考虑空箱调运的班轮运输枢纽港选址问题

空箱调运成本已成为班轮运输公司经营成本的重要组成部分。考虑到规模经济和船舶运力对空箱调运的影响,可折叠集装箱的使用是班轮运输公司降低运营成本的一种有效途径。结合可折叠集装箱的特点,本文研究了一类考虑空箱调运的班轮枢纽选址问题。在传统枢纽港选址模型的基础上,提出了几种综合考虑重箱和空箱的混合整数线性规划模型,探讨了空箱调运和可折叠集装箱的使用对枢纽港选址的影响。数值实验证明了所提模型的有效性。结果表明:可折叠集装箱的使用对枢纽港选址和喂给港分配产生了较大影响;在北欧,泽布吕赫会顶替安特卫普成为枢纽港,承担北欧大部分港口的空箱中转服务;在亚洲,中国香港由于较高的折叠展开作业成本,成为枢纽港的概率会略微下降。

A novel model for the charging station planning problem of plug-in electric vehicles is proposed in this paper considering the users＇ daily travel. With the objective of minimizing the total cost, including the charging stations＇ cost （including installing cost and management cost） and the users＇ cost （including station access cost and charging cost）, the proposed model simultaneously handles the problems where to locate the charging stations and how many chargers to be established in each charging station. Considering that different users may have different perception of station access cost and charging cost, two cases （i.e., homogeneous users and heterogeneous users） are typically investigated. The impacts of different discount rates, operating period of the charging stations, number of electric vehicles and number of charging stations on the location of the charging station are also studied. The simulation results not only show that it is very important to locate the charging stations according to the traveling behavior of users, but also verify the validity of the proposed model.

Global mean sea level rise has been reconstructed using tide gauges. However, long-term sea level rise along the China coast is unclear. To address this issue, a data assimilation approach is developed to reconstruct sea level rise along the China coast from 1950 to 2020 using a global distribution of tide gauges(TGs). This approach combines climate models and sea level fingerprints. The climate models provide stereodynamic sea level changes. The sea level fingerprints include increases in ocean mass due to global ice melting and changes in water storage on land. The reconstructed global mean sea level rise agrees well with previous studies. We quantify sea level rise at 20 TGs along the China coast. The results suggest that sea level rise along the China coast(1.95±0.33 mm yr^(-1)) is greater than the global mean(1.71±0.17 mm yr^(-1)). We also find that China's coastal sea level rise is more than three times faster after 1980, increasing from 0.84±0.28 mm yr^(-1)for 1950–1980 to3.12±0.21 mm yr^(-1)for 1980–2020. This finding implies a significant sea level acceleration along the China coast. Our results advance the understanding of long-term sea level changes along the China coast.

Research on neural radiance fields for novel view synthesis has experienced explosive growth with the development of new models and *** NeRF(Neural Radiance Fields)algorithm,suitable for underwater scenes or scattering media,is also *** underwater 3D reconstruction systems still face challenges such as long training times and low rendering *** paper proposes an improved underwater 3D reconstruction system to achieve rapid and high-quality 3D ***,we enhance underwater videos captured by a monocular camera to correct the image quality degradation caused by the physical properties of the water medium and ensure consistency in enhancement across ***,we perform keyframe selection to optimize resource usage and reduce the impact of dynamic objects on the reconstruction *** pose estimation using COLMAP,the selected keyframes undergo 3D reconstruction using neural radiance fields(NeRF)based on multi-resolution hash encoding for model construction and *** terms of image enhancement,our method has been optimized in certain scenarios,demonstrating effectiveness in image enhancement and better continuity between consecutive frames of the same *** terms of 3D reconstruction,our method achieved a peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR)of 18.40 dB and a structural similarity(SSIM)of 0.6677,indicating a good balance between operational efficiency and reconstruction quality.

The effect of urban shrinkage has gradually become a new ***,urban shrinkage may exert great influence on land use efficiency(LUE)through various urban subsystems,but there is currently limited research examining these *** the Super-SBM-Undesirable model and the Structural Equation Model(SEM),this study calculates the LUE of shrinking cities in Northeast China and simulates the process of urban shrinkage affecting *** quantify the process of urban shrinkage affecting LUE,three mediation variables,namely the economy,public services,and innovation,are used as latent variables to apply *** results show that urban shrinkage will affect LUE through a direct path and indirect *** the direct path,urban shrinkage leads to an improvement in *** the indirect paths,the economy and innovation will transmit the negative effect of urban shrinkage on LUE,while public services will reverse this *** important contribution of this study is that it quantifies the paths of urban shrinkage affecting LUE,thereby expanding the understanding of urban shrinkage effect and laying a foundation for the sustainable development of shrinking cities.

Waste resource utilization of petroleum coke is crucial for achieving global carbon emission ***,a series of N-doped microporous carbons were fabricated from petroleum coke using a one-pot synthesis *** as-prepared samples had a large specific surface area(up to 2512 m^(2)/g),a moderate-high N content(up to 4.82 at.%),and high population(55%)of ultra-micropores(due to the existence of *** sample exhibited excellent CO_(2)/N_(2)selectivity at 25℃ owing to the abundant basic pyridinic and pyrrolic N species;and showed superior CO_(2)adsorption-desorption cycling performance,which was maintained at 97% after 10 cycles at 25℃.Moreover,petroleum coke-based microporous carbon,with a considerably high specific surface area and hierarchical pore structure,exhibited excellent electrochemical performance over the N-doped sample,maintaining a favorable specific capacitance of 233.25F/g at 0.5 A/g in 6 mol/L KOH aqueous *** study provides insight into the influence of N-doping on the porous properties of petroleum coke-based ***,the as-prepared carbons were found to be promising adsorbents for CO_(2)adsorption,CO_(2)/N_(2)separation and electrochemical application.

Proximal gradient descent and its accelerated version are resultful methods for solving the sum of smooth and non-smooth problems. When the smooth function can be represented as a sum of multiple functions, the stochastic proximal gradient method performs well. However, research on its accelerated version remains unclear. This paper proposes a proximal stochastic accelerated gradient (PSAG) method to address problems involving a combination of smooth and non-smooth components, where the smooth part corresponds to the average of multiple block sums. Simultaneously, most of convergence analyses hold in expectation. To this end, under some mind conditions, we present an almost sure convergence of unbiased gradient estimation in the non-smooth setting. Moreover, we establish that the minimum of the squared gradient mapping norm arbitrarily converges to zero with probability one.
