Pt/CeO_(2)-C catalysts with CeO_(2)pre-calcined at 300-600 ℃were synthesized by combining hydrothermal calcination and wet *** effects of the pre-calcined CeO_(2)on the performance of Pt/CeO_(2)-C catalysts in methanol oxidation were *** Pt/CeO_(2)-C catalysts with pre-calcined CeO_(2)at 300-600 ℃showed an average particle size of 2.6-2.9 nm and exhibited better methanol elec-tro-oxidation catalytic activity than the commercial Pt/C *** specific,the Pt/CeO_(2)-C catalysts with pre-calcined CeO_(2)at 400 ℃dis-played the highest electrochemical surface area value of 68.14 m2·g−1 and If/Ib ratio(the ratio of the forward scanning peak current density(If)and the backward scanning peak current density(Ib))of 1.26,which are considerably larger than those(53.23 m2·g−1 and 0.79,respectively)of the commercial Pt/C catalyst,implying greatly enhanced CO tolerance.

Bats are the natural reservoir hosts for SARS-related coronavirus(SARSr-CoV)and other highly pathogenic ***,it is conceivable that an individual bat may harbor multiple ***,there is limited knowledge on the overall co-circulation of microorganisms in ***,we conducted a 16-year monitoring of bat viruses in south and central China and identified 238 SARSr-CoV positive samples across nine bat species from ten provinces or administrative *** these,76 individual samples were selected for further metagenomics *** found a complex microenvironment characterized by the general cocirculation of microbes from two different sources:mammal-associated viruses or environment-associated *** later includes commensal bacteria,enterobacteria-related phages,and insect or fungal viruses of food *** showed that 25%(19/76)of the samples contained at least one another mammal-associated virus,notably alphacoronaviruses(13/76)such as AlphaCoV/YN2012,HKU2-related CoV and AlphaCoV/Rf-HuB2013,along with viruses from other ***,we observed three viruses co-circulating within a single bat,comprising two coronavirus species and one *** analysis also revealed the potential presence of pathogenic bacteria or fungi in ***,we obtained 25 viral genomes from the 76 bat SARSr-CoV positive samples,some of which formed new evolutionary ***,our study reveals the complex microenvironment of bat microbiome,facilitating deeper investigations into their pathogenic potential and the likelihood of cross-species transmission.

The replacement of liquid electrolyte with solid electrolyte can significantly improve the safety and power/energy density of lithium batteries.70Li_(2)S–30P_(2)S_(5) is one of the most promising solid electrolytes with high conductivity for solid–state *** this work,the ionic conductivity and stability toward moisture and lithium metal of 70Li_(2)S–30P_(2)S_(5) were enhanced by introducing the different amounts of Li_(2)O additives.65Li_(2)S–30P_(2)S_(5)–1%Li_(2)O delivered the highest conductivity,while 65Li_(2)S–30P_(2)S_(5)–5%Li_(2)O showed the best moisture stability and improved lithium ***-state batteries using 65Li_(2)S–30P_(2)S_(5)–5%Li_(2)O electrolyte and high-voltage LiNi_(0.6)Mn_(0.2)Co_(0.2)O_(2) cathode exhibited low initial discharge capacity(100 mAh·g^(-1))and Coulombic efficiency(69%).Li_(3)InCl_(6) electrolytes were introduced both in the cathode mixture to replace sulfide electrolyte and in the interface layer to improve the cathode compatibility for the solid-state batteries,showing enhanced discharge capacity(175 mAh·g^(-1))and improved initial Coulombic efficiency(86%).Moreover,it also exhibited good performance at-20℃.

As a functional material,silver was employed as the electrical contact material in automotive electronics due to the excellent ***,this material was prone to the atmospheric corrosion,resulting in the damage of structure and failure of *** this study,the corrosion behavior of conductive silver applied in printed circuit board was explored,and it was found that the strongest environmental factors(SO2 pollutants,temperature and relative humidity(RH))influenced the structural damage of material on the viewpoints of kinetics and *** with other factors,temperature(55℃)was the dominating factor causing the structural change of conductive material under operation environments,and the corrosion product on the surface reached the maximum at the thickness of different corrosion product layer of dfilm=15.56910-5 ***,SO2 pollutants and RH accordingly increase the thickness of corrosion products(Ag2S and Ag_(2)SO_(4))during corrosion process,due to the promotion of the diffusion of corrosive ***,this study not only significantly reinforces the understanding of the structural damage of conductive material among the different environmental factors,but also provides an important guide to corrosion prevention design and materials selection in actual manufacturing.

