Emission characteristics,environmental impacts and health risk assessment of volatile organic compounds from the typical chemical industry in China

To study the volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emission characteristics of industrial enterprises in China,6 typical chemical industries in Yuncheng City were selected as research objects,including the modern coal chemical industry(MCC),pharmaceutical industry(PM),pesticide industry(PE),coking industry(CO)and organic chemical industry(OC).The chemical composition of 91 VOCs was quantitatively *** results showed that the emission concentration of VOCs in the chemical industry ranged from 1.16 to 155.59 mg/m^(3).Alkanes were the main emission components of MCC(62.0%),PE(55.1%),and OC(58.5%).Alkenes(46.5%)were important components of PM,followed by alkanes(23.8%)and oxygenated volatile organic compounds(OVOCs)(21.2%).Halocarbons(8.6%-71.1%),OVOCs(9.7%-37.6%)and alkanes(11.2%-27.0%)were characteristic components of *** largest contributor to OFP was alkenes(0.6%-81.7%),followed by alkanes(9.3%-45.9%),and the lowest onewas alkyne(0%-0.5%).Aromatics(66.9%-85.4%)were the largest contributing components to SOA generation,followed by alkanes(2.6%-28.5%),and the lowest one was alkenes(0%-4.1%).Ethylene and BTEX were the key active species in various chemical *** human health risk assessment showed workers long-term exposed to the air in the chemical industrial zone had a high cancer and non-cancer risk during work,and BTEX and dichloromethane were the largest contributors.

Synthesis and Anticoagulant Bioactivity Evaluation of 1,2,5-Trisubstituted BenzimidazoleFluorinated Derivatives

Some 1,2,5-trisubstituted benzimidazole fluorinated derivatives were designed and screened by moleculardocking. Five compounds which obtained high scores were selected to synthesize. All the target products were cha-racterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and high resolution mass spectra（HRMS） and preliminarily screened for inhibitoryactivity against thrombin, among which three compounds（5a, 5c and 5e） were evaluated in vitro. The results showedthat compounds 5a, 5c and 5e exhibited better anticoagulant activity than argatroban. Docking simulations demon-strated that these compoands may act as candidates for further studies on thrombin inhibitors.

针对多源危险废物在协同焚烧过程中存在复杂的燃烧特性和交互反应,通过原料配伍和热重实验研究了轧钢油泥、油漆渣和树脂共混物的燃烧特性、动力学参数及相互作用,并通过建立人工神经网络模型(ANN)预测协同作用效果.研究表明:油泥Ⅰ、油泥Ⅱ、油漆渣、废树脂质量分数分别为20%、25%、40%和15%时共混物综合燃烧性能最佳,其最大失重速率为9.77%/min,并且提高加热速率有利于提升共混物燃烧性能.由动力学分析得到配伍3共混物活化能的变化趋势,在转化率为0.5时达到最大,随后急剧减小.此外,ANN 9-10模型的训练和测试R 2高达0.99,通过与实验结果对比验证,基本满足对相互作用效果的预测,该模型可以逆向指导和优化实验设计.

The unsupervised multi-modal image translation is an emerging domain of computer vision whose goal is to transform an image from the source domain into many diverse styles in the target ***,the multi-generator mechanism is employed among the advanced approaches available to model different domain mappings,which results in inefficient training of neural networks and pattern collapse,leading to inefficient generation of image *** address this issue,this paper introduces a multi-modal unsupervised image translation framework that uses a generator to perform multi-modal image ***,firstly,the domain code is introduced in this paper to explicitly control the different generation ***,this paper brings in the squeeze-and-excitation(SE)mechanism and feature attention(FA)***,the model integrates multiple optimization objectives to ensure efficient multi-modal *** paper performs qualitative and quantitative experiments on multiple non-paired benchmark image translation datasets while demonstrating the benefits of the proposed method over existing ***,experimental results have shown that the proposed method is versatile and scalable.

With the increasing integration level of modern electronics,thermal management becomes an urgent issue for guaranteeing the work efficiency and lifespan of *** the basis of intrinsic high thermal conductivity nature,highly ordered graphite and copper stripes are densely aligned in the silicone gel pads in vertical(VCuGr)and oblique(@15°CuGr)directions to couple the high thermal conductivity and mechanical *** wetting nature of liquid metal(LM)on the chemically treated Cu surface is utilized to form a LM layer on the two surfaces of thermal *** obtained LM-pad TIMs possessed ultrahigh through-plane thermal conductivity(VCuGr:71.4 W/(m K),@15°CuGr:62.5 W/(m K))under the normal packaging *** thermal resistance decreased from 0.69 cm^(2) K/W to 0.25 cm^(2) K/W with the surface modification with *** simulation and practical thermal dissipation test results further demonstrate the excellent thermal management capability of these composites in high-power electronics.

