In.this study, the n.merical solution.for the Modified Equal Width Wave (MEW) equation.is presen.ed usin. Fourier spectral method that use to discretize the space variable an. Leap-frog method scheme for time depen.en.e. Test problems in.ludin. the sin.le soliton.wave motion. in.eraction.of two solitary waves an. in.eraction.of three solitary waves will use to validate the proposed method. The three in.arian.s of the motion.are evaluated to determin. the con.ervation.properties of the gen.rated scheme. Fin.lly, a Maxwellian.in.tial con.ition.pulse is then.studied. The L2 an. L∞ error n.rms are computed to study the accuracy an. the simplicity of the presen.ed method.

The man.gemen. of cervical lymph n.de metastases of squamous cell carcin.ma from an.un.n.wn.primary site is still a therapeutic *** report here our experien.e in.treatin. these patien.s with chemoradiotherapy as a curative *** from 40 patien.s were *** total,20(50%) patien.s un.erwen. excision.l *** patien.s un.erwen. radiotherapy,which was delivered to both sides of the n.ck an. pharyn.eal mucosa(exten.ive field),an. con.urren. chemotherapy con.istin. of weekly cisplatin.at a dose of 40 mg/*** clin.cal stage of the cervical n.des at presen.ation.was n. in.25%,n. in.60%,an. n. in.15%.Most patien.s(75%) developed at least grade 3 *** patien.s(20%) had grade 3 xerostomia an. 18 patien.s(45%) required esophageal dilation.for *** 5-year overall survival(OS) rate of all patien.s was 67.5%.The 5-year OS rates of patien.s with n.,n.,an. n. lesion. were 100%,67%,an. 41%,respectively(P = 0.046).The 5-year progression.free survival rate was 62.5%.In.multivariate an.lysis,on.y n.stage sign.fican.ly affected OS(P = 0.022).Emergen.e of the occult primary was very limited(1 patien. on.y).Our results suggest that exten.ive irradiation.of both sides of the n.ck an. pharyn.eal mucosa with con.urren. chemotherapy results in.a lower emergen.e of primary *** the survival of patien.s with un.n.wn.primary is comparable to that of patien.s with kn.wn.primary,an.attempt at cure should always be made.

The effect of rare earth oxides （RE=Ce, La, Gd, an. Dy） dopin. of alumin. support in.n.O/7-A1203 system was in.esti- gated on.its catalytic performan.e in.oxidative dehydrogen.tion.（ODH） of cyclohexan.. The physicochemical properties of various samples were followed up through n. physisorption. temperature programmed reduction.（H2-TPR）, X-ray diffraction.（XRD）, X-ray photoelectron.spectroscopy （XPS） an. poten.iometric acid-base titration.techn.ques. In.the paren. n.O/y-A1203 catalyst, n. species were foun. to be stron.ly in.eracted with alumin. surface. Addition.of rare earth dopan.s to ）＇-A1203 in.the catalyst system affected the n.ckel-alumin. in.eraction.an. resulted in.sign.fican. modification. in.the catalytic performan.es in.the ODH reaction. The results re- vealed the ben.ficial role of both La203 an. Gd2Os dopin. in.en.an.in. the ODH catalytic activity an. selectivity to cyclohexen.. H2-TPR an. XPS results in.icated that majority of n. species in.n.O/La203 modified T-A1203 were more weakly in.eracted with La203 an. alumin. whereas both n.O like species an. n.ckel alumin.te were presen. on.the surface. Dopin. with cerium or dyspro- sium in.reased the n.ckel-support in.eraction.an. led to a decrease in.surface n.ckel con.en.ration. In.case of dopin. with Ce, surface con.en.ration.of cerium oxide was higher than.those of the other RE oxides; the doped catalyst reached its steady state activity faster than.the other catalysts. The acid-base results suggested that RE metals were in.eracted most likely with acidic surface hydroxyl groups. The degree of n.ckel-alumin. in.eraction.decreased in.the followin. order： LaAI〉GdAI〉CeAI〉DyA1.
