reactors and the corresponding mechanisms were determined(30 days),and the results showed that the largest proliferation value(ΔA^(R))of Suls dynamic for SAs(sulfachloropyridazine)was approximately 2.9 times than that of the smallest one(sulfadiazine).The proliferation of Suls was significantly related to the structural features(minHBint6,SssNH,SHBd and SpMax2_Bhm)that represent the biological activity of *** interpret the phenomenon,a mechanistic model was developed and the results indicated that the biodegradation of SAs(T_(1/2))rather than conjugative transfer frequency or mutation frequency tends to be the key process for affecting Suls proliferation.T_(1/2)was proved to be dependent on the interactions between SAs and receptors(E_(binding)),the cleavage mode(bond dissociation energy),and the site of nucleophilic ***,the metagenomic analysis showed that SAs posed significant effect on antibiotic resistome and Tnp31 played a vital role in the proliferation of ***,our findings provide important insight into a theoretical basis for understanding the structural effects of SAs on the proliferation of ARGs in SBR systems.

在基于阵列波导光栅(AWG)的光互连数据中心中,提出了一种改进的多信道矩阵接收方案,该方案允许每个节点同时接收任意一组波长。该方案基于差错控制编码理论设计了只需要使用少量接收机、固定波长滤波器和一个波长可变滤波器的组合。通过OptiSystem软件仿真验证了在10 Gbit/s和40 Gbit/s的传输速率下,新旧接收方案的接收差异。实验表明,该方案可以有效降低发射功率和减少接收端所需固定波长滤波器的数量,节约了数据中心的设备成本和功耗。

Pre-polymerized vinyl trimethoxy silane(PVTMS)@MWCNT nano-aerogel system was constructed via radical polymerization,sol-gel transition and supercritical CO_(2)*** fabricated organic-inorganic hybrid PVTMS@MWCNT aerogel structure shows nano-pore size(30-40 nm),high specific surface area(559 m^(2)g^(−1)),high void fraction(91.7%)and enhanced mechanical property:(1)the nano-pore size is beneficial for efficiently blocking thermal conduction and thermal convection via Knudsen effect(beneficial for infrared(IR)stealth);(2)the heterogeneous interface was beneficial for IR reflection(beneficial for IR stealth)and MWCNT polarization loss(beneficial for electromagnetic wave(EMW)attenuation);(3)the high void fraction was beneficial for enhancing thermal insulation(beneficial for IR stealth)and EMW impedance match(beneficial for EMW attenuation).Guided by the above theoretical design strategy,PVTMS@MWCNT nano-aerogel shows superior EMW absorption property(cover all Ku-band)and thermal IR stealth property(ΔT reached 60.7℃).Followed by a facial combination of the above nano-aerogel with graphene film of high electrical conductivity,an extremely high electromagnetic interference shielding material(66.5 dB,2.06 mm thickness)with superior absorption performance of an average absorption-to-reflection(A/R)coefficient ratio of 25.4 and a low reflection bandwidth of 4.1 GHz(A/R ratio more than 10)was experimentally obtained in this work.

Objective: The human cluster of differentiation(CD)300A, a type-I transmembrane protein with immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitory motifs, was investigated as a potential immune checkpoint for human natural killer(NK) cells targeting hematologic malignancies(HMs).Methods: We implemented a stimulation system involving the CD300A ligand, phosphatidylserine(PS), exposed to the outer surface of malignant cells. Additionally, we utilized CD300A overexpression, a CD300A blocking system, and a xenotransplantation model to evaluate the impact of CD300A on NK cell efficacy against HMs in in vitro and in vivo settings. Furthermore, we explored the association between CD300A and HM progression in ***: Our findings indicated that PS hampers the function of NK cells. Increased CD300A expression inhibited HM lysis by NK cells. CD300A overexpression shortened the survival of HM-xenografted mice by impairing transplanted NK cells. Blocking PS–CD300A signals with antibodies significantly amplified the expression of lysis function-related proteins and effector cytokines in NK cells, thereby augmenting the ability to lyse HMs. Clinically, heightened CD300A expression correlated with shorter survival and an “exhausted” phenotype of intratumoral NK cells in patients with HMs or solid ***: These results propose CD300A as a potential target for invigorating NK cell-based treatments against HMs.

