Characterization of heat shock protein 90, 70 and their transcriptional expression patterns on high temperature in adult of Graphofita molesta （Busck）

Grapholita molesta （Busck） is a worldwide insect pest damaging stone and pome fruits. High temperature can significantly affect insect survival, development and fecundity. Heat shock protein （Hsp） genes were speculated to possess a pivotal function in response to high temperature stress. In this study, two full-length Hsp genes, Gmhsp90 and GmhspTO, were cloned from G. molesta using rapid amplification of complementary DNA ends （RACE）. The open reading frames of Gmhsp90 and Gmhsp70 obtained were 2 148 bp and 1 998 bp in length, respectively. Their deduced amino acids showed high homology to Hsp genes of other species. Subsequently, the transcriptional expression of Gmhsp90 and Gmhsp70 in G. molesta adults exposed at various temperatures （26, 29, 32, 35, 38, 41 and 44℃） for 1 h and at 41℃ for various time duration （0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 and 105 min） were investigated via real time quantitative polymerase chain reaction （qPCR）. The relative expression levels of Gmhsp90 and Gmhsp70 in G. molesta adults were both up-regulated with the rise of temperature and time duration. In addition, the Gmhsp70 usually showed a higher transcription accumulation than Gmhsp90. Interestingly, Gmhsp90 and Gmhsp 70 in female adults could be induced much earlier than that in males, and the effective induction temperature in females was also lower than that in males. The distinct expression profiles of Gmhsp90 and Gmhsp 70 indicated that Gmhsp90 and Gmhsp 70 may play important roles in G. molesta adults responding to a thermal threat, and there is difference on induction between sexes.

As the market demand for clean steel increased,a number of new technologies for clean steel production have been developed in some domestic and foreign steelmaking *** on the existing equipments and technical conditions in the No.1 steelmaking plant of Ansteel,a series of clean steel technologies have been integrated including single bay duplex-dephosphorization in steelmaking control technology,high efficiency desulfurization technology,the control technology for nitrogen content during the whole process,the control technology for hydrogen content in VD,and the systematic control technology for oxygen content.A series of process for all kinds of ultra-low phosphorus,ultra-low sulfur and relative low level of inclusions have been designed in clean steel *** process include hot metal desulfurization and slag-off,single bay duplex-dephosphorization in BOF,molten steel slag-off,LF processing,VD processing,and continuous casting with protection,then a stable,low-cost and large-scale production process has been *** this integrative technology,the sum of 5 major elements including phosphorus,sulfur,oxygen,nitrogen,hydrogen is less than 80×10-6 in high alloy steel scale production,and the industrial applications for clean steel technology have been achieved.

Acute central nervous system injuries,including ischemic stro ke,intracerebral hemorrhage,subarachnoid hemorrhage,traumatic brain injury,and spinal co rd injury,are a major global health *** optimal therapies and improving the long-term neurological functions of patients with acute central nervous system injuries are urgent *** are susceptible to damage after acute central nervous system injury,and this leads to the release of toxic levels of reactive oxygen species,which induce cell ***,a selective form of autophagy,is crucial in eliminating redundant or damaged mitochondria during these *** evidence has highlighted the significant role of mitophagy in acute central nervous system *** this review,we provide a comprehensive overview of the process,classification,and related mechanisms of *** also highlight the recent developments in research into the role of mitophagy in various acute central nervous system injuries and drug therapies that regulate *** the final section of this review,we emphasize the potential for treating these disorders by focusing on mitophagy and suggest future research paths in this area.

Introduction Chronic actinic dermatitis (CAD) is an immuno-logically mediated photodermatosis characterized by pruritic eczematous lesions in light-exposed areas. Chronic and disabling photodermatosis is more fre-quent in men. The most common action spectrum for CAD is ultraviolet B (UVB) combined with ultraviolet A (UVA)[1];UVB or UVA alone may also induce CAD. Bullous pemphigoid (BP) is an autoimmune skin disease characterized by subepidermal blister for-mation, typically characterized by the formation of bullae and widespread vesicles together with urticarial plaques and eczematous lesions, and predominantly affects patients of advanced age(2)The co-occurrence of BP with CAD has never been reported in English literature, herein we describe a case of coexistence of CAD with BP.

Glutamate-induced excitotoxicity is involved in many neurological ***,as a novel scaffold protein at postsynaptic level,mediates excitatory synaptic transmission and various synaptic ***,we reported that the role of Preso in regulation of glutamate-induced excitotoxicity in rat cortical *** of Preso with a specific small interfering RNA（siRNA） improved neuronal viability and atteunated elevation of LDH release after glutamate ***-regulation of Preso also inhibited increase of BAX/Bcl-2 ratio and cleavage of caspase-9 and *** expressions of mGluR1/5,NR1,NR2A,and NR2B were not changed by knockdown of Preso,down-regulation of Preso protected neurons from lutamate-induced excitotoxicity via inhibiting mGluR and NMDAR *** the contrary,down-regulation of Preso neither affected the expression of GluR1 and GluR2,nor influencing the fucntion of AMPAR after glutamate *** results suggest that existence of Preso promotes the induction of excitotoxicity through faciliating different glutamate receptor ***,Preso might be a potential pharmacological target for preventing and treating neurological diseases.

Distinct brain remodeling has been found after different nerve reconstruction strategies,including motor representation of the affected ***,differences among reconstruction strategies at the brain network level have not been *** study aimed to explore intranetwork changes related to altered peripheral neural pathways after different nerve reconstruction surgeries,including nerve repair,endto-end nerve transfer,and end-to-side nerve ***–Dawley rats underwent complete left brachial plexus transection and were divided into four equal groups of eight:no nerve repair,grafted nerve repair,phrenic nerve end-to-end transfer,and end-to-side transfer with a graft sutured to the anterior upper ***-state brain functional magnetic resonance imaging was obtained 7 months after *** independent component analysis algorithm was utilized to identify group-level network components of interest and extract resting-state functional connectivity values of each voxel within the *** in intra-network resting-state functional connectivity were compared among the *** muscle reinnervation was assessed by behavioral observation(elbow flexion)and *** results showed that alterations in the sensorimotor and interoception networks were mostly related to changes in the peripheral neural *** repair was related to enhanced connectivity within the sensorimotor network,while end-to-side nerve transfer might be more beneficial for restoring control over the affected limb by the original motor *** thalamic-cortical pathway was enhanced within the interoception network after nerve repair and end-to-end nerve *** areas related to cognition and emotion were enhanced after end-to-side nerve *** study revealed important brain networks related to different nerve *** networks may be potential targets for enhancing motor recovery.
