Pancreatic cancer is one of the most lethal malignant tumors in the *** advances in diagnosis and treatment,the five-year survival rate for pancreatic cancer patients remains only 9%.1 Pancreatic adenocarcinoma(PAAD)belongs to pancreatic cancer,which occupies 85%of the whole pancreatic cancer.2 Reversible modification of ne-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)has been shown to be involved in cancer progression,resulting in up-regulation of oncogene expression or down-regulation of tumor-suppressing genes and may affect the prognosis of patients with pancreatic cancer.

The chemical composition of acid rain and its impact on lake water chemistry in Chongqing,China,from 2000 to 2020 were studied in this *** regional acid rain intensity is affected jointly by the acid gas emissions and the neutralization of alkaline *** pH of precipitation experienced three stages of fluctuating decline,continuous improvement,and a slight *** pH showed inflection points in 2010,mainly due to the total control actions of SO_(2)and nO_(x)implemented in *** total ion concentrations in rural areas and urban areas were 489.08μeq/L and 618.57μeq/L,*** top four ions were SO_(4)^(2-),Ca^(2+),nH_(4)^(+)and nO_(3)^(-),which accounted for more than 90%of the total ion concentration,indicating the anthropogenic *** 2010,SO_(4)^(2-)fluctuated greatly while nO_(3)^(-)continued to rise;however,after 2010,both SO_(4)^(2-)and nO_(3)^(-)began to decline rapidly,with the rates of-12.03μeq/(L·year)and-4.11μeq/(L·year).Because the decline rate of SO_(4)^(2-)was 2.91 times that of nO_(3)^(-),the regional acid rain has changed from sulfuric acid rain to mixed sulfuric and nitric acid *** lake water is weakly acidic,with an average pH of 5.86,and the acidification frequency is 30.00%.Acidification of lake water is jointly affected by acid deposition and acid neutralization capacity of lake *** deposition has a profound impact on water acidification,and nitrogen(n)deposition,especially reduced n deposition,should be the focus of future research.

We report a photothermally-induced liquid-solid/gas-solid-decoupling photocatalytic water-splitting system,where a carbonized melamine foam(CMF)and a porous g-C_(3)n_(4)(PCn)serve as the photothermal substrate and model photocatalyst,***,liquid water is transformed into the gaseous phase over the CMF due to the photothermal effect,and the generated vapor can be split into hydrogen by PCn via the *** unique biphasic photocatalytic system exhibits a high hydrogen production rate of 368.1µmol h^(-1),which is 2.4 and 25.6 times larger than those of the traditional triphasic PCn system(151.7µmol h^(-1))and g-C_(3)n_(4)(Cn)system(14.4µmol h^(-1)),*** improved photocatalytic performance is mainly attributed to the optimized energy and mass transfer at the gas-liquid-solid reaction interface,where gas products are rapidly desorbed in the photocatalytic *** work provides a novel strategy to enhance the photocatalytic performance from the perspectives of energy and mass flow.

Currently,highly efficient n-i-p perovskite solar cells rely on an organic interface layer for high efficiency,especially 2,2',7,7'-tetrakis[n,n-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)ami-no]-9,9′-spirobifluorene(spiro-OMeTAD),but the instability of organic materials in the photothermal field compromises device *** this study,we employ the oleic acid(YS)/oleamine(YA)end-sealing method to achieve uniform dispersion of niO_(X)nanoparticles,effectively mitigating coagulation resulting from high local concentration and secondary motion ***,the conductivity of the hole transport layer and its energy level alignment with perovskite is enhanced by the additional 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoro-7,7',8,8'-tetracyanodimethyl-p-benzoquinone(F4TCnQ),leading to a remarkable improvement of open-circuit voltage and fill factor,thus the high efficiency of 25.17%and 24.36%on 0.1 and 1.01cm2,***,by realizing an all-inorganic interface layer,an initial efficiency exceeding 90%is maintained even after 2,800 h of heating at 85℃.

Graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)n_(4))is emerging as a promising visible-light photocatalyst while the low crystallinity with sluggish charge separation/migration dynamics signiﬁcantly restricts its practical ***,synthesizing highly crystalline g-C_(3)n_(4) with sufﬁcient surface activities still remains ***,different from using alkali molten salts which is commonly reported,we propose an approach for synthesis of highly crystalline g-C_(3)n_(4) with FeCl3/KCl rock/molten mixed *** rock salt can serve as the structure-directing template while molten salt provides the required liquid medium for ***,the synthesized photocatalyst showed further enhanced crystallinity and improved surface area along with high p/p*excitation compared with crystalline C_(3)n_(4) prepared from conventional molten-salt *** catalytically advantageous features lead to its superior photocatalytic and piezocatalytic activities with a high reactivity for overall water splitting that is not commonly reported for C_(3)n_(4).This work provides an effective strategy for structural optimization of organic semiconductor based materials and may inspire new ideas for the design of advanced photocatalysts.

