Numerical analysis of thermal-hydraulic behavior of supercritical water in vertical upward/downward flow channels

Investigations on the thermal-hydraulic behavior in the SCWR fuel assembly have obtained a significant attention in the international SCWR community. However, there is still a lack of understanding of the heat transfer behavior of supercritical fluids. In this paper, the numerical analysis is carried out to study the thermal-hydraulic behaviour in vertical sub-channels cooled by supercritical water. Remarkable differences in characteristics of secondary flow are found, especially in square lattice, between the upward flow and downward flow. The turbulence mixing across sub-channel gap for downward flow is much stronger than that for upward flow in wide lattice when the bulk temperature is lower than pseudo-critical point temperature. For downward flow, heat transfer deterioration phenomenon is suppressed with respect to the case of upward flow at the same conditions.

Permanganate has attracted much attention in wide range of chemistry and particularly in degradation of environmental ***,few studies have discussed the feature of regioselective reactivity of permanganate with specific moiety of the target ***,we studied the reaction between permanganate and tetracycline that is an emerging micropollutant with different species containing several electron-rich *** second-order rate constants increased from 6.0 to 9.0 and could be quantitatively modeled by considering the speciation of both reactants,yielding kTC0=11.7(mol/L)^-1 sec^-1,kTC-=35.7(mol/L)^-1 sec^-1,kTC2-=43.1(mol/L)^-1 sec^-1 for individual reaction *** products were then identified as the hydroxylated and demethylated *** result suggested a rate-limiting step of simple hydroxylation at the phenolic and/or alkene moieties,while the demethylation should be caused by the unavoidably formed manganese oxide via single electron *** is supported by the DFT calculation,indicating the primary oxidation of phenolic group of TC0 with activation barrier of 44.5 kcal/mol and of alkene group of TC-and TC2-with activation barriers of 44.0 and 43.4 kcal/mol,*** is in agreement with the experimental results,implying the alternation of regioselectivity associated with the deprotonation *** result was further supported by performing the Fukui function and electrostatic potential analysis,reflecting the more probable site and better electron donating tendency beneficial to the permanganate oxidation.

Unfavorable environmental cues severely affect crop productivity resulting in significant economic losses to farmers. In plants, multiple regulatory genes, such as the WRKY transcription factor (TF) family, modulate the expression of defense genes. However, the role of the pineapple WRKY genes is poorly understood. Here, we studied the pineapple WRKY gene, AcWRKY28, by generating AcWRKY28 over-expressing transgenic pineapple plants. Overexpression of AcWRKY28 enhanced the salt stress resistance in transgenic pineapple lines. Comparative transcriptome analysis of transgenic and wild-type pineapple plants showed that “plant-pathogen interaction” pathway genes, including 9calcium-dependent protein kinases (CPKs), were up-regulated in AcWRKY28 over-expressing plants. Furthermore, chromatin immunoprecipitation and yeast one-hybrid assays revealed AcCPK12, AcCPK3, AcCPK8, AcCPK1, and AcCPK15 as direct targets of AcWRKY28. Consistently, the study of AcCPK12 over-expressing Arabidopsis lines showed that AcCPK12 enhances salt, drought, and disease resistance. This study shows that AcWRKY28 plays a crucial role in promoting salt stress resistance by activating the expression of AcCPK genes.

本文基于2015年中国小微企业调查数据和2010年中国私营企业调查数据,研究了行业协会对小微企业创新的影响。研究发现:行业协会能够显著促进小微企业创新投入和创新产出,在经过一系列稳健性检验和内生性讨论后,结果依旧稳健;行业协会通过资金支持、市场支持、政府支持以及技术支持来促进小微企业创新,其中市场支持、资金支持、政府支持和技术支持对小微企业创新的边际影响依次递减;体制外行业协会对小微企业创新的促进作用大于体制内行业协会。基于研究结论,本文提出了进一步发挥行业协会促进小微企业创新作用的政策建议。

介绍了某煤制天然气项目废水处理工艺现状、存在问题及优化改造建议。该项目废水中难降解有机污染物浓度高,处置困难,当前采用的处理工艺包括主生化、深度处理和回用工艺。深度处理系统出水水质差和膜装置处理能力不足是制约当前系统运行效果的重要因素。建议通过新增臭氧催化氧化工艺改善深度处理段出水水质,同时对膜装置扩容提升废水处理能力,通过以上措施可有效地从水质和水量角度改善当前废水处理系统的处理效果。

With the coming of the“14th Five-Year Plan,”the coordinated control of particulate matter with an aerodynamic diameter no greater than 2.5 lm(PM_(2.5))and O_(3) has become a major issue of air pollution prevention and control in *** stereoscopic monitoring of regional PM_(2.5) and O_(3) and their precursors is crucial to achieve coordinated ***,current monitoring networks are currently inadequate for monitoring the vertical profiles of both PM_(2.5) and O_(3) simultaneously and support air quality *** University of Science and Technology of China(USTC)has established a nationwide ground-based hyperspectral stereoscopic remote sensing network based on multi-axis differential optical absorption spectroscopy(MAX-DOAS)since *** monitoring network provides a significant opportunity for the regional coordinated control of PM_(2.5) and O_(3) in ***-year vertical profiles of aerosol,NO_(2) and HCHO monitored from four MAX-DOAS stations installed in four megacities(Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen,and Chongqing)were used to characterize their vertical distribution differences in four key regions,Jing–Jin–Ji(JJJ),Yangtze River Delta(YRD),Pearl River Delta(PRD),and Sichuan Basin(SB),*** normalized and yearly averaged aerosol vertical profiles below 400 m in JJJ and PRD exhibit a box shape and a Gaussian shape,respectively,and both show exponential shapes in YRD and *** NO_(2) vertical profiles in four regions all exhibit exponential shapes because of vehicle *** shape of the HCHO vertical profile in JJJ and PRD was Gaussian,whereas an exponential shape was shown in YRD and ***,a regional transport event occurred at an altitude of 600–1000 m was monitored in the southwest–northeast pathway of the North China Plain(NCP)by five MAX-DOAS stations(Shijiazhuang(SJZ),Wangdu(WD),Nancheng(NC),Chinese Academy of Meteorological Sciences(CAMS),and University of Chinese Academy of Sciences(UCAS))belonging to the above network
