Acetamiprid has a wide range of influence on physiological functions in *** objective of this study was to examine the effect of acetamiprid on the reproductive function of male mice,and to study the role of oxidative stress in acetamiprid-induced damage to the *** adult Kunmin male mice （25-30 g） were divided into five groups （n=10 per group）,i.e.,control,blank,acetamiprid alone,acetamiprid and vitamin E,and vitamin E *** groups were treated for 35 *** results showed that acetamiprid significantly decreased the body weight and the weight of testosterone-responsive organs,such as the testis,epididymis,seminal vesicle,and ***,acetamiprid also significantly reduced the serum testosterone concentration,and decreased sperm count,viability,motility,and the intactness of the acrosome （P〈0.05 for each parameter）.The mice treated with acetamiprid had damaged seminiferous tubules and Leydig cells based on the histological structure of testes;there was degeneration of the mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum of Leydig *** deleterious effects of acetamiprid may be mediated by increasing oxidative stress,as acetamiprid increased malondialdehyde and nitric oxide in the testes,reduced the activity of catalase,glutathione peroxidase,superoxide dismutase,and activated *** concentration of acetamiprid in the testes was lower than that in liver,so did the concentrations of liver function tests,including aspartate transaminase （AST）,alanine transaminase （ALT） and alkaline phosphatase （ALP）,which suggest that male reproductive function may be affected through the indirect action of its *** E significantly ameliorated the effects of *** conclude that acetamiprid damages male reproductive function through inducing oxidative stress in the testes.

Background Erectile dysfunction （ED） is a common impairment among older men, and the prevalence rates increase sharply after age of 60 years. Most studies have focused on the prevalence rate or dangerouse factors. The aim of this study was to investigate the basic epidemiologic data about ED patients with different ED courses. The purpose of this researth was to understand the therapeutic effect of phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor （PDE5-1） and see how and why the ED course impact the progress of ED and the therapeutic effect of PDE5-1 treatment. Methods From June 2008 to June 2009, 4252 questionnaires （Quality of Erection Questionnaire, QEQ） were gathered from 46 centers by urology or andrology doctors all around China. Patients with ED （age 〉 20 years） filled in first half of the questionnaires when they came for the first time, and then completed the second half 4 weeks after PDE5-1 therapy. Results ED courses of most patients were less than 5 years （〈5 years, 74.0%; 5-10 years 20.8%; 〉10 years, 5.2%）. As ED course increasing, the incidence of the risk factors of ED, such as smoking, drinking, hypertension, diabetes, heart disease and hyperlipidemia also increase （P 〈0.01）. PDES-I was effective in improving the quality of sexual activities （P 〈0.01）. Administration of PDE5-1 improves satisfaction, enjoyment and frequency of sexual activities. The longer the ED course, the worse the therapeutic effect （〈5 years, 96.1%; 5-10 years, 94.9%; 〉10 years, 89.0%）（P 〈0.01）. Conclusions The ED course greatly affected the therapeutic effect of PDE5-1, the patients with ED should consult doctor at early stage of the disease. Admistration of PDE5-1 effectively improves the penile erection and the quality of sexual life of the patients hence should be considered as first-line medicine in the treatment of ED.

Endoplasmic reticulum(ER) viscosity has emerged as a new potential biomarker for hepatic fibrosis(HF). Herein, we report the first ER-targeting viscosity-responsive near-infrared(NIR) fluorescent probe HBT-PP for investigations of HF *** twisted intramolecular charge transfer(TICT) and the excited state intramolecular proton transfer(ESIPT) are combined to endow HBT-PP with the selective response towards viscosity(～62-fold) and a super large stokes shift(～320 nm). HBT-PP mainly targets organelle ER and is able to image the drug-or alcohol-induced viscosity elevation in living cells. Significantly,HBT-PP was successfully applied to visualize the gender difference in HF and the protective role of estrogen in restraining HF progression. Of note, after 10 min of stain with HBT-PP, HF lesions showed a stage-based response, indicating the potential of this probe in fast and early diagnosis of HF. These results clearly demonstrated the promising application of HBT-PP as a new tool for exploring ER viscosity-involved physiological and pathological processes.

We theoretically investigate the spin resolved Friedel oscillation （FO） and quasiparticle interference （QPI） in graphene induced by an Anderson *** the impurity becomes magnetic,the resulted FO becomes spin dependent,which gives rise to a local magnetic moment oscillation with an envelop decaying as r-2in real space in the doping ***,at half filling,the electron density and local magnetic moment will not oscillate but decay as *** spin resolved FO has both sublattice and spin ***,the local magnetic moment decay at half filling only occurs at one sublattice of graphene,which is quite like the phenomenon observed in the STM experiment (***ález-Herrero et al.,Science 352,437 （2016）).We further give an analytic formula about such spin dependent FO based on the stationary phase ***,we study the interference of quasiparticles around the magnetic impurity by calculating the spin dependent Fourier-transformed local density of states （FT-LDOS）.Our work gives a comprehensive understanding about the local magnetic moment oscillation around an Anderson impurity on graphene.