Fe nanochains with diameters of 50-150 nm and average length of about 1μm were synthesized by titrating NaBH_(4)solution into FeCl_(2) aqueous solution(i.e.,reduction of Fe(II)ions).The microstructures and magnetic properties were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscope(TEM),and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The results reveal that the nanochains have a core-shell structure with a-Fe as the core and amorphous iron oxide as the *** Fe coreshell nanochains show the characteristic of soft magnetic materials,achieving the highest magnetization of200.74 mA-m^(2)·g^(-1).The influences of the titrating rate of NaBH_(4)aqueous solution on the morphology of the Fe nanochains were also *** reveals that low titrating rate is beneficial for synthesizing Fe nanochains with uniform *** reduction experiments indicate that these Fe nanochains are of high *** 90%Cr(VI)ions are successfully removed after 10 min reaction of 100 mg Fe nanochains in the 100 ml K_(2)Cr_(2)O_(7) solution(100 mg·L^(-1))and more than 99%after 30 min.

BACKGROUND Mesh plug(MP)erosion into the intra-abdominal organs is a rare but serious long-term complication after inguinal hernia repair(IHR),and may lead to aggravation of symptoms if not treated *** is difficult to diagnose MP erosion as there are no obvious specific clinical manifestations,and surgery is often needed for *** recent years,with the increased understanding of postoperative complications,MP eroding into the intra-abdominal organs has been a cause for concern among *** SUMMARY A 50-year-old man was referred to the Department of General Surgery with the complaint of abdominal pain in the right lower quadrant for 2 *** had a surgical history of right open IHR and partial thyroidectomy performed 20 years and 15 years ago,*** tomography revealed a circinate highdensity image with short segmental thickening of the ileum stuck to the abdominal wall,and no evidence of recurrent inguinal *** abdominal exploration confirmed adhesion of the middle segmental portion of the ileal loop to the right inguinal abdominal wall;the rest of the small intestine was *** exploration revealed migration of the polypropylene MP into the intraperitoneal cavity and formation of granulation tissue around the plug,which eroded the *** resection of the ileum,including the MP and end-to-side anastomosis with an anastomat,was *** Surgeons should aim to improve their ability to predict patients at high risk for MP erosion after IHR.

磁共振成像在诊断肩袖损伤中的临床价值

目的探讨磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)在诊断肩袖损伤中的临床价值。方法选取疑似肩袖损伤患者120例,均给予MRI检查,分析MRI诊断肩袖损伤的价值,同时确诊的肩袖损伤患者给予非手术治疗,比较治疗有效和无效患者临床影像... 详细信息

目的探讨磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)在诊断肩袖损伤中的临床价值。方法选取疑似肩袖损伤患者120例,均给予MRI检查,分析MRI诊断肩袖损伤的价值,同时确诊的肩袖损伤患者给予非手术治疗,比较治疗有效和无效患者临床影像资料。结果MRI诊断肩袖损伤的敏感度、特异度、准确率、阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为98.04%、94.44%、97.50%、99.01%和89.47%。斜冠状位扫描冈下肌腱损伤和肩胛下肌腱损伤检出率分别为52.94%和49.02%,明显低于轴位和斜矢状位扫描(P<0.05);斜矢状位扫描冈上肌腱损伤检出率为77.45%,明显低于斜冠状位扫描(P<0.05);轴位和斜冠状位扫描小圆肌腱损伤检出率分别为7.84%和13.73%,明显低于斜矢状位扫描(P<0.05)。治疗无效患者年龄为(65.54±7.03)岁、冈上肌回缩距离为(24.41±5.93)mm,明显高于治疗有效患者(P<0.05);治疗无效患者肩胛下肌撕裂程度明显重于治疗有效患者(P<0.05),其完全撕裂比例为80.95%。Logistic回归分析显示:年龄、肩胛下肌撕裂程度是肩袖损伤患者非手术治疗效果的影响因素(P<0.05)。构建Logistic回归模型,该模型预测治疗无效的ROC曲线下面积为0.813(95%CI:0.728~0.898,P<0.05),敏感度和特异度分别为88.00%和64.50%。结论MRI在诊断肩袖损伤中有较高的敏感度和特异度,同时MRI参数-肩胛下肌撕裂程度与患者非手术治疗效果有关,值得进一步研究。
