Flexible electronic devices based on reversible bonds for self-curing capabilities arouses extensive interest.However,most of the composite conductive elastomers have the problems of poor mechanical properties and slow recovery of mechanical properties during multiple stretching,which hinder their stability in continuous operation.In this study,hyperbranched-MWCNTs/hyperbranched-PDMS self-healable conductive elastomers inspired by cephalopods were successfully developed.The prepared conductive elastomer exhibited good self-healing ability(91%)at room temperature excited by multiple reversible interactions.The prepared elastomer showed outstanding mechanical properties and anti-fatigue ability,so that it can cope with more arduous tasks.Moreover,the elastomer was sensitive to the change of stress states and can be used as a stable strain sensor.Therefore,the self-repairing conductive elastomer has potential practicability in the fields of human-computer interaction,motion monitoring,soft robot and so on.

CDK5 belongs to the cyclin-dependent kinase family.CDK5 is multifunctional and plays an important role in neural differentiation.However,the role of CDK5 in osteoblastic differentiation remains unclear.The present study investigated functions and molecular mechanism of CDK5 in osteoblastic differentiation.It was found that,CDK5 inhibition promoted the expression of Runx2,ALP,OCN and OPN of MSCs and the mineralization of MC-3T3E1 cells and MSCs.CDK5 inhibition enhanced the development of F-actin,nuclear localization ofβ-catenin and YAP,as well as the expression of RMRP RNA.When F-actin was suppressed by Blebbistatin,the nuclear localization of YAP andβ-catenin,and expression of RMRP RNA as well as Runx2 and ALP were decreased.These indicate Seliciclib promotes osteoblastic differentiation mainly by F-actin.Moreover,Seliciclib also suppressed the migration of MG-63,suggesting a potential application for Seliciclib in bone defect repair and inhibition of the migration of osteosarcoma cells after osteosarcoma surgical resection.

In this paper, we study the long-time behavior of solutions of the single-layer quasi-geostrophic model arising from geophysical fluid dynamics. We obtain the lower bound of the decay estimate of the solution. Utilizing the Fourier splitting method, under suitable assumptions on the initial data, for any multi-index α, we show that the solution Ψ satisfies .

Siloxane rubber shows attractive properties of high stability,elasticity and transparency.Besides,the regulation of its properties renders it widely used in many application fields.However,most of the reported performance improvement methods of siloxane rubber focus on the change of chemical composition of siloxane rubber,including the design of molecular chain and the introduction of other compounds,etc.Such a strategy is still faced with many limitations in practical application.In this work,on the premise of not changing the chemical composition of siloxane rubber,we propose a facile solvothermal polymerization process to change the structure of cross-linking networks,so as to obtain the siloxane rubber with controllable mechanical properties.Compared to the normal curing method,we realized polydimethylsiloxane elastomer(PDMS)with maximum elongation of more than 3,000%(>10 times of normally cured one)and tensile modulus lower than 0.15 MPa(<1/10 of normally cured one).In addition to superior stretchability,it gains extra high softness,stickiness and sensitive response to organic solvents.Based on our solvothermal cured PDMS,its applications in oil collection and organic solvent sensor have been demonstrated.It is expected that this method can be readily utilized widely and shows great application potentials.

Introducing heating function to oil sorbents opens up a new pathway to the fast cleanup of viscous crude oil spills in situ.The oil sorption speed increases with the rise of the temperature,thus oil sorbents with high heating temperature are desirable.Besides,the oil sorbents also need to be produced environment-friendly.Here we present carbonized melamine-formaldehyde sponges(CMSs)that exhibited superior heating performance and the CMSs could be massively fabricated through a non-polluting pyrolysis process.The conductive CMSs could be heated over 300℃with a low applied voltage of 6.9 V and keep above 250℃for 30 min in the air without obvious damage.Such high heating performance enabled heating up the oil spills with a high rate of 2.65℃·s^(-1) and 14%improvement of oil sorption coefficient compared with the state-of-the-art value.We demonstrated that one joule-heated CMS could continuously and selectively collect viscous oil spills(9,010 mPa·s)690 times its own weight in one hour.The CMSs will be a highly competitive sorbent material for the fast remediation of future crude oil spills.

