The relationship between hydrolysis conditions and hydrous titania polymorphs obtained in a titanyl sulfate and sulfmic acid solu- tion was investigated by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, and high-resolution transmission electron micros- copy （HRTEM）. The results revealed that the feeding rate of the titanyl sulfate stock solution, the concentration of *** acid, and the seed dosage of mtile crystal could significantly affect the hydrolysis rate, thus influencing the titania crystal phase. Hydrous TiO2 in the form of rutile, anatase, or the mixture of both could be obtained in solutions of low titanium concentrations and 2.5wt% to 15wt% sulfuric acid at 100℃. When the hydrolysis rate of titanitma expressed by TiOa was more than or equal to 0.04 g/（***）, the hydrolysate was almost phase-pure anatase, while the main phase state was rutile when the hydrolysis rate was less than or equal to 0.01 g/（***）. With the hy- drolysis rate between 0.02 and 0.03 g/（***）, the hydrolysate contained almost equal magnitude ofrutile and anatase. It seems that although rutile phase is thermodynamically stable in very acidic solutions, anatase is a kinetically stable phase.

对硫酸溶液中低钛浓度下钛水解产物晶型与水解条件的关系进行了研究.结果表明,通过调节硫酸钛溶液的加入速度和硫酸浓度,可控制水解物晶型.在100℃的2.5%(ω)硫酸溶液中,当硫酸钛溶液加入速度不高于2mL/h,主要生成金红石型TiO2;而当加入速度增至8mL/h或硫酸浓度增至不低于10%(ω)时,则主要形成锐钛矿型TiO2.水解速度较快的均相成核阶段较易生成锐钛型TiO2,而在晶核长大阶段,缓慢水解有助于形成酸性溶液中热力学上更稳定的金红石型TiO2.

Dark photons have been well motivated as strong candidates for dark force carriers and light dark matter in the sub-GeV mass *** with collider experiments,fixed-target experiments provide a complementary approach to searching for dark photons,particularly in the lower mass *** have studied the physics potential of the electron-on-target experiment based on the Shanghai SHINE facility,which provides 10 MHz single electron beam at 8 GeV *** analysis focuses on dark photons being produced via electron and nucleon interaction and then decays to dark matter candidates,which escape detection as missing momentum in the *** experiment takes advantage of using missing momentum to enhance signal versus background separation *** this study,signal samples as a function of dark photon mass and an inclusive background sample with 2.5 billion events are simulated with *** better background estimates,major rare background processes have also been *** paper presents the experiment and detector design,signal and background simulations,analysis strategy,and the prospective study of the experiment *** 9×10^(14) electron-on-target events(about three years running),this experiment is expected to rule out most of the sensitive regions predicted by popular dark photon models.

There is considerable potential for integrating transarterial chemoembolization(TACE),programmed death-(ligand)1(PD-[L]1)inhibitors,and molecular targeted treatments(MTT)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).It is necessary to investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of TACE combined with PD-(L)1 inhibitors and MTT in real-world *** this nationwide,retrospective,cohort study,826 HCC patients receiving either TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT(combination group,n=376)or TACE monotherapy(monotherapy group,n=450)were included from January 2018 to May *** primary endpoint was progression-free survival(PFS)according to modified *** secondary outcomes included overall survival(OS),objective response rate(ORR),and *** performed propensity score matching approaches to reduce bias between two *** matching,228 pairs were included with a predominantly advanced disease *** PFS in combination group was 9.5 months(95%confidence interval[CI],8.4-11.0)versus 8.0 months(95%CI,6.6-9.5)(adjusted hazard ratio[HR],0.70,P=0.002).OS and ORR were also significantly higher in combination group(median OS,19.2[16.1-27.3]vs.15.7 months[13.0-20.2];adjusted HR,0.63,P=0.001;ORR,60.1%vs.32.0%;Pbination and monotherapy groups,*** results suggest that TACE plus PD-(L)1 blockades and MTT could significantly improve PFS,OS,and ORR versus TACE monotherapy for Chinese patients with predominantly advanced HCC in real-world practice,with an acceptable safety profile.

Neutron resonance imaging(NRI)has recently emerged as an appealing technique for neutron *** complexity surpasses that of conventional transmission imaging,as it requires a high demand for both a neutron source and ***,the progression of NRI technology has been sluggish since its inception in the 1980s,particularly considering the limited studies analyzing the neutron energy range above *** white neutron source(Back-n)at the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)provides favorable beam conditions for the development of the NRI technique over a wide neutron energy range from eV to ***-sensitive microchannel plates(MCP)have emerged as a cutting-edge tool in the field of neutron detection owing to their high temporal and spatial resolutions,high detection efficiency,and low *** this study,we report the development of a 10B-doped MCP detector,along with its associated electronics,data processing system,and NRI experiments at the *** heavy elements such as gold,silver,tungsten,and indium can be easily identified in the transmission images by their characteristic resonance peaks in the 1–100 eV energy range;the more difficult medium-weight elements such as iron,copper,and aluminum with resonance peaks in the 1–100 keV energy range can also be *** particular,results in the neutron energy range of dozens of keV(Aluminum)are reported here for the first time.

