Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a common neurodegenerative disease in the elderly,accounting for more than 1%of the population aged 65 *** inheritance is relatively rare in PD,accounting for approximately 5%to 10%of PD patients,and there is a growing body of evidence suggesting that multiple genetic risk factors play a significant role in the pathogenesis of *** groups have identified and reported a number of genes carrying mutations associated with affected family *** genes associated with PD are also candidates for idiopathic PD,and these genes may also carry other mutation sites that increase *** multiple genetic risk factors are combined,the risk of PD is increased to a greater extent,and to unravel the pathogenic pathways that lead to different forms of *** review focuses on the association of PD genes,such as Parkinson Disease 1-24(PARK1-24),glucosylceramidase(GBA),GTP cyclohydrolase 1(GcH1),fibroblast growth factor 20(FGF20),nuclear receptor-related factor 1(NURR1),NUS1 dehydrodolichyl diphosphate synthase subunit(NUS1),diacylglycerol Lipase Beta(DAGLB),transmembrane protein(TMEM),ubiquinol-cytochrome c reductase core protein 1(UQcRc1),glycoprotein non-metastatic melanoma protein B protein(GPNMB),dynactin 1(DcTN1),LDL receptor related protein 10(LRP10),monoamine oxidase(MAO),ataxin 2(ATXN2),microtubule associated protein tau(MAPT),pantothenate kinase 2(PANK2),spastic parapplegia type 11(SPG11),polymer gamma(POLG),TATA-box binding protein associated factor 1(TAF1),dual specificity tyrosine phosphorylation regulated kinase 1A(Dyrk1a),and crystallin alpha A(cRYAA),with the pathogenesis of *** introduce what is currently known about the molecular genetics of PD to help explain the molecular mechanisms leading to the neurodegenerative disease.

Litopenaeus vannamei is the most extensively cultured shrimp species globally,recognized for its scale,production,and economic ***,its aquaculture is plagued by frequent disease outbreaks,resulting in rapid and massive *** research often lags behind the emergence of new diseases,leaving the causal agents of some shrimp diseases unidentified and leading to nomenclature based on symptomatic presentations,especially in cases involving co-and polymicrobial *** data on shrimp disease statuses remain *** this review,we summarize current knowledge on shrimp diseases and their effects on the gut ***,we also propose a workflow integrating primary colonizers,“driver”taxa in gut networks from healthy to diseased states,disease-discriminatory taxa,and virulence genes to identify potential polymicrobial *** examine both abiotic and biotic factors(e.g.,external and internal sources and specific-disease effects)that influence shrimp gut microbiota,with an emphasis on the“holobiome”concept and common features of gut microbiota response to diverse *** excluding the effects of confounding factors,we provide a diagnosis model for quantitatively predicting shrimp disease incidence using disease common-discriminatory taxa,irrespective of the causal *** to the conservation of functional genes used in designing specific primers,we propose a practical strategy applying qPcR-assayed abundances of disease common-discriminatory functional *** review updates the roles of the gut microbiota in exploring shrimp etiology,polymicrobial pathogens,and disease incidence,offering a refined perspective for advancing shrimp aquaculture health management.

Tumor necrosis factorα(TNFα)exhibits diverse biological functions;however,its regulatory roles in myogenesis are not fully *** the present study,we explored the function of TNFαin myoblast proliferation,differentiation,migration,and myotube fusion in primary myoblasts and c2c12 *** this end,we constructed TNFαmuscle-conditional knockout(TNFα-cKO)mice and compared them with flox mice to assess the effects of TNFαknockout on skeletal *** indicated that TNFα-cKO mice displayed phenotypes such as accelerated muscle development,enhanced regenerative capacity,and improved exercise endurance compared to flox mice,with no significant differences observed in major visceral organs or skeletal *** label-free proteomic analysis,we found that TNFα-cKO altered the distribution of several muscle development-related proteins,such as Hira,casz1,casp7,Arhgap10,Gas1,Diaph1,Map3k20,cfl2,and Igf2,in the nucleus and *** set enrichment analysis(GSEA)further revealed that TNFαdefic.ency resulted in positive enrichment in oxidative phosphorylation and MyoD targets and negative enrichment in JAK-STAT *** findings suggest that TNFα-cKO positively regulates muscle growth and development,possibly via these newly identified targets and pathways.

china has successfully launched four Haiyang-2(HY-2)series altimetry ***-2A has attracted significant attention in gravity field recovery,but the performance of other HY-2 series satellites,including HY-2B/c/D,is seldom *** study evaluated the performance of all the HY-2 series satellites in recovering marine gravity ***,the crossover discrepancies in sea surface height of the four satellites,HY-2A,HY-2B,HY-2c,and HY-2D,were analyzed to assess their altimetry *** was found that HY-2B had the best altimetry quality,followed by ***,different combina-tions of altimetry data were used to calculate vertical deflections and gravity anomalies in the South china Sea(112°E-119°E,12°N-20°N).The results showed that combining data from HY-2B,HY-2c,and HY-2D improved the inversion accuracy of gravity anomalies by 0.3 mGal compared to using HY-2A data ***-2c and HY-2D contributed to enhancing the accuracy of the east component of vertical deflections.