Rational design, synthesis, and biological evaluation of novel C6-modified geldanamycin derivatives as potent Hsp90 inhibitors and anti-tumor agents

Heat shock protein 90(Hsp90) is an appealing anticancer drug target that provoked a tremendous wave of investigations. Geldanamycin(GA) is the first identified Hsp90 inhibitor that exhibited potent anticancer activity, but the off-target toxicity associated with the benzoquinone moiety hampered its clinical application. Until now, structure optimization of GA is still in need to fully exploit the therapeutic value of Hsp90. Due to the structural complexity and synthetic challenge of this compound family, conventional optimization is bound to be costly but high efficiency is expected to be reachable by combining the art of rational design and total synthesis. Described in this paper is our first attempt at this approach aiming at rational modification of the C6-position of GA. The binding affinities towards Hsp90 of compound 1(C6-ethyl) and 2(C6-methyl) were designed and predicted by using Discovery Studio. These compounds were synthesized and further subjected to a thorough in vitro biological evaluation. We found that compounds1 and 2 bind to Hsp90 protein with the IC_(50) of 34.26 nmol/L and 163.7 nmol/L, respectively. Both compounds showed broad-spectrum antitumor effects. Replacing by ethyl, compound 1 exhibited more potent bioactivity than positive control GA, such as in G2/M cell cycle arrest, cell apoptosis and client proteins degradations. The results firstly indicated that the docking study is able to provide a precise prediction of Hsp90 affinities of GA analogues, and the C6 substituent of GA is not erasable without affecting its biological activity.

针对1.5 kW分布式新型变桨风力机,通过数值模拟方法计算均匀来流和切变来流条件下的结构动力响应,分析桨距角、风速、剪切指数变化对新型变桨风力机叶片结构动力响应特性的影响规律。结果表明:随着桨距角的增加,风力机叶片的应力响应及位移响应明显降低,且来流风速或剪切指数越大,其降幅越大;在切变来流条件下,风力机叶片所受应力响应和位移响应均随剪切指数的增加而增加;在复杂风况下变桨距调节方式对于叶片降载具有可行性,同时可为分布式风力机在复杂风况下的结构及性能优化提供参考。

In order to overcome the typical limitations of numerical simulation methods used to estimate the production of low-permeability reservoirs,in this study,a new data-driven approach is proposed for the case of water-driven hypo-permeable *** particular,given the bottlenecks of traditional recurrent neural networks in handling time series data,a neural network with long and short-term memory is used for such a *** method can reduce the time required to solve a large number of partial differential *** such,it can therefore significantly improve the efficiency in predicting the needed production *** examples about water-driven hypotonic reservoirs are provided to demonstrate the correctness of the method and its ability to meet the requirements for practical reservoir applications.

Numerical investigation on fire-induced indoor and outdoor air pollutant dispersion in an idealized urban street canyon

Fire-induced pollutant dispersion under the influence of buoyancy in urban street canyons has attracted wide attention given its adverse impact on human *** study analyzes the influences of fire source location and crossflowing wind(perpendicular to the canyon centerline)on indoor and outdoor air pollutant dispersion in an idealized urban street canyon by employing large eddy *** fire scenarios are defined according to the transverse location of the fire source:near the windward building(scenario 1),in the middle of the canyon(scenario 2),and near the leeward building(scenario 3).Results show that a re-entrainment phenomenon appears when the wind velocity reaches a critical value in scenarios 1 and 2,but it doesn't occur in scenario *** source location significantly influences the critical re-entrainment *** critical velocity in scenario 1 is approximate 1.2-1.5 m/s larger than that in scenario *** the heat release rate is large,the critical Fr numbers are less sensitive to changes in HRR,and remain approximately constant with values of 0.47(scenario 1)and 0.37(scenario 2).When the wind velocity is large,more compartments are expected to be affected in the upper floors in all of the three scenarios,and smoke is distributed in an inverted triangle within the *** indoor/outdoor temperature and pollutant concentrations are also *** findings can provide valuable information for both human and property safety in relation to urban street canyons and their surrounding buildings.

Productivity Prediction Model of Perforated Horizontal Well Based on Permeability Calculation in Near-Well High Permeability Reservoir Area

To improve the productivity of oil wells,perforation technology is usually used to improve the productivity of horizontal wells in oilfield *** the perforation operation,the perforation channel around the wellbore will form a near-well high-permeability reservoir area with the penetration depth as the radius,that is,the formation has different permeability characteristics with the perforation depth as the dividing ***,the permeability is measured by the permeability tester,but this approach has a high workload and limited *** this paper,according to the reservoir characteristics of perforated horizontal wells,the reservoir is divided into two areas:the original reservoir area and the near-well high permeability reservoir *** on the theory of seepage mechanics and the formula of open hole productivity,the permeability calculation formula of near-well high permeability reservoir area with perforation parameters is *** to the principle of seepage continuity,the seepage is regarded as the synthesis of two directions:the horizontal plane elliptic seepage field and the vertical plane radial seepage field,and the oil well productivity prediction model of the perforated horizontal well is established by *** model comparison demonstrates that the model is reasonable and *** calculate and analyze the effect of oil well production and the law of influencing factors,actual production data of the oilfield are substituted into the oil well productivity *** can effectively guide the technical process design and effect prediction of perforated horizontal wells.