针对四足机器人难以跨越大尺寸障碍物的问题,提出了一种仿生腾空跳跃的轨迹优化控制方法 .首先,对马里努阿犬的越障运动进行测试和仿生学分析,得到腾空跳跃的参考轨迹.其次,根据摩擦锥、轨迹平滑、运动学和动力学等约束条件,基于轨迹优化的方法对仿生参考轨迹进行离线优化,生成四足机器人的期望跳跃轨迹,得到跳跃所需的足端位置、关节力矩和关节角度序列.再次,设计分阶段的跳跃控制器,采用关节和质心PD(Proportional Derivative)的组合控制策略,实现对期望跳跃轨迹的跟踪,采用变刚度虚拟模型控制实现对落地姿态的调整和足底力的缓冲.最后,在Webots仿真环境中完成了1 m高度的自由落地和跳跃0.75 m高度桌子的仿真实验.研究结果表明:仿生轨迹优化与控制算法能够使四足机器人跳跃大尺寸障碍物并且具有平稳落地的效果,对于提高四足机器人的高性能运动能力以及拓展其应用环境具有参考价值.

为探究出口结构对轴流式旋风分离器性能的影响,通过大涡模拟与离散相模型耦合的数值方法,对4种不同出口结构轴流式旋风分离器进行数值模拟研究,同时,引入Omega准则识别内部空间涡结构。结果显示,在轴流式旋风分离器内部,叶片吸力面与导流锥底部形成了叶间通道涡与导流锥尾迹涡,且涡旋速度梯度大,并会将颗粒卷吸到涡核中心,使分离效率降低;楔形与弧形出口结构加剧了涡结构在出口管内破碎的现象,且较直筒型出口的压力损失更低。在弧形出口前设计直线段可减缓型面扩张,即混合型出口可进一步改善弧形出口的流阻与分离性能。总体来看,楔形出口和混合型出口的性能较好,可为轴流式旋风分离器的结构改进提供一定参考。

Al-Si合金由于具有优异的可铸造性、耐腐蚀性和良好的力学性能,在航空航天和交通运输等领域得到了广泛的应用。近年来,科技的不断发展对Al-Si合金的耐热性能也提出了更高的要求。研究了原位TiB_(2)颗粒对Al-Si系合金组织以及室温和高温性能的影响。结果表明,原位TiB_(2)颗粒的引入不仅能作为α-Al的异质形核质点、细化基体晶粒,而且能抑制共晶Si的生长、变质共晶Si。此外,合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和弹性模量均随TiB_(2)颗粒含量的增加而不断增大。添加10%的TiB_(2)颗粒后,室温条件下(24℃)合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和弹性模量分别由155 MPa、103 MPa和75.2 GPa增加到206 MPa、133 MPa和89.3 GPa;200℃条件下合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和弹性模量分别由112 MPa、70 MPa和68.5 GPa增加到137 MPa、89 MPa和81.2 GPa。

赤泥资源化利用对氧化铝行业可持续发展和环境保护具有重要意义。本文以赤泥和热活化赤泥为主要原料与钢渣等多种固废协同制备赤泥基胶凝材料,并对其抗冻融性能进行了研究。分别对养护14和28 d的胶凝材料试样进行冻融试验,用万能试验机、XRD、SEM、工业CT等检测方法对试样冻融前后的强度、物相、显微结构、孔隙率等进行表征,并对冻融损伤机理进行了探究。结果表明,赤泥基胶凝材料冻融前后的质量损失、强度损失、显微结构差异显著。其中,赤泥-普通硅酸盐水泥胶凝材料较其他赤泥基胶凝材料的抗冻性能优异,其养护14 d试件冻融前后的质量损失和强度损失分别为23.68%和50.75%;用热活化赤泥制备的赤泥-钢渣胶凝材料冻融后的质量损失率较冻融前降低了16.30%。
