Relationship between H_(2)O_(2) accumulation and NO synthesis during osmotic stress:promoted somatic embryogenesis of Fraxinus mandshurica

Osmotic stress promotes somatic embryogenesis of Fraxinus mandshurica,which leads to accumulation of reactive oxygen species(ROS).The single pieces of cotyledons of *** were used as explants to induce somatic embryogenesis in osmotic-stress ***,the hydrogen peroxide H_(2)O_(2) content of explanted cells was varied by adding exogenous H_(2)O_(2) or catalase solution to assess the effects of the exogenous H_(2)O_(2)on somatic embryogenesis,intracellular H_(2)O_(2)accumulation,and the relationship between signaling mediated by ROS or reactive nitrogen *** results revealed that exogenous H_(2)O_(2)(100?300μmol L^(–1))increased the number of somatic *** 60th day of exogenous H_(2)O_(2)(200μmol L^(–1))treatment,the number of somatic embryos of explants treated,which was 136.54%,was higher than the ***,exogenous H_(2)O_(2)(100μmol L^(–1))significantly increased the intracellular H_(2)O_(2)content and enhanced the activities of superoxidase dismutase and ***,exogenous H_(2)O_(2)(100μmol L^(–1))activated the intracellular non-enzymatic pathway for nitric oxide(NO)*** somatic embryogenesis in broadleaf trees increases with the change of endogenic ROS content,and depends on the upregulation of antioxidant *** H_(2)O_(2)and NO,as signaling molecules,were found to be involved in the process of somatic embryogenesis in broadleaf *** the process of exogenous H_(2)O_(2)promoting somatic embryogenesis,NO synthesis depended on non-enzymatic *** results provide a scientific basis for resolving the mechanism by which ROS levels are regulated during somatic embryogenesis of broadleaf trees and establish a reasonable and efficient technology system for regulating somatic embryogenesis of trees.

Stability of stratified flow and slugging in horizontal gas-liquid flow

A transient one-dimensional two-fluid model is proposed to investigate numerically the interfacial instability and the onset of slugging for liquid-gas flow in a horizontal duct. In the present model, the effects of surface tension and transverse variations in dynamic pressure are taken into account. The evolution of interfacial disturbances is displayed and compared with the linear viscous Kelvin-Helmholtz stability analyses. It shows that interfacial wave is more instable due to the non-linear effect. The model predicts well the stability limit of stratified flow in comparison with the experimental data, and also automatically tracks the onset of slugging. The results show that the initiation of hydrodynamic slugging is related to local interfacial instability. Based on the cycle of slugging, a model for slug frequency is presented, which predicts the trends of slug frequencies with gas/liquid flow rate well in comparison with the available data. The effects of physical properties on slugging have been examined. It is found that with the increase in the gas viscosity and liquid density the slugging would be inhibited, whereas, with the increase in liquid viscosity and gas density, the slugging can be promoted.

基于深度学习的强对流高分辨率临近预报试验

强对流天气临近预报、预警在气象灾害防御中具有极为重要的地位。在气象业务中,因对强对流天气临近预报、预警准确率和时、空分辨率的极高要求,使其成为业务难点和研究热点之一。对于高时、空分辨率强对流临近预报问题,尝试用深度学习方法来解决。首先将强对流临近预报抽象成同时包含时间和空间的序列预测问题;然后基于改进的循环神经网络算法形成的自编码模型,使用京津冀地区长序列、高时空分辨率天气雷达组网拼图数据进行模型训练;最后利用基于历史0.5 h雷达回波拼图数据训练得到的端到端神经网络,预报未来1 h内的逐6 min回波演变特征。通过基于传统外推算法的临近预报方法与深度学习算法的临近预报方法进行对比,发现使用的深度学习方法可以有效"学习"到高时、空分辨率序列雷达数据特征的内在关联,通过多层神经网络构造出抽象的深层特征,能够有效捕捉到雷达回波的演变规律和运动状态。通过计算雷达回波预报的命中率(POD)、虚警率(FAR)、临界成功指数(CSI)等检验表明,相较传统外推临近预报方法,在强对流回波临近预报准确率上有较明显提高。

叶面施氮与剪枝对银中杨叶片形态及光化学的影响

银中杨扦插苗剪枝处理(CK_J)后,进行叶面喷施(亚)硝酸盐处理,模拟氮沉降,研究其对叶片形态、光化学效率、色素含量等的影响。结果表明:剪枝未对银中杨叶片光化学效率(F_v'/F_m'和ΦPSII)、色素含量、相对电导率、丙二醛含量产生显著影响;叶面喷施硝酸盐导致叶片边缘炭化变黑,且剪枝植株幼叶和展开叶边缘均出现卷曲现象;表面化学元素含量发生变化,叶绿素含量显著降低。未剪枝的植株喷施(T_(Z-NO_3)和T_(Z-NO_2))处理第6天和第12天时花青素含量较对照(CKZ)均增加。喷施处理8 d时,未剪枝叶片的F_v'/F_m'和ΦPSII呈下降趋势,而剪枝叶片(T_(J-NO_3)和T_(J-NO_2))的F_v'/F_m'和ΦPSII呈上升趋势;第14天时,T_(J-NO_3)和T_(J-NO_2)的F_v'/F_m'和ΦPSII较对照(CKJ)显著增加。此外,喷施14 d时,未剪枝的银中杨叶片丙二醛含量较对照降低。银中杨叶片形态、生理特征受剪枝影响较小,但受硝酸盐喷施处理影响较显著。