Calciphylaxis is a rare disease characterized histologically by microvessel calcification and microthrombosis,with high mortality and no proven ***,we reported a severe uremic calciphylaxis patient with progressive skin ischemia,large areas of painful malodorous ulcers,and mummified *** of the worsening symptoms and signs refractory to conventional therapies,treatment with human amnion-derived mesenchymal stem cells(hAMSCs)was *** release inspections of hAMSCs,efficacy,and safety assessment,including cytokine secretory ability,immunocompetence,tumorigenicity,and genetics analysis in vitro,were *** further performed acute and long-term hAMSC toxicity evaluations in C57BL/6 mice and rats,abnormal immune response tests in C57BL/6 mice,and tumorigenicity tests in neonatal Balbc-nu nude *** the preclinical research,the patient was treated with hAMSCs by intravenous and local intramuscular injection and external supernatant application to the *** followed up to 15 months,the blood-based markers of bone and mineral metabolism improved,with skin soft tissue regeneration and a more favorable profile of peripheral blood mononuclear *** biopsy after 1-month treatment showed vascular regeneration with mature noncalcified vessels within the dermis,and 20 months later,the re-epithelialization restored the integrity of the damaged *** infusion or local treatment-related adverse events ***,this novel long-term intravenous combined with local treatment with hAMSCs warrants further investigation as a potential regenerative treatment for uremic calciphylaxis due to effects of inhibiting vascular calcification,stimulating angiogenesis and myogenesis,anti-inflammatory and immune modulation,multidifferentiation,re-epithelialization,and restoration of integrity.

We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the China Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3 days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of ^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3 kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2089 keV for this work)with a factor of 23.A background level of 0.33 counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2)^(0ν)>1.0×10^(23)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective Majorana neutrino mass:<3.2–7.5 eV.

目的介绍自创建立腹膜后腔的IUPU法（Institute of Urology,Peking University的首字母缩写）,并探讨其简单性、安全性及实用性. 方法 1996年2月至2006年3月应用IUPU法建立腹膜后腔并实施后腹腔镜下手术1114例.首先于髂嵴上缘2 cm近腋前线处切1 cm小切口,穿刺气腹针入腹膜后腔,注气压力至14 mm Hg（1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa）后引入第1个套管针,引入腹腔镜后以镜身直接做左右往复运动扩张建立腹膜后腔隙.监视下行第2及第3套管针穿刺,进入已建立的腹膜后腔,并引入操作器械以进一步游离扩大腹膜后间隙.1114例手术包括单纯肾切除术54例、根治性肾切除术188例、肾输尿管全长切除术154例、肾上腺切除术344例、肾囊肿去顶术302例、肾部分切除术35例、UPJ成形术37例. 结果 IUPU法建立腹膜后腔时间4.5～14.5（5.4±2.8）min.8例（0.72%）因第1个套管针穿刺致出血改为开放手术,32例（2.87%）第1套管针穿刺进入腹腔,但通过直视下调整腹腔镜进入腹膜后腔仍可建立足够大小的腹膜后间隙,手术顺利完成.无其他脏器损伤. 结论 IUPU法建立腹膜后腔简单、安全、实用,无须特殊器械,熟练掌握后仅需5 min左右,是一种值得在后腹腔镜下操作中常规应用的建立腹膜后间隙的方法.

目的探讨后腹腔镜下解剖性肾切除术的安全性和有效性,规范后腹腔镜下肾切除术术式. 方法回顾性分析后腹腔镜下解剖性肾切除术405例患者资料.男232例,女173例.平均年龄（57.2±14.2）岁.肾癌行后腹腔镜下根治性肾切除术228例,肾盂癌及输尿管癌分别行后腹腔镜下肾输尿管全长切除术96例及49例,肾脏良性疾病致肾功能丧失行后腹腔镜下肾切除术32例.根治性切除在Gerota筋膜外进行,切除界限背侧为Gerota筋膜与侧椎筋膜问、腹侧为Gerota筋膜与肾前融合筋膜间的潜在间隙;良性肾切除则直接切开Gerota筋膜,于Gerota筋膜与肾周脂肪囊问的疏松纤维组织间进行游离.在肾脏外周数个相对无血管平面间进行分离、切割,完整切除肾脏、肾周脂肪囊. 结果后腹腔镜下根治性肾切除术和单纯肾切除术平均手术时间（132±48）min,肾盂癌和输尿管癌平均手术时间（245±62）min.失血量中位值100（10～2500）ml,术后引流量中位值150（0～1152）ml.输血15例（3.70%）,输血量中位值400（400～1650）ml.中转开放4例（0.99%）,黏连严重2例,肾蒂暴露困难及出血各1例.平均拔管时间（3.9±1.8）d,术后平均进食时间（2.7±1.2）d,术后平均住院日（8.6±3.8）d. 结论后腹腔镜下解剖性肾切除术利用后腹腔镜下的放大优势,在肾脏周围的数个相对无血管平面进行游离,解剖层次清楚,符合外科原则,手术时间短,出血量较少,术后引流量较少,是后腹腔镜下肾切除的首选术式和发展方向.