Environmental Threshold of Phosphorus Infiltration in Red Soil under Different Land Use Patterns

The risk of soil phosphorus leaching increases in basin regions in light of large-scale use of phosphorus fertilizers because of agricultural modernization. In this study, we conducted an earth pillar simulation test on the infiltration threshold of red soil, Vaseline-coated PVC pipe, intact soil core, fine sand, and nylon filter was used for Penetration test, which covers the largest area of the Dianchi Lake Basin in China. Results showed that: 1) The contents of the total available phosphorus in algae (NaOH-P) and dissolved labile phosphorus (CaCl2-P) in red soil were consistent with the content of available phosphorus (Olsen-P) under different use patterns manifested by the law of greenhouse > open field > grassland. Grassland had the highest phosphorus sorption index (PSI), followed by the greenhouse and then by the open field. 2) The leachate under the same use pattern had the characteristics of total phosphorus (TP) > particle phosphorus (PP) > total dissolved phosphorus (TDP) > dissolved organic phosphorus (DOP) > molybdate reactive phosphorus (MRP). The TP contents in the leachates of grassland, greenhouse, and open field were 0.46, 0.61, and 0.49 mg/L, respectively. DOP, TDP, PP, and MRP had similar contents, and their distributions in the three land types were consistent with that of TP. 3) Olsen-P had a significant correlation with TP, TDP, PP, and DOP in the leachates. Olsen-P of 50 slightly influenced eutrophication. Moreover, Olsen-P of >40 and 40 had minimal influence on the environment. 随着“双碳”目标的提出,涡旋膨胀机作为回收低品位能量的机械装置备受关注。首先,对近年来涡旋膨胀机的理论研究成果进行了综述,主要包括型线理论、热动力学和计算流体力学(CFD)仿真。然后,对涡旋膨胀机在有机朗肯循环(ORC)中的应用进行了总结,梳理了涡旋膨胀机在跨临界CO_(2)制冷循环中的应用研究成果。最后,对涡旋膨胀机未来的研究方向进行了展望。结果表明:变壁厚涡旋膨胀机因其可以在不增加泄漏线长度的情况下增加内容积比,因此将成为未来型线优化的主要方向;CFD仿真已成为重要的研究工具;润滑油是影响涡旋膨胀机性能的关键因素,提高润滑油的黏度有利于提升效率,而过量的润滑油则会使其性能下降;工作压力是影响涡旋膨胀机性能的最主要的因素,过膨胀、欠膨胀以及泄漏现象都会使其性能下降。此外,涡旋膨胀压缩一体机集成了膨胀机和压缩机两个功能单元于一个机壳中,显著简化了系统结构并提高了能量回收效率,是提升新能源车用CO_(2)热泵空调系统性能的有效途径。基于当前的研究成果和行业需求,提出涡旋膨胀机未来应继续深入研究和优化型线设计、减少泄漏、优化工作压力等,以满足日益增长的能量回收和环境保护需求。

城市空间单元职住平衡水平受用地布局的影响明显,根据用地规划数据预测城市内各单元的职住比对指导规划方案的优化调整具有重要意义。基于用地结构与人群聚集的相互关系,以百度热力数据、2018年和2020年用地现状及规划数据为基础,选用多尺度地理加权回归(MGWR)模型对规划方案的人群聚集分布进行预测,进而分析和比较城市空间结构、职住平衡状况和不同职住类型单元的用地结构差异。结果表明:(1)MGWR模型能更好地对规划方案的人群聚集进行预测;(2)贵阳市主城区各城市功能组团在不同时段的人群聚集均存在较大差异,主城区始终呈“双核多组团”的空间结构;(3)按职住比对空间单元类型进行划分,其空间分布格局由内向外始终呈“居住倾向—相对平衡—就业倾向”的圈层变化,规划方案对研究区的职住平衡具有促进作用;(4)居住倾向型单元与就业倾向型单元在用地构成上的差异最大,相对平衡型单元与就业倾向型单元的差异其次,居住倾向型单元和相对平衡型单元的用地构成差异最小。最后,从促进职住平衡的目标出发提出优化建议,以期为规划方案的调整提供参考。

在经济学领域的随机对照试验中,受试者的分配通常按照完全随机的方式进行.然而,完全随机化可能无法使基线协变量在试验组和对照组间的分布均衡可比,导致试验的解释性与准确性降低,甚至会得出错误的分析结果.本文在经济学随机对照试验中引入协变量平衡自适应设计,该设计在分配过程中自适应地对协变量的平衡性进行调整,从而能够获得协变量在组间分布相对均衡的分配方案.本文基于一项探究个性化信息是否能够影响养老金个人账户储蓄的随机对照试验案例,分析比较了不同随机化设计对于在随机化试验中的协变量平衡以及处理效应估计等方面的影响.实证分析表明,相比于完全随机化,考虑协变量平衡调整的随机化设计能够降低组间的协变量的不平衡程度,并提高后续对于平均处理效应的估计精度和检验功效.