A Linearized Branch Flow Model Considering Line Shunts for Radial Distribution Systems and Its Application in Volt/VAr Control

When urban distribution systems are gradually modernized,the overhead lines are replaced by underground cables,whose shunt admittances can not be *** power flow(PF)model withπequivalent circuit shows non-convexity and long computing time,and most recently proposed linear PF models assume zero shunt *** of them are not suitable for fast calculation and optimization problems of modern distribution systems with non-negligible line ***,this paper proposes a linearized branch flow model considering line shunt(LBFS).The strength of LBFS lies in maintaining the linear structure and the convex nature after appropriately modeling theπequivalent circuit for network equipment like *** results show that the calculation accuracy in nodal voltage and branch current magnitudes is improved by considering shunt *** show the application scope of LBFS by controlling the network voltages through a two-stage stochastic Volt/VAr control(VVC)problem with the uncertain active power output from renewable energy sources(RESs).Since LBFS results in a linear VVC program,the global solution is *** study exhibits that VVC framework can optimally dispatch the discrete control devices,*** transformers and shunt capacitors,and also optimize the decision rules for real-time reactive power control of ***,the computing efficiency is significantly improved compared with that of traditional VVC methods.

生物炭耦合工艺处理含抗生素制药废水研究进展

制药废水具有水质波动大、可生化性差及化学需氧量高等特点,一直是废水处理中的难题。其中的抗生素由于使用量大导致向环境中持续排放,并表现出“伪持久性”滞留的特点,难以从水体中彻底去除。为了实现制药废水的高效处理,分析了制药废水的水质特性以及其中抗生素去除的难点,系统阐述了生物炭的基本特性及其强化污染物去除的原理,总结了常规污水处理工艺在去除抗生素方面存在的问题,梳理并综述了生物炭耦合工艺提升污水处理效果的研究进展。结果显示,生物炭材料的多孔结构、带表面电荷及丰富的特殊表面官能团等特性使其具有良好吸附抗生素的能力,通过与常规污水处理工艺相结合可显著提高对制药废水的处理效果,如生物炭的引入强化了膜生物反应器、活性污泥法、厌氧消化及高级氧化对抗生素的去除效果,同时提高了系统的稳定性,降低了工艺物耗和能耗等。建议进一步开展生物炭制备过程与成炭特性的相关性研究,加强生物炭耦合工艺去除污染物机理的探究,推广其在制药废水处理中的应用,以推动制药废水处理技术的创新和进步。

Stability of Stratified Gas-Liquid Flow in Horizontal and Near Horizontal Pipes

A viscous Kelvin-Helmholtz criterion of the interfacial wave instability is proposed in this paper based on the linear stability analysis of a transient one-dimensional two-fluid model. In thismodel, the pressure is evaluated using the local momentum balance rather than the hydrostatic approximation. The criterion predicts well the stability limit of stratified flow in horizontal and nearly horizontal pipes. The experimental and theoretical investigation on the effect of pipe inclination on the interfacial instability are carded out. It is found that the critical liquid height at the onset of interfacial wave instability is insensitive to the pipe inclination. However, the pipe inclination significantly affects critical superficial liquid velocity and wave velocity especially lor low gas velocities.

Experimental Investigation of Slug Development on Horizontal Two-phase Flow

Slug initiation and subsequem evolution along a 5.0 cm ID, 16m long horizomal pipe are experimentally studied. The transient characteristics of interfacial structures are described by using simultaneous measuremeres of the liquid height at multiple locations along the pipe. Various effects of superficial gas and liquid velocities and pressure oscillation on the slug initiation and evolution along the pipe are illustrated. It is found that the slug is initiated by a deterministic orocess with reolenishmem and deoletion of liquid near the inlet for the superficial gas velocity USG〈3.0m·s^-1 and by a stochastic process with wave coalescence along the pipe for USG〉3.0m·s^-*** evolution of the slugs is strongly attected by superhclal gas and liquid veloclties for USG〈3.0m·s^-1 but weakly affected by the superficial gas velocity for USG〉3.0 m·s . The suppression of pressure oscillation at the pipe inlet significantly delays the onset of slugging, with slugs forming postponed further downstream. The slug frequency at the outlet is, however, not affected by the variation in the pressure oscillation.