The electrochemical reduction of nO_(3)^(-)to nH_(3)holds promise for economic and environmental benefits,presenting an energyefficient alternative to the traditional Haber-Bosch ***,challenges exist due to its sluggish kinetics,multiple intermediates,and various reaction *** this study,Mn-doped-Cu catalyst was synthesized and employed for electrochemical nO_(3)^(-)-to-nH_(3)*** doping of Mn into Cu resulted in exceptional performance,achieving a FE of 95.8%and an nH_(3)yield rate of 0.91 mol g^(-1)h^(-1)at-0.6 V in a neutral electrolyte at low nO_(3)^(-)*** experimental studies and theoretical calculations revealed that the Mn dopant enhanced the kinetic rate of nO_(2)~--to-nH_(3)and induced a distinct configuration of**** alteration decreased the energy barrier of*nO-to-*nOH,consequently promoting the conversion of nO_(3)^(-)-to-nH_(3).

Highly dispersed Pd/n-doped carbon dots(Pd/nCDs)were successfully immobilized in the mesoporous channels of amino-functionalized dendritic mesoporous silica nanospheres(nMS).The synthesized Pd/nCDs@nMS catalyst exhibits outstanding performance in the catalytic reduction of 4-nitrophenol(4-nP),achieving a turnover frequency of 1461.8 mol·molPd^(-1)·h^(-1),with the conversion rate remaining above 80%after 11 *** and density functional theory calculations reveal that the nCDs significantly affect the electronic structure of Pd nanoparticles,leading to changes in the energy barriers for the adsorption of 4-nP at the Pd sites and the conversion of 4-nP reaction intermediates,which is a key factor contributing to the catalytic *** study offers a new strategy for synthesizing carbon-dot-modified metal-based catalysts.

Primary,secondary and tertiary amino-functionalized zirconia(ZrO_(2)-nH_(2),ZrO_(2)-nH and ZrO_(2)-n)was synthesized by the postgrafting method for the adsorption removal of typical metallic ions,phosphate and total oxidizable carbon from a real H_(2)O_(2) ***_(2)-nH_(2),ZrO_(2)-nH and ZrO_(2)-n exhibited similar pore sizes and sequentially increased zeta *** adsorption results of single and binary simulated solutions showed that the removal efficiency increased in the order of Fe^(3+)>Al^(3+)>Ca^(2+)>na^(+).There is competitive adsorption between metallic ions,and Fe^(3+) has an advantage over the other metals,with a removal efficiency of 90.7%.The coexisting phosphate could promote the adsorption of metallic ions,while total oxidizable carbon had no effect on *** adsorption results of the real H_(2)O_(2)solution showed that ZrO_(2)-nH_(2) exhibited the best adsorption affinity for metallic ions,as did phosphate and total oxidizable carbon,with a total adsorption capacity of 120.9 mg·g_(-1).Density functional theory calculations revealed that the adsorption process of metallic ions involves electron transfer from n atoms to metals and the formation of n-metal bonds.

Heart failure(HF)is a clinical hallmark of cardiovascular syndrome leading to substantial morbidity,repeated hospitalization,and enormous healthcare *** elderly populations continue to increase,biomarker-guided diagnosis and treatment for age-related cardiac decline have become *** evidence demonstrates that n-terminal proBnP(nT-proBnP)can provide a unique window into the diagnosis and risk stratification with ***,a simple yet robust aptasensor is developed for on-site recognizing the nT-proBnP by its targeting aptamer,thus achieving the accurate diagnosis of *** aptasensing system is prepared by absorbing the fluorophore-labeled aptamer strand onto the graphene oxide(GO),leading to efficient quenching without possible off-site signal *** aptamer strand can specifically identify target nT-proBnP molecules via a versatile conformational transformation,resulting in the desorption of the aptamer-nTproBnP complexes from GO and re-generation fluorescence signal,thus allowing sensitive detection of nT-proBnP in 37 clinical blood *** advantage of the high specificity of aptamer-guaranteed recognitions of nT-proBnP,this aptasensor system readily achieves better diagnostic performance for HF than commercially adopted chemiluminescence immunoassay(Siemens,CLIA)in hospitals in terms of accuracy(89.2%vs 83.8%),specificity(89.5%vs 84.2%),and positive predictive value(88.9%vs 83.3%).This work provides a stable option for the diagnosis and treatment of elderly HF-related diseases inclinics.

A ni–P alloy gradient coating consisting of multiple electroless ni–P layers with various phosphorus contents was prepared on the aviation aluminum alloy. Several characterization and electrochemical techniques were used to characterize the different ni–P coatings’ morphologies, phase structures, elemental compositions, and corrosion protection. The gradient coating showed good adhesion and high corrosion and wear resistance, enabling the application of aluminum alloy in harsh environments. The results showed that the double zinc immersion was vital in obtaining excellent adhesion (81.2 n). The optimal coating was not peeled and shredded even after bending tests with angles higher than 90°and was not corroded visually after 500 h of neutral salt spray test at 35℃. The high corrosion resistance was attributed to the misaligning of these micro defects in the three different nickel alloy layers and the amorphous structure of the high P content in the outer layer. These findings guide the exploration of functional gradient coatings that meet the high application requirement of aluminum alloy parts in complicated and harsh aviation environments.
