Moment Redistribution Effect of the Continuous Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer-Concrete Composite Slabs Based on Static Loading Experiment

This study aimed to investigate the moment redistribution in continuous glass fiber reinforced polymer(GFRP)-concrete composite slabs caused by concrete cracking and steel bar yielding in the negative bending moment *** experimental bending moment redistribution test was conducted on continuous GFRP-concrete composite slabs,and a calculation method based on the conjugate beam method was *** composite slabs were formed by combining GFRP profiles with a concrete layer and supported on steel beams to create two-span continuous composite slab *** methods,epoxy resin bonding,and stud connection,were used to connect the composite slabs with the steel *** experimental findings showed that the specimen connected with epoxy resin exhibited two moments redistribution phenomena during the loading process:concrete cracking and steel bar yielding at the internal *** contrast,the composite slab connected with steel beams by studs exhibited only one-moment redistribution phenomenon throughout the loading *** the concrete at the internal support cracked,the bending moment decreased in the internal support section and increased in the midspan *** the steel bars yielded,the bending moment further decreased in the internal support section and increased in the mid-span *** GFRP profiles do not experience cracking,there was no significant decrease in the bending moment of the mid-span *** test specimens experienced compressive failure of concrete at the mid-span *** results showed good agreement between the calculated and experimental values of bending moments in the mid-span section and internal support *** proposed model can effectively predict the moment redistribution behavior of continuous GFRP-concrete composite slabs.

采用激光近净成形制备梯度材料时异种材料的混合易产生缺陷,严重制约了梯度材料的应用。采用激光近净成形技术制备不同成分比的SS316/Ni20复合材料薄壁结构,并利用OM、SEM、XRD、EDS等检测手段研究不同成分比时复合材料的显微组织、相组成及元素分布。对裂纹的微观形貌、裂纹断面的元素分布进行分析。结果表明:在给定工艺条件下,SS316质量分数为100%、20%~0时成形件形貌较好,无裂纹缺陷,SS316质量比在90%~30%时成形件发生开裂。裂纹沿晶界扩展,裂纹断面上晶粒清晰可辨,属于热裂纹范畴。成形件开裂主要原因是凝固过程中杂质元素在晶界偏析形成连续的液膜,以及硬质相在晶界上的连续析出,降低晶粒间的结合强度,使其在残余应力作用下产生开裂。

Sea cucumber intestinal hydrolysates alleviate insulin resistance through regulating IRS1/PI3K/AKT signaling pathway mediated by glutamine metabolism in high-fat and high-sucrose diet-induced mice

It has been reported that sea cucumber intestine hydrolysates (SCIH) could promote glutamine metabolism in mice， while there is a close connection between glutamine metabolism and insulin sensitivity. However， the effect of SCIH on insulin resistance is still unclear. The results showed that SCIH hydrolyzed by flavor protease had significant activity using the insulin-induced HepG2 cell model. Animal experiments exhibited that SCIH supplementation significantly improved the high-fat and high-sucrose diet-induced impaired glucose tolerance， reduced fasting serum glucose and glycosylated serum protein. Besides， SCIH ameliorated islet vacuolization and decreased the pancreas TNF-α and IL-6 by 32.1% and 36.2%， respectively. Immunofluorescence staining results showed that SCIH promoted insulin secretion. Interestingly， SCIH significantly increased the liver glutamine levels and upregulated the expression of glutaminase1 (GLS1) and glutamate dehydrogenase 1 (GLUD1). Furthermore， SCIH increased liver acetyl-CoA levels to enhance histone acetylation and activate the gene transcription and translation on glucose metabolism-related IRS/PI3K/AKT signaling pathway， thereby attenuating insulin resistance. The present findings proposed the potential value for developing functional foods in SCIH utilization.

