The Kulun region is located in the eastern Bainaimiao arc belt on the southeastern margin of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt（CAOB）, adjacent to the North China Craton（NCC） to the south. This region records the closure of the PaleoAsian Ocean during the Paleozoic to early Mesozoic and is key to study the tectonic evolution of the northern margin of the *** conducted zircon U-Pb geochronology and Hf isotope analysis of volcanic-sedimentary and intrusive rocks in the Kulun region. The volcanic-sedimentary rocks were previously assigned an early Carboniferous age, but include volcanic rocks with ages of 267–266 Ma and sedimentary rocks with youngest detrital zircon age peaks of 265–244 Ma, which were intruded by a granite with an age of 242 Ma. This indicates that these rocks are actually middle Permian to Middle Triassic in age（267–242Ma） and correspond to the Qingfengshan and Liujiagou formations. Moreover, two volcanic rock samples have high εHf（t） values（+1.6 to +16.1） and relatively young two-stage Hf model ages（1095–327 Ma）, indicating their sources associated with the CAOB. The age spectra and Hf isotopic characteristics of detrital zircons from the sedimentary rocks suggest that, during the middle Permian to Middle Triassic, the sedimentary provenance in the Kulun region was mainly the CAOB. However, by the Early Jurassic, the provenance changed to the NCC（i.e., the Inner Mongolia Paleo-uplift, IMPU）. This result, combined with the development of a series of conglomerates on the northern margin of the NCC in the Late Triassic（i.e., Xingshikou, Xiaoyingzi,and Xiaohekou formations）, indicates the Kulun region experienced an abrupt change in paleogeography during the Late Triassic, with the IMPU undergoing significant uplift and thus becoming the main sediment source in the Kulun region. Based on the Late Triassic alkaline igneous belt（235–215 Ma） in the IMPU, we speculate that this uplift was caused by detachment of the southward-subducting Paleo-Asian oceanic

Current cytotoxic T lymphocyte(CTL)activating immunotherapy requires a major histocompatibility complex I(MHC-I)-mediated presentation of tumor-associated antigens,which malfunctions in around half of patients with triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).Here,we create a LCL161-loaded macrophage membrane decorated nanoparticle(LMN)for immunotherapy of MHC-I-deficient *** on the macrophage membrane helps LMNs recognize CD47-expressing cancer cells for targeted delivery of LCL161,which induces the release of high mobility group protein 1 and proinflammatory cytokines from cancer *** released cytokines and high mobility group protein 1 activate antitumor immunity by increasing the intratumoral density of the phagocytic macrophage subtype by 15 times and elevating the intratumoral concentration of CTL lymphotoxin by 4.6 *** also block CD47-mediated phagocytosis *** inhibit the growth of MHC-I-deficient TNBC tumors,as well as those resistant to combined therapy of anti-PDL1 antibody and albumin-bound paclitaxel,and prolong the survival of animals,during which process CTLs also play important *** macrophage membrane-decorated nanoparticle presents a generalizable platform for increasing macrophagemediated antitumor immunity for effective immunotherapy of MHC-I-deficient cancers.

Active sites of two-dimensional(2D)electrocatalysts are often partially blocked owing to their inevitable stacking and hydrophobic polymeric binders in macroscale electrodes,therefore impeding their applications in efficient ***,using layered double hydroxide(LDH)nanosheets as a model 2D electrocatalyst,we demonstrate that their performance toward water splitting can be boosted when they are electrostatically assembled into an organized structure pillared by hydrophilic polyelectrolytes or nanoparticles in a layer-by-layer(LbL)*** particular,their mass activity on a planar electrode can be as large as 2.267 mA·μg^(-1) toward oxygen evolution reaction(OER),when NiFe-LDH nanosheets are electrostatically connected by poly(sodium 4-styrenesulfonate)(PSS),while drop-casted NiFe-LDH nanosheets only have a mass activity of 0.116 mA·μg^(-1).In addition,these homogeneous NiFe-LDH nanofilms can be easily deposited on three-dimensional(3D)surfaces with high areas,such as carbon cloths,to serve as practical electrodes with overpotentials of 328 mV at a current density of 100 mA·cm^(-2),and stability for 40 ***,Pt nanoparticles can be LbL assembled with NiFe-LDH as bifunctional electrodes for synergistically boosted oxygen and hydrogen evolution reactions(HER),leading to successful overall water splitting powered by a 1.5 V *** study heralds the spatial control of 2D nanomaterials in nanoscale precision as an efficient strategy for the design of advanced electrocatalysts.

High-speed flexible near-infrared organic photodiode for optical communication

Optical communication is a particularly compelling technology for tackling the speed and capacity bottlenecks in data communication in modern society. Currently, the silicon photodetector plays a dominant role in high-speed optical communication across the visible-near-infrared spectrum. However, its intrinsic rigid structure, high working bias and low responsivity essentially limit its application in next-generation flexible optoelectronic devices. Herein, we report a narrow-bandgap non-fullerene acceptor（NFA） with a remarkable π-extension in the direction of both central and end units（CH17） with respect to the Y6 series, which demonstrates a more effective and compact 3D molecular packing, leading to lower trap states and energetic disorders in the photoactive film. Consequently, the optimized solution-processed organic photodetector（OPD） with CH17 exhibits a remarkable response time of 91 ns（λ = 880 nm） due to the high charge mobility and low parasitic capacitance, exceeding the values of most commercial Si photodiodes and all NFA-based OPDs operating in self-powered mode. More significantly, the flexible OPD exhibits negligible performance attenuation（ransmission rate of 80 MHz with a bit error rate of 3.5 × 10-4, meaning it has great potential in next-generation high-speed flexible optical communication systems.