Formation mechanism of deep natural hydrogen in the Sichuan Basin

As a potential renewable and clean energy source,the distribution and exploration prospects of natural hydrogen have garnered widespread ***,the limitations in understanding the formation mechanisms and accumulation patterns of underground natural hydrogen have significantly constrained its efficient exploration and *** study reports H2content and isotopes in natural gas from deep formations in sedimentary basins through geochemical analysis of 58 conventional gas samples from the Sinian to Triassic strata in the central Sichuan *** discovered that H2content in deep natural gas in central Sichuan generally exceeds 0.1%,with a maximum of 1.6%,and hydrogen isotopes (δ2HH2) range from-850‰to-586‰.Analysis of the geological conditions,hydrogen generation mechanisms,and isotope fractionation characteristics in the study area confirms that microbial fermentation or in-situ organic matter cracking are not effective pathways for deep *** with helium content and isotope analysis of the natural gas,it is inferred that the volcanic basement in the central Sichuan area is the potential source rock for natural H2in the Sinian to Triassic ***,H2originates from the radiolysis of water and hydrothermal reactions of Fe（II） in the basement ***,a diffusion fractionation model reveals significant isotope fractionation during the migration and accumulation of deep H2into sedimentary reservoirs,which lead to anomalously light δ2HH2in deep natural gas in central *** indicates that the underground natural hydrogen accumulation is in a long-term dynamic process,with simultaneous H2accumulation and dissipation in the gas *** research not only elucidates the formation mechanism of deep H2but also provides insights for the resource potential of natural hydrogen in sedimentary basins.

Researchers have recently achieved significant advances in deep learning techniques, which in turn has substantially advanced other research disciplines, such as natural language processing, image processing, speech recognition, and software engineering. Various deep learning techniques have been successfully employed to facilitate software engineering tasks, including code generation, software refactoring, and fault localization. Many studies have also been presented in top conferences and journals, demonstrating the applications of deep learning techniques in resolving various software engineering tasks. However,although several surveys have provided overall pictures of the application of deep learning techniques in software engineering,they focus more on learning techniques, that is, what kind of deep learning techniques are employed and how deep models are trained or fine-tuned for software engineering tasks. We still lack surveys explaining the advances of subareas in software engineering driven by deep learning techniques, as well as challenges and opportunities in each subarea. To this end, in this study, we present the first task-oriented survey on deep learning-based software engineering. It covers twelve major software engineering subareas significantly impacted by deep learning techniques. Such subareas spread out through the whole lifecycle of software development and maintenance, including requirements engineering, software development, testing, maintenance, and developer collaboration. As we believe that deep learning may provide an opportunity to revolutionize the whole discipline of software engineering, providing one survey covering as many subareas as possible in software engineering can help future research push forward the frontier of deep learning-based software engineering more systematically. Crosstalk-free multichannel sensor based on a dual-Sagnac interferometer interrogated by microwave photonic filter

A crosstalk-free multichannel sensor based on a dual-Sagnac interferometer interrogated by microwave photonic filter (MPF) is demonstrated theoretically and experimentally in this paper. The dual-Sagnac interferometer is taken as the sensing element as well as an optical spectrum slicer to implement a dual-passband MPF. Experimental results show that the proposed multichannel sensor is crosstalk-free， and the temperature sensitivity of each channel is -0.9884 MHz/℃ and -1.9302 MHz/℃， respectively. The sensing interrogation system has good linearity and stability and it is suitable for application scenarios where multiple points of temperature are required to monitor simultaneously.

A reduction scheme of PAPR in CO-OFDM system using time-delay neural networks

An iterative partial transmission sequence （IPTS） cascading time-delay neural network （TDNN） scheme is proposed to reduce peak-to-average power ratio （PAPR） in the coherent optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing （CO-OFDM） systems. The IPTS algorithm further reduces computational complexity based on the partial transmission sequence （PTS） algorithm. TDNN is trained by the iterative clipping filtering （ICF） method. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme achieves a PAPR reduction of 5.84 dB when complementary cumulative distribution function （CCDF） is 10-4and an extra transmission distance of 200 km for 10-3bit error rate （BER） compared to the original signals.

High sensitivity dual polarization four channels surface plasmon resonance refractive index sensor with wide detection range and high linearity based on photonic crystal fiber

In this paper， we propose and numerically characterize the optical characteristics of a high sensitivity dual polarization four channels surface plasmon resonance refractive index sensor with wide detection range and high linearity based on photonic crystal fiber （PCF）. Four light transmission channels are constructed by using big air holes. The small rectangular air hole in the center of the fiber core is used to add asymmetry. We use gold plasma material to achieve better sensing performance. A thin film of TiO2is placed on the PCF surface， which assists gold in the adhesion on PCF. The maximum wavelength sensitivity of the sensor can reach 20000 nm/RIU in both x and y polarization modes. While the maximum wavelength resolution of the sensor is 5×10-6RIU. The average wavelength sensitivity reached 15900nm/RIU and 15800nm/RIU in x and y polarization mode. The sensor features R2=0.9969 / R2=0.9966 high linear performance in x and y polarization mode and the maximum FOM values 509.13 RIU-1/ 489.63 RIU-1in x and y polarization mode. Besides the sensor’s detection range is 1.26-1.36， which is a wide refractive index detection range. The sensor has a wide range of applications in biomedical and other fields.
